Just a sad sad establishment for fast food. 19 minutes for my order. Management needs to rethink it's kitchen layout and expedite. It's silly to have a fryer down or not ready for fries to hold up six or seven orders of food. You are a fried fast food establishment and you don't even make your own fries and you have to have orders all backed up? The spaghetti is mush.and worst of all you overcook your chicken or dry it out over the lamps because you can't expedite your orders properly? Burgers sitting on trays for 8 min waiting for fries. Order after order customers coming back with incomplete things....you are ruining the name. Owners or partners here...consider training your people or just shut your doors and sublease the location out. Very accommodating team esp the Managers there, when I came in, I believe Christian and Alma. I came in 7:05pm and unfortunately, spicy chicken was sold out and understandably around this time, some items are out already. Nearly closing time. Some other reviewers for this location needs to be compassionate with workers who work closing shift, as they need to go home safe to their families too after the days work. Plan ahead and come in early, recommended when the store opens and around lunch to 6pm, their menu would still be available and you can get enormous quantity of their famous fried chicken. Or try calling them first before you come in late 6:45 or 7pm and check in if what you are craving for is still available to serve. Save your time, energy and to be angry at the employees is just ridiculous, because the fried chicken is already sold out. Expect that the dining area is small, when it its busy there , you will be challenged to find a seat esp if you are in a big family or group. Again dont blame the employees for having a small dining area. They are not the developers or who planned to set up how their dining should be. Thus, lets suggest that they move their store outside the mall, and get a decent big lot to accommodate customers who wants to eat their delicious fried chicken right away. Also, if there is a problem with the food, approach and inform them right away. As they would most likely offer you a solution immediately... instead of being a bratty adult and keep complaining thru reviews that this store is no good. This location is living up to the expections including their bestseller fried chicken. Also, my best recommendation is the aloha chicken sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich and spicy fried chickenjoy. Service is also commendable, fast and people are accommodating, friendly, helpful. Delicious! Coming from the South, fried chicken is EVERYTHING...and this chicken did not disappoint! It was fresh, piping hot, and not greasy at all. Came here during the lunchtime. The wait time was too long for a fast food restaurant because of a shortage of staff, almost half an hour wait time just to have my order ready. However, the food came fresh and hot. We ordered Chickenjoy combo and Mango Pie. The combo came with Pineapple juice. The spicy chicken was tasty and juicy, unlike other fast food brands I've tried. The skin was also crispy. The fries were okay, but I liked more their mashed potato. The pineapple juice was superb! I may give a second chance for this place in the future. read more

Food was average ...not great. Ordered the 6 piece special which comes with 2 sides. I picked steamed rice and I was told they were out of steamed rice. They only had adobo rice. I would give 0 star for Customer service. Went there at around 7pm today (04/06/2022) to grab some food. This one employee who I think is in her early 60's started yelling at the other customers telling them not to sit at the table because the dining room is closed. She should've said it nicely to them but she went on and on about it. She even tipped over another customer's tray and instead of saying sorry, she just laughed and threw the food in the trash. The customer who was waiting got mad and told the cashier to cancel his food and give his money back. I didn't even hear the cashier or the Manager apologize to the customer. We were supposed to eat there but left because we lost our appetites. This is not a Jollibee what I known. Different flavor, different service. I love Jollibee years, I've buy chicken from West Covina store and Foothill store frequently. I'm really happy when I known one new store will in Ontario Mills. Today is my first time purchase here. I used a coupon ordered on app and picked up in store. I arrived 5mins before my pickup time, they already prepared a lot pickup orders on their deck. That means you'll never know how long is your chicken cooked and how long it stay in the bucket until never crispy. I just use a coupon, I paid, I'm not get it for free, why should I got these. And the chicken from this store is no flavor, I meant no salt and other flavor. Never come back again. I still love Jollibee. read more

Great service and the food is great! My favorite to get here is their 10pc chicken bucket and palabok. It's a perfect sized meal for a family. I have also brought friends who have enjoyed their first experience here. When I order a single serving my go to is the Palabok Fiesta with a drink upgrade to pineapple juice. read more

Walked in super excited for Jollibee! Unfortunately it was such a let down after craving it. The customer service here is so terrible. The people here look like they aren't happy to have a job here and have so much attitude unlike other locations. Might as well just quit instead of ruining the meal with your energy. So I decided to give Jollibee another chance, this time I went to the one found in Ontario mills. Even though I didn't order from their app like last time, I was surprised that I didn't have to wait too long. I placed an order of the sandwich & tenders, during my wait time, I noticed how clean it was. One of the servers was actually taking to sanitize both the trays and countertops. To my surprise, My food came so quickly that I barely even noticed the staff were waiting on me. When I received it, it was the best thing I tasted, nice and moist. Definitely a must check out spot. Horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. Went in yesterday 4/10 around 7:30pm and this really young looking African American boy was cleaning towards the back near the bathrooms. The tables and chairs were in disarray and as he was cleaning he blasted rap music from his phone and placed it on a table all while there were still customers eating near him. He was pushing the chairs and tables with his feet aggressively and had such a bad attitude. He pushed a table and it hit the booth of a family that was eating and the mom got up and confronted him. If I were his manager I would have a few choice words with him and fire him immediately. Came to this place looking forward to a great filipino meal. Unfortunately this place is a little different from other Jollibee restaurants. It should be called Jollibee Express. They don't serve filipino items that you can find at other Jollibee stores. Wife and i were disappointed. I give them an "F" for consistency. The fries were cold so I asked them to replace and they did. The sitting area is very limited since the restaurant is not in the food court area. On the positive side, the fried chicken was as good as always although prices can be more competitive. The mango pie is incredible and again, I wish the price was lower. Thank you for frying it and not baking it like McDonald's. Big big difference. Service was very good. I will only go back to this place if I crave for fried chicken and not on a strict budget.
