I think that was my best experience when it comes to my teeth so far. From the second I entered the office, Ed, the receptionist, was really friendly and courteous, for a moment I felt like I'm talking to my relative or something. Ed was able to answer all my questions. Afterwards, I had a conversation and my first check up with Josephine, the dentist. Oh my god, this lady is amazing! No wonder why this place has 5/5 stars. Dr. Sinajon, or Dr. Joy is definitely THE BEST dentist I've ever had. I had issues with my teeth and bleeding gums. I went through five other dentists and orthodontists before I met Dr. Joy. The other dentists and orthodontists knew I had bad gum issues, but they saw me as "dollar signs" rather than trying to provide REAL solutions to my gum issues. Dr. Joy was the first dentist to really think of me as a patient rather than $$$. She is very personal and cares for her patients as human beings. I can't begin to describe how much dental work I needed, but Dr. Joy was there through my every ortho and surgery phase. She treated my case with perfection and great attention to detail. Everyone is so sweet and her dental assistants are extremely gentle. It makes your experience so much more comfortable. You really come to develop security and trust, which are two things I require in all physicians I come across. 2. Gentle as can be. I've never in my life enjoyed going to the dentist so much. Dr. Sinajon is so knowledgeable - but not at all intimidating. She answers your questions in very simple layman's terms so that someone as ditzy as me can even understand. 3. You get to walk away with pretty much the most amazing toothbrush EVER. The quality is incredible, soft yet sturdy bristles. 4. Decor - I'm a sucker for a nice office. My Family told me go to try this Clinic because I was having mild sensitivity in one tooth. They treated me very well when I visited the first time. The people were nice and friendly. But after the cleaning, the doctor told me I have to fix 3 teeth and pay about $200 with the insurance. I thought it was weird. I had just cleaned my teeth 3 months before and the other doctor said everything was okay. I take care of my teeth very well every day. I didn't think I would get so many problems in just 3 months. I tried to visit my dentist friend. He told me it is not necessary to fix everything they said. He said one of my teeth had very small cavities. He said it is better to keep my teeth clean. If I fixed it now, it could be take some of my real tooth out. In the long run, that is not good for the health of your teeth. read more

Dr. Sinajon is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to and has provided the best dentist visit experience yet. Firstly, she is extremely organized, clean, and professional. She definitely knows her stuff when it comes to your teeth and will not cut corners when it comes to your treatment. I found Dr. Sinajon on yelp after miserable experiences at other dentists, and I'm so happy I did. She's friendly and really treats you like family! I'm most happy with her honesty which is why I have left other dentists. She has gone out of her way to make sure insurance would cover things and only does procedures you really need. This pains me to leave such a bad review because on a personal I really like Dr. Joy and her staff but I'm also very upset with their service. My family has been with Dr. Joy for a few years and we always forgave them for little missteps like billing the wrong insurance company when we had a change. Over time the little things became big things like forgetting to get authorization for a crown for over a year _ which meant waiting a year for a crown!! Making a specific request for an appliance and having her forget and order the wrong one then try to convince you that it'll work then when it doesn't she won't order the correct one. But the final straw was when her hygienist had moved away which we didn't know about until we showed up for our appointment and Dr. Joy cleaned my teeth in under 30 min. I left feeling like they were still dirty. Six months go by, I show up for my next scheduled cleaning and again it's Dr. Joy. She said she decided not to replace the hygienist and do cleanings herself. Once more I left feeling like she didn't really get in there. Against my better judgement I saw her six months later with the same experience. We then had an insurance change and she was no longer in our plan so I see my new dentist for a complete new patient check up and find out I have periodontal disease!! He said it looks like I haven't had a cleaning in years and some of my "pockets" are 8 and 9's!! So now I'm going through some intense cleanings hoping to reverse the damage that could have been prevented had Dr, Joy did a thorough job or hired a hygienist who knows what they're doing. As for my family member who never got their crown, it may be too late to save the tooth. A good dentist is hard to find and quite frankly I don't like my new one, he's a bit of an ass, but he cares about my oral health and is working to make it better. I would love to have Dr. Joy as my neighbor but never my dentist again. read more
