Their establishment is quant and timely as there is the tasting room and gift shop on site, along with an extremely small distillery which is now rarely used. They distill offsite nearby. I highly recommend coming in for the tasting and history. Their products are well worth it. They are famous for being distilled in Canada during Prohibition and smuggled into NYC to the Cotton Club in tin cans.

We tasted 14 different types of bourbon and 1 Tennessee whiskey. The Colonel told us about bourbon history, the difference of wheated bourbon, what makes bourbon sweet or spicy and the different types of bourbons. We were served a charcuterie board about half way through the class. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and learned a lot about bourbon at the Bourbon House with the Colonel and Margaret Sue.
