The last dentist I went to put my crowns on wrong and didn't wait for my gums to heal! Dr. Yuri actually took the time to explain to me what I had to do when I had the temporary crowns on. Who knew I had to floss in between because food gets stuck. The three temporary crowns were stuck together so they gave me some thing different to floss together. Well my gums are healed and I have my new crowns! They are also amazing and will help with a payment plan if needed! I recommend this office anytime and their prices are reasonable!

Only after the procedure was done was I told that it was not covered -- and that I would need to pay out of pocket before leaving. This kind of bait-and-switch is completely unacceptable. I had previously referred several patients here, but after this experience, none of them will be returning, and I strongly advise others to stay far away. I will also be filing a formal complaint with my insurance provider and exploring options to report this situation. Their practice lacks transparency, professionalism, and basic respect for patient rights. I will never return, and I encourage others to seriously reconsider before trusting their dental care to this office. Please refer to other reviews given to this office and the new ownership and consider going to multiple other dental practices in the area. In addition, my friends have far better things to do than to be reviewing a random dental office they've never heard of. I had an unfortunate fall 16 years ago that badly broke one of my front teeth. I had a root canal and crown then but was always incredibly self conscious about the crown. The shape and the color never matched appropriately. At the time I thought this was all I could expect, but 16 years later and a freshly updated crown complete I am beyond pleased and proud of the way my teeth look. I didn't know there would be a dentist that would care the way that Dr. Perlaza did. The lab he uses is fantastic, coming in to custom shade match, then taking the time to come back and make a slight shade adjustment because doctor was not happy with the match the first time. Truth is, I hadn't even noticed any shade issue I was already so pleased with the upgrade I saw then... but Dr. Perlaza is a perfectionist and I am so grateful! The final outcome is dreamy!
