I always get excited when I go to a jolibee location since we don't have one in Boston. The old location that I've been was closed unfortunately so the gps on the phone took us here. It's a good location and quite a good size for the restaurant. It's fairly new so I couldn't really say much about it. As for the location, it's hard to find parking for us since we are not really familiar with the area. Had to turn around twice just to find the restaurant. Some doors are also closed and I was not sure where to find the other side of the building if not for the people around to ask I would even know where to go. Anyway I found it and I went inside. I ordered 10 pcs of fried chicken, family pack spaghetti, palabok a burger for my husband and 15 pcs of peach mango pie to snack on in the car on the way to Boston. Spent like $97 with a pineapple drink. It was a good deal I guess. For the amount of food I bought. I hope to come back soon. read more

Jollibee gets a five for the food. It's fast food but unlike KFC and Popeye's the chicken is seasoned with flavor beyond salt. For a fast food place, it's very well made. Typically moist and very flavorful. I can pass on the spaghetti dish and their sandwiches, the chicken alone is enough for me to come back. Great Filipino fast food place. I've had their Chickenjoy, spaghetti, palabok, and burger steak, and can recommend all of them. The spaghetti is very interesting if you've never had the Filipino version before; it is quite sweet, slightly spicy, and contains pieces of hot dog. The fried chicken & chicken tenders were way better than KFC. The halo halo & the mango peach pie were delicious but the ube pie was just okay. I've never heard of this place before it opened up and it seems to be a Philippines food fast food chain. I decided to try everything on the menu. Adobo rice, Cjoy / Palabok, Yum, Pineapple Juice, Chicken Sandwich, Peach Mango Pie, Burgersteak, and another Cjoy w/ spaghetti. (I'm probably missing a few more items) There were 2 people inside the restaurant and I still had to wait to order when I was the first in line. They took president of ordering food for team members first, which seems odd, but it's fast food I guess. After my wife and I tried all of the food, it wasn't as good as McDonalds or Burger King. I appreciate the experience of the new dishes, but they weren't impressive. I won't be going back again, but that's my personal preference in regards to the taste. I found nothing I liked. read more

I am so glad they opened one closer to me. As a Filipino, I was lucky to have a Jollibee in my city, Jersey City. Now there's one 8 minutes from my house instead of 25 minutes. Say what? Chicken that will still be crispy from that commute back home from takeout? Oh yes. Spicy ChickenJoy with adobo fried rice is a must. Although I'm not sure if they have the AFR at this location. The food is not good, BUT this is just my opinion. I recently learned that the food is supposed to be based on Philippine cuisine so it makes alot of sense that the items here do not taste like your average fried chicken or burger. My husband and I decided to give this eatery a chance and we tried several items on the menu. The fried chicken was awful it had a weird fish texture and taste to it. The spaghetti and sauce were just as awful and had hot dog slices included in it. The burger oh boy the burger I gagged. The burger was THAT BAD. Not even remotely close to what a good beef burger should taste like. The only items we bought that were actually ok were the mashed potatoes and french fries. Overall not for me. Hearing all the hype about Jollibee from friends we finally decided to try it out in Jersey City. When I walked into the establishment, it was extremely well kept and clean and the service was phenomenal. Very friendly and quick and food was quick to pick up without any hassle. They were very prepared for COVID and everything felt extremely safe while standing in the restaurant. I also love how they tell you to have a jolly day! Literally the smallest thing can make your experience that much better. As for food, we ordered the chicken bucket, the spaghetti, the Palobak Fiesta and peach mango pie. The chicken was hot crispy and goes so well with the gravy that comes with it. Never thought about dunking my fried chicken in gravy would be so much better than ketchup! Chicken was also juicy and tasted pretty fresh as well. The next star of the show would then have to be the Peach Mango Pie! I was in awe at how crispy the outside was despite it being enclosed in the traditional pie box. The peach mango filling was also delicious and was not overly sweet as I would've imagined it would be. Overall my experience at Jollibees made me a believer and I would be a happy customer coming back! This is how fast food restaurants should strive to be. read more

First time there and would definitely recommend it. The employees are super friendly and our cashier Richelle was helpful in suggesting which bundle to buy to save us money. They didn't ask what I wanted as my drink and when I picked up the food, they said it's too late and if I want my drink that CAME WITH THE MEAL, theyd have to add on and I'd have to pay. So yeah, just don't forget to mention you want your drink. EDIT: Also, don't forget to mention you don't want a reusable bag because they charge for that by default -- 10 cents to be exact.
