I came here for the first time today with the bubz, and the location is close by. I can tell the food is americanized because of the chain restaurants, but I gave it a chance to try it out. The bubz had spagetti with a chicken drumstick while I had the sweet potato fries. The spagetti & drumstick was alright, sweet yet okay. The sweet potato fries are crispy, but lacking a bit of flavor like salt/pepper. I've heard the Halo Halo is good here, next time I would come back to try that. Came here for my friend's 18th birthday party!!!! Didn't know they did birthday parties let alone birthday parties for us old kids haha. It was actually pretty fun. We played games, ran around like kiddies, took pictures with the giant Jollibee bee that came out all dressed up.. And we had tons of food and unlimited refills on our sodas hoorah! We even got goodie bags at the end!! Not very vegetarian friendly food, but they doo have great peach turnover pocket things. LOL ... polite is their custom greetings... although sometimes I feel ignored when they are rushing around getting change or filling out order requests when I enter without a "ma'am" ... 99 cents for corned beef sammich? I'm not being bias and only speaking from a point of view of eating as much Filipino home type of meals. If you're not used to it, the meal combinations can seem strange. If you've visited Hawaii then you may know what I'm talking about. I actually like this place but I'm only giving it 3 stars because it's greasy. Portion wise is decent and pricing is alright. There is a lot of variety from Spaghetti with hotdogs, fried items like shrimps or chicken to burgers. I had their burger with the pineapple in it, can't remember what it's called, not bad but on the sweet side. Yeah im filipino but I dont really like how they run this place. They're so into the budget and food cost. It usually takes 30 minutes just to get a chicken breast and wing. Even when this place is getting hit with a rush they still dont cook a little extra. But you know your gonna get your food fresh and still dripping with hot oil. I had breakfast here one time... I didnt know they would serve it. I thought it was pretty good; Egg's with garlic rice. The buko and mango pie is pretty good. The cooler drinks.... Cook the tapioca a little longer guys. Im a fan of the spaghetti and chicken joy. The yumbuger is probably 2nd best on the menu pretty brilliant with the thousand island with pineapple. Customer service is good. I love Jollibee, I do. My favorites are usually their breakfast dishes and spicy chicken. I have been to this Jollibee many times (since moving to CA), but now that I live in a state where the closest Jollibee is 3 hours away, I have a better appreciation of the place. This particular location has been changed/renovated. They have great seats, which are so much better than their old plastic seats and tables. Service here is always hit or miss, depending on the time and people. Now that they've opened a Red Ribbon right next to it (it was the old extension of the Jollibee where they normally held parties and the bathroom), that's another reason to stop by- get all your Filipino fixings at one place. read more

My ex-girlfriend introduced me to Jollibee.. ever since then i've been hooked! Filipino fast food or whatever you may call it, good food for the price. Hands down.. their fried chicken is better than kfc like everyone says. BUT.. cannot beat popeyes delicious fried chicken. If you do decide to try Jollibee out, i suggest the fired chicken, spaghetti with a side of rice. And EXTRA gravy.. and i mean EXXXTRRAAA!!! If you go before 11 a.m.. Jolli-Breakfast! I agree with most of the negative comments. I order here almost every week and the service is just terrible. The staff is not friendly at all and one of the cashiers couldn't get my order right. Either he has bad hearing or doesn't know what he is doing. The food is pretty good but not as good as it is back home. "no place like home" right? But at least it comes close to how it should be. I can say all great things I've experienced from going to Jollibee in the Philippines. However, coming here with those expectations, Jollibee in Tully rd. fail to satisfy my expectation... First of all, if I could rate their customer service, I would give it zero star. The employee here, just talk all the time. One is even chatting with her coworker while my order just sits there fully prepared at the counter. There were only few customers, and I know that was my order because it was just a bucket that her fellow coworker have quickly prepared already. They could have buzz my order so I didn't had to wait extra 5 min. Also, they work as if every single one of them are ready to go home, like perhaps they show work ethics as if they weren't getting enough pay or something.. I don't the case but I hope management step up so that their workers can show REAL enthusiasm. Also, there's trash all over the place and the tables so we had to ask someone to clean it up. But seriously, a customer should have been welcome to come in with a clean table to eat. I could go on and on.... such as how slow the workers are. There simply isn't any team work here like other companies to accomodate the fast pace demand of the customers... But my point is, we should raise the standard of this Jollibee location. This is my first Yelp review and please don't take this as a complain but understand that people has to step up to change 'the routine' or 'their system', whatever ways you imagine it is. because if you brag that Jollibee is a world class fast food restaurant, then at least prove it by your quality work. read more

Place is dirty with trash overflowing. The fountain soda machines are sticky and hasn't been wiped down. Customers have to ask the employees to clean the tables. Managers don't care about the restaurant. Employees are on their phones. Shirts not tucked in. Very unprofessional. This is the reflection of the poor leadership of management. read more

Customer service during evenings is very poor. Manager named Raj always argues with subordinates and some customers. These happened a couple of times. I decided to write this review because the last time I was there, after waiting for 20 minutes, they gave me a wrong order. They asked me to wait for another 20 mins to correct my order, WTH?! Told the manager to just give me a refund but she insisted. I was so pissed and demanded for a refund. She still insisted. Have passed by this place many many times. My son seen their bee outside the restaurant and he wanted to see it. Walked in was greeted with a hello and welcome. I am NEVER coming back to this place again! I come here from time to time after work and I always came out of the store with an ALMOST satisfied feeling. However this feeling is forever changed because of worker Wea and her rude attitude!! I came yesterday after work around 6-7PM, got in line and ordered my food, easy and quick. I was waiting for my order and noticed worker Wea did NOT seem to enjoy her job and looked more than grumpy while she continues to slam customer's(including my order) food on the trays leaving them looking messy and unappealing. Once my order was ready(2pc chicken w/ rice and mash potatoes) I go and grab my food without any acknowledgement from Wea even after thanking her for my readied order, rude much?. Another customer also got their order the same time as me and I noticed that Wea was rolling her eyes right infront of the customer! Uhm what the fuck?! Is that customer service that Jollibee represent? Anyway I head back home ready to eat my meal to notice I wasn't even given any gravy, strike one. I opened the box that had my food to see that the gravy from the mashed potatoes was EVERY WHERE. All over the chicken rice and the lid of the box, obviously from the way she was slamming the food on the trays!!! Strike two! I was not pleased but I shrugged it off and moved on to find out I wasn't even given any utensils!! Strike three! But I decided to come back tonight again(worse idea i made) and give Jollibee another chance. But to my dismay Wea was there again with the same grumpy looking face! Does she not know how to smile? Obviously not. I ordered Aloha yum meal which took SO long for me to receive. Customers after me got their orders before me!! At this point I just wanted to refund my order and leave this store ASAP! Once my order was FINALLY done after waiting longer than 15 minutes for just a burger and fries. Noticed I wasn't given any ketchup like how I wasn't given any gravy from the night before I asked for some. I asked Wea if I could have some and she only gave me two packets!!!! The only food I love in this place is the Yum Burger and the Buko Pandan Drink. I don't know who make their spaghetti or their palabok but it does not taste anything like the Philippine version. Fast food filipino...that's all it is. I never had a long wait for my food when I come here.. I usually order a couple of dishes. The chicken is yummy and spagetti is good ( better when you get it in the Philippines). If you're not familiar with the place and expect filipino authentic food, you'll be disappointed. Honestly the spaghetti and the gravy was pretty crappy but the chicken was pretty decent. The customer service there is 5HIT if you go there on a packed day. They're pretty shady with their ketchup and napkins. With $40 bucks spent I rather go to KFC or Popeyes chicken and get better quantity+quality service and food. But I would like to mention that one of their female workers used the restroom without washing her hands and then I saw her back in the kitchen helping serve food. I don't come to this location quite often but when I do, it's never really a pleasant visit. Maybe I should start ordering to-go/pick up. The only reason why I keep coming back is because their fried chicken is good and their gravy sure is one of a kind. However, their service is what ALWAYS ticks me off. Their employees need to realize that this is a work place/business. This isn't where you come to hang out to chill with your friends. During my last visit last Monday (09/04/2017), my boyfriend and I were forced to sit towards the back because that seemed to be the only table available. The table next to us were filled with employees who seemed to be either on lunch break or were off duty already. My honey and I tried to enjoy our lunch in quiet but the employee table next to us were just so loud and obnoxious, talking about how crazy their weekend was. This restaurant is based from the Philippines and I, too, came from there, so I understand the language pretty fluently. I kid you not, the staff were so loud talking about the crazy weekend they just had, it reminded me of high school, but in Tagalog. I'm not sure if they were unaware of how unprofessional it seemed but it was really disturbing especially having to sit next to that table. I am an occasional fan of jollibee fried chicken when i need a quick chicken fix. The chicken is without a doubt eatible but the soda machine kept giving me bitter syrupless soda which got on my nerves, and when you order rice they give it to you wrapped in paper, no plate, just rice wrapped in paper. This is ok I guess if you like eating with your fingers, but i kind of like having a plate when eating like a regular person. I guess its economical for them which to me seems kiinda ghetto but you get over it. I probably wont be back for a while read more

Came today as a first timer and the way I ordered could've been better so I wasn't upset to see my receipt with one thing wrong ( my boyfriends picky and I didn't want to go home wIth the wrong thing ) otherwise it wouldn't have mattered. I ordered a chicken sandwich but got charged a deluxe I should've specified I wanted the classic. Went to the register to get it fixed and he did it right away calling back to the kitchen to correct it. I ended up ordered 2 more chicken too and he even saved me money by charging me a different way. The food was good too. This is a good place to go to when you're craving for the traditional Filipino breakfast. Tapsilog is my favorite. What I don't like is they don't serve hot tea, and they won't give you hot water either. They serve coffee but not everybody is a coffee drinker. The place was clean. read more

We needed a quick bite before doing an escape room and I finally got to try this fast food joint that my Filipino friends rave about. I was actually going to try it at the Great Mall location after shopping last month but the line was out of the door so I told myself I would try it another time. Parking was easy to find and my friends were surprised there was only a short line. I was told that the safest and most popular choices were the fried chicken or spaghetti. I took a peek at what everyone else had ordered and I stuck with the C2- 2 pieces of chicken: leg and thigh and 2 sides: rice and gravy. The chicken was steaming hot, crispy and juicy but a little salty. However, my mashed potatoes came out moderately dry but thankfully, gravy solves all your problems in life.
