This was a Scallop special that was not on the menu. It had scallops, bacon, mushrooms, linguini in a creamy garlic sauce.

My family and I had a great meal at Bubala's. The host and our server were very nice. The server was very helpful answering our questions and explaining the specials that night. I love the scallop special that I had. My son had a burger that he said was yummy. I liked the scene there at night time on the street. It was fun to watch everyone walking by.

We finally got the opportunity to check out Bubala's for dinner. We had been a few times prior for lunch and brunch and had a decent enough time, but I'm glad we finally went at night because their dinner entrées are surprisingly quite good! I would describe the overall vibe at Bubala's as casual and no-nonsense... more of what I would consider a rustic, beach town aesthetic. In other words, the place features basic weather-proof furniture, lots of outside dining space (although they have plenty of seating inside), and plenty of beach decor and colors. Speaking of food, for lunch, I've tried a number of their handhelds--burgers and sandwiches. All are pretty good, but I especially like their fries. Some of the stand out entrées that we tried at dinner included the Seafood Cassoulet and Cod in Parchment. Oh, and the wings were quite tasty, too! Final thoughts = Check this place out if you hit up Provincetown. You likely won't have to wait long, and there's bound to be something on the menu that satisfies any craving you might have.

Perfect night to sit outside for dinner!

Food was absolutely delicious! I was a bit worried because the menu doesn't list any gluten free items, but they accommodated me (celiac) and ensured my meal was safe from cross contamination. I got the cod in parchment (cooked to perfection). Lovely staff, great ambiance. Perfect night out!

Don't be fooled by the looks of it - it looks like a casual tavern. This is a gem in P-town. Fresh delicious food, quiet atmosphere and high demand. We were at the back patio for dinner. I had the cod in parchment - soft cod with herbs, potatoes and asparagus baked in a parchment. Very flavorful; enjoyed every bite! We also got the beet salad (beets on a bed of arugula) and the Greek tacos. For the Greeks out there: those are soft taco tortilla filled with ground lamb and topped with tzatziki sauce. Beans come on the side. Very filling meal. Overall, delightful dinner! We will go back before we leave P-town!

Cute location, decent amount of indoor/outdoor space. I got the Thai chicken salad, it was pretty good. There were more noodles than I expected, but that's ok. The dressing they use is perfect. Overall hit the spot.

after a sunny day at the beach this was a great sport with fantastic food, dessert, drinks, & views!

Drinks, food, deserts all amazing and the vibes are immaculate. Great ambiance. Would come back everyday.

This is a Provincetown staple and we always eat her at least once during trips here. Food is usually solid and service is generally okay. I've always sat outside and it's fun to watch the world go by. For a quick bite at reasonable prices, this is a decent selection.

Delicious seafood and excellent service. Glad to get a lovely glass of French wine. The Halibut was exceptional.

Service great. Food was OK. Nothing really creative, but menu was a a bit deceiving as the descriptions were enticing.

You have to walk up a slight hill on Carver Street to get here, and it was no surprise that it was relatively packed with all the terrace seats taken. And yet, the ambiance was quite chill. Everyone was looking relaxed and definitely not on the make. Customers skewed a tad older here, which made us feel right at home. We were particularly impressed that the veteran bartender had a mixing container dedicated to their espresso martinis, so of course, we ordered a pair for $16 each (photo: https://yelp.to/VmjWNmEyk0). We sat near the fireplace and just let the smooth libations and mellow dudes give us the P-Town karma. For some wishful reason, I thought it was a full-out gay bar, but no, when we heard the booming voice of the drunken slattern at the bar, we knew it was a place that welcomed anybody and everybody. Nothing wrong with that but some show tunes would've been nice. We soon realized P-Town doesn't really have straight bars, just different flavors of gay ones. The bartender was friendly, but the vibe was off for us. We weren't into pool or ping-pong but still made time for a couple of their signature cocktails in paper cups, the $16 Margarita for Jamie and the $14 Blue Hawaiian for me (Photo 2). They were on the watery side, but hey, the evening was young.
