Chicken joy!!! Found my new favorite Jolibee! I used to go the one in Chino Hills a lot, but they closed down. Walk in during afternoon, no line, fast service. Got 10 pcs Chicken Joy bucket $19.99, it comes with 2 containers gravy. I tried the spicy chicken joy, I think this is my favorite. Jollibee is a nice addition to Ontario Mills. The place was clean. The staff was friendly. The food was good. My son had the spicy chicken sandwich and liked it. He said it was spicy, just how he likes it. I had the regular chicken sandwich. The chicken was crispy and juicy. Fries were crispy. There is not a lot of tables inside so it gets crowded fast. I wish it was bigger. A few families brought strollers in with their kids and there was no room for the strollers. I don't quite understand why the bathrooms have codes which you have to get from staff. There are plenty of bathrooms in the mall. I don't think a non-customer is going to stop in just to use the bathroom. Overall, a good experience. read more

I love Jollibee. It's like a weird craving I get when I'm tired of American fast-food. The crispy juicyness of the chickenjoy paired with the oh so sweet spaghetti . Mhhhmm Sarap! Inside of Ontario Mills. Ordered 2 PCs Chickenjoy with one side and soda & $8.49 Took only five minutes for my ordered to be served. Earlier the place was packed and there wasn't any table a available, two large groups of people left so I wa able to get a chair at a table. I came in 7:05pm and unfortunately, spicy chicken was sold out and understandably around this time, some items are out already. Nearly closing time. Some other reviewers for this location needs to be compassionate with workers who work closing shift, as they need to go home safe to their families too after the days work. Plan ahead and come in early, recommended when the store opens and around lunch to 6pm, their menu would still be available and you can get enormous quantity of their famous fried chicken. Or try calling them first before you come in late 6:45 or 7pm and check in if what you are craving for is still available to serve. Save your time, energy and to be angry at the employees is just ridiculous, because the fried chicken is already sold out. Expect that the dining area is small, when it its busy there , you will be challenged to find a seat esp if you are in a big family or group. Again dont blame the employees for having a small dining area. They are not the developers or who planned to set up how their dining should be. It's silly to have a fryer down or not ready for fries to hold up six or seven orders of food. Delicious! Coming from the South, fried chicken is EVERYTHING...and this chicken did not disappoint! It was fresh, piping hot, and not greasy at all. Came here during the lunchtime. The wait time was too long for a fast food restaurant because of a shortage of staff, almost half an hour wait time just to have my order ready. However, the food came fresh and hot. We ordered Chickenjoy combo and Mango Pie. The combo came with Pineapple juice. The spicy chicken was tasty and juicy, unlike other fast food brands I've tried.
