What a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere. If you can't appreciate thoughtful service then you don't belong here. And the food was delightful, wonderful flavors, nothing overbearing. The cocktails were original and extraordinary. Joon is a gift from heaven.

Stopped in for a drink. Such a cute hip spot. Loved the atmosphere. Look forward to checking the food out another time. The menu looked great.

Amazing! Each dish's ingredients were fresh and vibrant. I was impressed by Joon's decor but the food wowed me. We had the fixed price menu which wasn't our intent as we stopped by for small plates at the bar. However the staff was very accommodating to give us a table late on a Sunday night without reservations. The noodle salad, lamb flatbread, shrimp and scallops, and strawberry shortcake were each noteworthy. Yet, I didn't feel overly full at the end of the meal. Well done, Joon. Thank you for the best meal in Provincetown.

The most exquisite meal I had during my time in P-Town. This restaurant rivals the infamous Red Inn and should be experienced during your stay in Provincetown. We did not know they only offered a prixe fix menu for table seating, but the waiter was kind enough to let us order a la carte since there was no room at the bar for my friend and I. We started with Eric's P-Town Salad (kale, mizunna, radish, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, garlic herb croutons, and a house made green goddess dressing). The salad was the perfect way to start our culinary experience at Joon. My friend insisted we order the duck sliders, which I was apprehensive about since I am not a fan of duck- but these turned out to be one of the best dishes I have had. The duck was cooked to perfection and almost reminded me of thin-sliced pastrami- the flavors were amazing and complimented the biscuits perfectly. Both my friend and I were blown away by how delicious, yet simple the dish was. We also shared the pan-seared scallops, which came with mashed potatoes and a truffle vinaigrette- the BEST scallops I have had to date. Having heard only about Red Inn being a must, we are so glad we discovered Joon off the beaten path. By far one of the best meals I have had this year.

Love this cozy, intimate wine bar. The owner and servers are welcoming and able to discuss the wines (not the ordinary Walgreens varieties). The food is creative. We especially loved the lamb flat bread. It melts in your mouth. The chef is creative and knows how to mix flavors, leaving you wanting more... can't wait for a return visit!

The restaurant is so pretty, the view is gorgeous, and the staff is so nice. Our waiter, Ivan, was a real treat. He made sure we were having a good, fun time from the minute we sat down. We were particularly impressed when, on realizing we were all going to share the Caesar salad, he brought out the salad already portioned into individual bowls. Also shout out to the focaccia bread and the amazing staff making sure we always had enough! I cannot recommend this place any more. If you're in town, you must make a reservation, it's worth it

We were seated at a cozy table for two with beautiful views of the bay, and from that moment on, the experience was flawless. Ivan was the consummate professional, warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. He guided us through the menu, made thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel like regulars from the moment we sat down. His colleague kept our glasses filled with ice-cold lemon water all evening, a small gesture that was especially appreciated on such a sweltering night. We also had a second serving of delicious focaccia without even asking!! The service was effortless. You never had to look around or wonder where anyone was. Someone always seemed to appear exactly when you needed them. The wine was perfectly chilled. The food arrived piping hot. Every dish was beautifully prepared, balanced, and full of flavor. Nothing tried too hard; everything simply worked. One of my favorite parts of the evening was the atmosphere. No blaring music competing with conversation, just the soft hum of happy diners, the occasional call of a seagull, and the peaceful feeling of dining by the water. And then came the fudge at the end. Really? As if they hadn't already won us over. Sal's Place isn't just dinner, it's the kind of experience that reminds you why people fall in love with Provincetown. Thoughtful hospitality, incredible food, a spectacular setting, and a team that genuinely cares. We can't wait to return.

Great bar and bartender Jeff was excellent. First trip, we ordered calamari and coconut shrimp apps and some cocktails at the bar. The American menu offers seafood and steakhouse options. Soups include French onion and seafood chowders. Our server, Chrissy, was very personable and super friendly. She definitely provided good information on menu for wine and dinner. We went with lobster chowder and coconut shrimp for starters and the pork chops with mashed potatoes for dinner. Chowder was loaded with seafood and flavorful. The pork chop was cooked medium to perfection with an amazing sauce. The mashed potatoes were very good. The meals were very filling so dessert was not ordered. The dessert menu offered full list for all palates including good list of digestifs. Both visits provided excellent experiences.
