In the past I've used one of the well known apps(services) to have someone come in and do a move in cleaning. Each time disappointed when the person shows up with barely a handful of cleaning supplies. When you talk to the Coldren team about a Move Out cleaning the review with you all the details they cover and you can tell they know what getting a rental ready will take. This confidence increased when the team arrived and started to unload professional cleaning tools and cleaning supplies. It was a team not a single person picking up a one time cleaning job. They spent a few hours cleaning and getting it ready for the final inspection. During the final walk through I only found a couple small things and was surprised they were able to clean a couple items i thought to be uncleanable. I hope I dont have a lot of tenant turn over and have to use them often but when i need the next Move Out\In cleaning it will be Coldren's

I first found her on Yelp when I was getting my home ready for an inspection. My house isn't just a home--it's also my place of business, so it really needed a proper deep clean. We started with just the bathroom and kitchen, and I was so impressed with the results that I immediately booked her again to deep clean the rest of the house. At first, I was planning to do the house in pieces (rooms one time, bathrooms another), but Rosie actually suggested it would be cheaper to do the whole house at once instead of splitting it up. I appreciated that she was honest about what made the most sense financially, not just trying to upsell. This is not the first cleaning company I've used. I had tried a larger commercial cleaning company before and thought they did a "normal" job--until Rosie came. For example, I had tough hard-water stains on my bathroom sliding doors that the previous company couldn't remove. Rosie and her team got them out. That was my "oh wow" moment. After seeing her work, I realized, oh, THIS is what a real deep clean looks like. Since then, I've signed up for monthly cleanings, and my husband and I (both working two jobs) rely on her to help keep our home in shape. I was so happy with her work that I even hired her to deep clean my mom's bathroom, which was in rough shape--and she did an amazing job there too. Price-wise, I had called around before booking her: One company was cheaper but totally booked for weeks, and I needed help ASAP for the inspection. Another company I'd used before had increased their prices a lot from the previous year. Rosie's pricing was right in the middle--not the cheapest, but absolutely fair for the quality and effort she and her team put in. And most importantly, she was available quickly when I needed it. Communication and professionalism are excellent: She confirms the day and time by text or call. On the day of service, she always texts when she's on the way. She's on time and respectful of my home. Overall, Rosie and her crew are reliable, thorough, and professional. So here is my updated review…read more As far as staff, everybody was very cordial, polite, and showed up on time. Denise specifically had a great vision for what she wanted to do. That was appreciated. We were having our pantry and kitchen reorganized because we just have so much stuff and it made it very difficult to have any somewhat of organization. Denise, another staff member showed up at 9 AM to get started. Forgive me my mind is fried I forgot her name. Things started slow, which is understandable because there needs to be some two-way communication on how things are going to be and how we wanted it to go. Once things got going, we took a step back and let them do their thing. There was a bit of miscommunication on how things were specifically being charged per hour. We had an understanding in our estimate that 10 hours at $100 an hour was what we were budgeting for. $1000. As things progressed, I asked a question regarding how late they were staying since things seem like they were moving a little slow. I was told they were working from 9 AM to 2 PM which is five hours. So the miscommunication was that I was being quoted 10 hours With five hours for each person coming. That's where there was a miscommunication. I do not believe it was on purpose. I think it was just one of those things that wasn't clearly discussed. I can take partial blame for not asking the question, but I made an assumption. The girls stayed an extra two hours to try to finish the pantry. So the kitchen portion was not even addressed. And reach out to the boss Cathy, I explained where there was some confusion. Once it was explained that we were essentially paying $200 an hour for two people to be here we quickly hit our budget limit, which did not allow for a secondary follow up for the kitchen. The girls did their best to get the pantry finished as possible. There were many items that were still left out that we were told we could now figure out where those could go. The pantry is re-organized much better than it was before absolutely. Was it a $12-$1300 worth job? No based on many other estimates we had received this was the highest we had had. But based on recommendations we wanted to go with a group that had a background that seemed to have a strong foundation in this area. This is not personal, Cathy, Denise, and everyone else were spectacular people and I do not believe that there was the slightest intent for the miscommunication on cost. Again, the pantry looks much better than it did before, but there was also a bit of unutilized space considering so many things were left out. That seemed to come from the fact that Denise needed to rework things that the second staff member had done prior. As stated before, Denise seem to have a better vision and honestly may have done a better job on her own. Communication with Cathy is fine. She did try to address the issue by giving us a slight break on how we were paying, but I did make it clear. We definitely could not afford a follow up at what was being charged. My recommendation is this. If you're looking for someone to do a house move or to deal with a hoarding situation or an overloaded garage where you just need a ton of things moved out, boxed up and gotten rid of. They are the perfect solution. If you're looking for someone to re-organize kitchen cabinets, drawers pantry space , this might not be the best choice due to cost alone. They appear to be a fantastic company that does show empathy and care but I think due to the cost loan we would not be able to utilize them again. If you're on a budget, you may have to look elsewhere. Again, if you were doing a major move or you need to clean out the top overloaded area to get things moved out and gotten rid of. They are definitely the ones you want to call. For future in-house re-organization we would have to go with a different option that's more affordable within a budget. $100 an hour per person is just a bit much for the average homeowner. I do think Cathy for her communication and attempts to make things right. Most businesses won't even bother with that. She showed integrity. Again I believe there was just a unclear miscommunication regarding the cost. Having multiple staff on site at the same time. Question apparently I should have asked, but just did not think too. I'm giving them four stars based on the fact that I think they definitely meant well and Denise really did do exceptional work in the time she had especially considered. She was reworking things that had been done prior.

We found Ivan after searching for the right Ikea cabinet installation company for some time. He was showcased in a custom Ikea cabinet manufacturer page but what set him apart (and ultimately made us choose him vs. others) was the quality and attention to detail that was evident in the pictures from his previous jobs. Our installation consisted of various materials, standard Ikea Sektion boxes, custom acrylic upper doors (push to open), and custom white oak base and tall cabinets. When the job started, Ivan was quick to point out seemingly minor improvements to the original design that made a big difference: we were able to remove/relocate filler pieces that resulted in a cleaner installation. Which brings me to my second point. Whenever there was a decision to be made, however minor, Ivan took the time to stop and consult with us regarding how we wanted to proceed. This is a refreshing take as oftentimes contractors make their own choices without the client's input, resulting in costly changes down the road. Just like the pictures during our installer search, Ivan's work displayed a keen attention to detail. Ivan takes pride on his work and cares about the final product. For instance, after he installed the uppers, we felt that some of the gaps around a corner cabinet section were a bit bigger than the rest. Mind you, this was not a simple door adjustment, but Ivan took the time to remove previously installed side panels to make sure everything lined up precisely. Based on our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend Ivan and Innovation Cabinet Installs to anyone looking for the highest quality cabinet installation around.

I called Jamie up and he came out and gave me an estimate because I seen him in the Solera complex before and he came in and gave me a price which I thought was pretty reasonable to go in and completely do my entire carpet in my house and my tile throughout the house when he showed up yesterday morning, which was Tuesday and started his magic clean my tiles and carpet took him about three hours 3 1/2 hours to do the whole house and I paid them and he was on his way and he said don't go walking on it till three or four hours because we opened up the windows and we had the fans going in the house so the carpet. I came back five hours later and the carpet looked like it was brand new. I'm not exaggerating. The tile looked like it was just laid. The grout was absolutely perfect. The carpet was. I couldn't even believe that was my carpet. I don't know if he put new carpet in my house or not while I was gone, but it looked that good and he sealed my tile all the grout on my tiles, which will eliminate those issues in the future, I gotta tell you this guy knows what he's doing and make no mistake. Your carpet will look as good as new when he's done with it. I was 100% impressed with his work and from now on in the future I found my carpet cleaning guy, and if you knew what I knew about the way it looked and how he did his job you had to hire him today too price was acceptable not high not low. It's right probably lower than it should've been but this guy does tremendous work and his chemicals and application methods and work ethics are excellent.
