If you're ever in Brevard, North Carolina and craving a burger that hits all the right notes--Jordan Street Café is the place to go. I stumbled into this cozy downtown spot one afternoon after a hike, not expecting much... but wow, was I in for a surprise. I ordered their Jordan Burger, and it was honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had. Perfectly juicy, loaded with thick-cut bacon, fresh veggies, melted cheddar, and just the right touch of dijon mayo--it was absolutely stacked and full of flavor.

What a cute spot to dine at. They have higher priced specials as well as lower priced menu options. It was such a nice atmosphere and the food was incredible. The service was on point, and the staff were attentive and sweet. Very grateful to have had the opportunity to dine here! Would definitely come back to try the blackened chicken sandwich!

Wow! Visited Brevard a number of times but just discovered this fabulous place. The chicken parm is pure comfort food. The homemade coconut cake-to die for.

This place is adorable! I liked that you ordered at the counter and then grabbed a seat. If it feels like too much pressure - order a drink and sit down with a menu and return when you're ready. The gentleman taking our order was so patient and kind. We ordered the mozzarella sticks to start - they were homemade but a little too much breading for our taste. We then got a side Caesar salad - excellent! A side of sweet potato fries - also great. But the star of the show was a chick fil a rip off (what they called it) a mushroom sandwich that was so tasty. They marinated the mushroom in pickle juice and it was loaded with a delicious sauce, chopped pickles, lettuce, tomato and melted cheese. Only bad news is - this was a special and not even on the menu. If it ever reappears - you must order!

We visited a couple of times and everything here was great. The homemade bread with pesto sauce, fried mozzerella sticks, and BBQ pulled pork nachos were all very satisfying and tasty appetizers. The trout special with mushroom ravioli, was a unique pairing that went well together. The trout was juicy, fall-off-the-fork deliciousness. The accompanying sauce was rich, savory and creamy. The chicken marsala was another yummy and generously sized dish. This is a lively place if you are seated outdoors on their patio. It is a casual, fun vibe. Pro Tip: They are only open Thursdays - Sundays.

From out of town and looking to move to the area and was told by the owners of our B&B about this place and i am glad they did! Food was amazing and and service was good with a small town fell

This place seems to be a local fave. The restaurant has a neighborhood feel. A wall divides it in two, with a bar on one side and walk-up ordering / unlimited tea & water on the other. No wait staff; you take your number from the walk up and food is served from the kitchen staff. - We stopped in after completing the Looking Glass Rock hike, so we were ready to chow down. The food portions were huge, and two of us took our leftovers with us. I did not get a pic of the Hawaiian Burger, but it had a full pineapple slice and took up half the plate.

Weve been here before and loved the post-ride eats. JSC consistently has good food. I love their Tuna Tower. It went well with a glass of Malbec and a house side salad. Almost everyone else at the table ordered the ribeye...which almost cleared them out of ribeye at 7pm on a Saturday. They said if that happened, we would have had the NY strip substituted. JSC has your back. Covid seems to have diminished their service and staff, much like everywhere else. Nobody in NC is masked despite recommendations. JSC is no different. With a cozy interior and just a few seats in the alley, once you take off your mask to eat, you're basically consenting to taking your own risks anyway. Regardless, we had quick, friendly service and went on our merry way just after closing time. Stay safe and be well Yelpers.

The food was just perfect. The tomato bisque soup was to die for on a cold January day. What more needs to be said.

If I could give this a higher score than 5 stars I would!…read moreOut of every place I've ever reviewed, this has definitely earned the #1 highest rating I could give. Everything about this place was absolutely exceptional. Starting with service! The woman that greeted us when we came in and took our order, is one of the sweetest ladies ever. I just kept telling my husband after each small interaction with her "oh my gosh I just love her". It's an incredibly warm and inviting space, and I wish we lived closer just to be able to experience that alone more often. But lord have mercy, the food? They knocked it out of the park!!! They have a huge menu with all sorts of stuff that you don't see super often. We got the Chicago dog, the BBQ burger, the sweet potato fries, onion rings, and a blackberry shake. Those sweet potato fries will have me dreaming about them until I can make my way back here. There's no amount of praise to do this place justice! All I can say is, if you haven't tried stopping by here for a meal, you absolutely need to!

So weirdly expensive for a hot dog joint. 2 Dawgs and fries will have you in the $20 range. I had…read morethe chili cheese dawg which was good as well as a corn dog and tots. I later added a vanilla shake which was another ten dollars. It was all good and the shake was fantastic but it was over $30 per person. For a hot dog shack! They literally have two $11 hot dogs...what? My daughter's Philly Cheese was a steak sandwich. Not thinly sliced steak but great honking chunks of steak. It was a tough sandwich to get down. Service was fast and friendly and the restaurant had a run down diner vibe. You could probably pare it down to $20 a person but that is still bonkers for sandwich and fries. I don't think we will be back but glad we tried it for sure!
