    Combo meal: chicken + palabok

Ordered food to take home. I didn't know I can't say cheeseburger when I order. The guy taking orders corrected me and said, "you mean yumburger??" Long story short, I got hamburgers instead of cheeseburgers. I live an hour away and hardly get to come here so that was a bummer.

Finally stopped by after they remodeled the restaurant. Looks like they extended one side and added an Order Pick-Up window which looks way more convenient. Definitely would help keep main restaurant side clear of people waiting for food in the lobby. Anywho, let's get to the food! 2pc spicy chicken with palabok 10/10 - my all time fav combo! Yum burger 4/10 - just patty and sauce Mac and cheese 1/10 - no flavor, cheese tasted like it was sliced cheese melted on Adobo rice 7/10 - actually good and flavors were packed in there

I love Jollibee! Best takeout fried chicken since Church's Chicken! I come to this location often and I prefer to order pickup versus standing in line. The lines here can get backed up and the pickup order gives me time to stop by Food Maxx if I need to pick up extra dinner side dishes. I usually order a family bucket deal and pick either the spaghetti or palabok. Hot, crispy fried skin on the outside, juicy tender meat on the inside. I love the gravy, I can pour it over everything! I like to have a hot pot of rice waiting for me at home so I can pour the gravy all over it. Don't skip the mango pie, it's crispy and gooey! On this occasion I wanted to try the KATSEYE collab. It was delicious! I got the KBBQ sandwich, the chicken was crispy and the sauce was tangy with a soy sauce zing. The freshness of the cilantro, red onions and cucumbers complimented the flavor. This is their best sandwich yet and I wish it was a permanent fixture on their menu.

Just to be accurate about this review, this is my second time eating at a Jollibee (the first time was in Singapore whre I had the fried chicken). This location of Jollibee is very busy with both dining-in and take-out activity. Since I had the fried chicken before I wanted to try the Angus Deluxe Burger Combo. The price was definitely competitive. I placed the order at the counter and I was given a beeper. About 8 minutes later I was beeped to pick up my order. Room for dining-in was limited due to the good sized crowd. The restaurant was clean and there was lots of staff around helping everyone. Coming back to the burger, it was definitely a good and tasty burger. The two things that caught my attention were the pickles and the bun. The pickles was actually nice, not too sour with a slight sweetness to it. I am not a fan of truly sour pickles. The bun was a little too soft but still tasted great. The beef patties were cooked smash style and tasted very nice. Perhaps a nice alternative to In-N-Out.

One of my favorite fast food restaurants. Fried chicken and fried chicken sandwiches are da bomb. Spaghetti too. Burger... not so much, but ya know why you come here! It's temporarily closed now but looking forward to the reopening.

My friends and I came in on a Sunday afternoon, and it was pretty busy. We got the 6 piece chickenjoy bucket and the jolly spaghetti family pack. This amount was perfect for us 3. With the new renovations, there's fewer seats, but I like that they now have a designated order pickup area.

One of the few Jollibee locations in the area! Red Ribbon is no longer part of this location. Plenty of parking and now that Red Ribbon is no longer, there is much more seating available inside. This location gets super busy, not only for dine-in but from food delivery service orders. Usually stop in for Spaghetti with Chickenjoy but made a visit to try the new KATSEYE KBBQ menu, where my EYEKONS at? The KBBQ Chicken Sandwich was just OK, the bread was toothsome and the sauce was too salty. The sprinkle of cilantro and red onions and 3 slices of cucumber is a bit laughable. I would recommend giving an option to have the KBBQ sauce on the side. It does have some heat to it and flavor akin to that of bulgogi sauce + trad BBQ. Call me a traditionalist but Jollibee fried chicken is delicious on it's own and doesn't need to be smothered in a sauce ... unless that is gravy. Their fried chicken truly just reminds me of fried chicken skin and has that chicharron quality to it. Fan of sweet Filipino spaghetti? Jollibee has it down perfectly with slices of hot dog and processed "cheese". The gripe I still hold is how overpriced Jollibee is and shrinkflation has taken effect. The Mango Peach pie is way smaller now. Is it just as delicious? But you get so much less. Also, still standing firm in asking for the Banana Langka pie to return, please. Service is always respectful, friendly and food comes out piping hot and fresh. Clean interior, but noise levels vary. Lots of parking in the lot.

My first time trying Jollibee. I do like fried chicken but seldom order it and when I do, it's usually KFC since there isn't a Jollibee close by to try. We were leaving Saratoga area when I decided to DoorDash from the Tully location (closest to our home). I ordered the 6-piece, a side of spaghetti, a side of fries, and it came with a small container of gravy. Please skip the fries. It was under seasoned and limp. The fried chicken and the gravy however, was delicious. It felt like Thanksgiving. The chicken was fried perfectly and the gravy gave it a boost as it was thick and rich. The spaghetti was really sweet, but very good. I'd eat it again but with rice next time.

It's been a few years since I've last had Jollibee's and so far I have to say this location is probably my favorite. The chicken here is so juicy, crispy skin and large portion. I ordered the spicy chicken, not that spicy to me, pretty mild. Also got their spaghetti which was a little too sweet for me, still good size. The rice was good, and went nicely with a side of gravy. The gravy had a nice flavor. I like the gravy with rice and a piece of chicken. Perfect combo. This location is busy, they have dining but also lots of people do take out. The meal itself is pretty affordable compared to other fast food restaurants. Also not pictured is getting their peach mango pie, small pieces of mango and peach but overall very satisfying.

Being Filipino this place is a staple for me. Although it's priced much higher these days compared to other chicken spots I still love it. With the quality of their chicken it's worth the drive for me as I'm about 45 minutes away. I always get the chicken joy bucket with white rice and to top it off pineapple drink! It's my favorite fried chicken and highly recommend it! The spaghetti is on the sweeter side as that's where it's the Filipino kick. Lastly recommend the pies to finish off your meal! Highly recommend and I always try to stop by when I'm in the area for my favorite friend chicken!

I drove all the way to San Jose, CA for a late lunch at Jollibee just to satisfy my cravings from the Philippines. I ordered the spaghetti, Chickenjoy, and lychee iced tea. The spaghetti was a bit disappointing for me because it was dry and lacked the usual Filipino-style sweetness from the banana ketchup sauce that Jollibee is known for. The noodles were cooked just right though, and the hotdogs reminded me of the classic Libby's-style hotdogs. The chicken, for what they're famous for, still did not disappoint -- crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and still very delicious. The lychee iced tea unfortunately tasted mostly like water with barely any lychee flavor. Overall, it was okay and enough to bring back memories of eating Jollibee back in the Philippines. Not the best branch experience I've had, but still worth it to cure the cravings.

    Do they have halo halo?

No, there is no halo halo anymore, sadly.

Why is there no more Halo Halo and since when?? There's no closest place near me to get halo halo other then a shop by evergreen but it's not the same.

It's bad management on the part of jollibee..had the same question myself and a computer generated response was " they should always have stock of halo halo" which didn't help solve the issue. So I don't go to Jollibee anymore. If I want it I go to…

Is it possible to have a mobile app or curbside to order to prevent the long lines?

Yes, you can order online for pickup.

Is there no more spicy chicken? What's up with that 😭?

Went in yesterday and there was definitely spicy chicken available.

Is it possible to have napkins, utensils, and any condiments in our bags?

    Yes

Did they stop making spicy chicken?

I'm pretty sure it's still on the menu.

Do they still sell corned beef sandwiches?

    I don’t think so.

Do they still have the promotion?

    Nope

Do they still offer Spicy Chicken?

    Sure do!

This time, at one of their brick and mortar locations, there were many pros and cons. For one, I love that they actually put the "hot" in nashville hot chicken. Their medium packs a small punch unlike similar spots which are overly mild. Second, the fries and sauce here are amazing!!! The thick crinkle cut fries are not my favorite style usually, but here they make em so crispy with a soft pillowy center. Also so well-seasoned. I also like the seasoning on the hot chicken- it's less salty than most places and more of a real chili pepper flavor to it. Now for what wasn't my favorite: the chicken was a tad bit on the dryer side and the batter was an in-between of crispy and stale. The loaded mac came with both fries and mac n cheese. The mac itself was a bit bland, but everything out together was not bad. They had what seemed like no AC or proper ventilation when we went and it was so warm! Had us sweating by the end of the meal from both the spice and the heat. Workers were bare minimum of taking your order, and it took around 10 min for everything to come out. Overall: 3.6/5

The portions are serious, the chicken is juicy, and the breading has a great crunch. What really sets them apart for me is the spice. I've had levels 3, 4, and 5, and they're not simply the same seasoning with progressively more heat. Each level actually has a different pepper profile and flavor. Level 3 brings cayenne and Thai chili, level 4 moves into Thai chili and habanero, and level 5 adds habanero and ghost pepper. You can taste the difference, not just feel more burn. The seasoned fries are great too and they definitely don't skimp on the portions. It is a little pricey for a chicken sandwich and fries, but when you see the size and quality of what you're getting, I think it's worth it. Scratch is easily one of my favorite hot chicken spots.

The employee was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the ordering process nice and easy. One thing I found out during my visit is that you can only choose one sauce per order. I was honestly a little bummed about that because there were several wing flavors I wanted to try. I didn't want to spend another $20 just to order a second batch of wings with a different sauce, especially since I was dining by myself. It would be great if there were an option to split an order between multiple sauces so customers could sample more of the menu. I ended up going with the Secret Sauce, and I'm glad I did. The sauce had a great balance of sweetness with a little kick, along with a noticeable garlic flavor that gave it some extra depth. It wasn't overwhelmingly spicy, but it had enough heat to keep things interesting. Combined with the crispy wings, the sauce made for a really satisfying bite. The wings themselves were crunchy on the outside, fresh, and cooked nicely. There was a bit of a wait for my order, most likely because there were quite a few DoorDash orders being prepared, but once my food arrived, everything was fresh and hot. The wait was worth it, especially when the wings came out with that crispy texture I was hoping for. Overall, I had a really good experience and would definitely come back. Next time, I'd bring a group so we could order several flavors and share. The friendly service, fresh wings, and flavorful Secret Sauce definitely gave me a reason to return. I'd give this place 5 stars if customers could choose multiple sauces in a single order. That one limitation is really the only thing keeping me from giving it the full five. If you're coming alone, you may have to commit to one flavor, but if you're with a group, you can turn the sauce situation into a full-on wing tasting. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more flavors.

The Good: Flavor: The Secret Sauce and Spicy flavors were both really good and well-executed. Portions: Very generous portions for the price. Value: The pricing feels reasonable for the amount of food you get. The Bad: The "Half & Half" Policy: You cannot actually split a whole chicken into two flavors. To get both the Secret Sauce and Spicy, I was forced to order two separate halves. This only saves you about $2, which basically just covers the cost of the extra flavor anyway. It is a frustrating policy. The Crunch: For Korean fried chicken, the texture was a massive letdown. Even for takeout, it completely lacked that signature, unforgettable crunch you get at Bonchon. Honestly, even Popeyes has a more satisfying bone-in crunch than this. I might give them another chance because the sauces were genuinely tasty, but if you are chasing that authentic, ultra-crispy KFC crunch, this isn't it.
