Our first time here. We were greeted with a friendly smile. The place is very neat clean and spacious. Will hold large parties if needed. Food was good lots of flavor. Salsa was excellent chips were very good just wish they were bigger. My daughter and I both had the combo plate with chicken tacos, chili relleno and chicken enchilada, my daughter had red cheese enchilada. I had the green sauce on my chicken enchilada. It came with rice and beans too. I never eat the rice in restaurants because it's usually bland and boring. If the beans are any good the whole plate would be good. I was in shock the beans and rice tasted like home. The green sauce on my enchilada was better tasting than my daughter's red sauce. She ordered a Michelada, it was very good . Came here for breakfast with my family. Found this place by accident.... It's a hidden gem!! The service was topnotch... chips are made fresh daily. The ambiance was perfect for our family. I'm sorry I can't recommend this place. The location is in an okay part of San Bernardino. There was plenty of parking. Went inside and found plenty of seating. This place is definitely designed for large groups. I was greeted by a middle age male who seemed pretty nice and cordial. He brought out a menu rather quickly and provided me with a menu. They provide complimentary chips and salsa, which I thought was nice. I didn't particularly like the flavor of the salsa. It was watered down and lacked flavor, but I figured they have to keep cost down. I had the Molcajete, and was deeply disappointed with the overall flavor. The chicken was very dry and the meat was not much better. The shrimp were smaller than the previous photos I had seen on social media so I was disappointed, but they did taste good. The shrimp was my favorite part of the molcajete. I have had much better Molcajete at other restaurants. I tasted some other plates and the food was just okay. For the price, I believe I would have been better off at another Mexican restaurant. Service was good and the place is clean. My rating is strictly on the Molcajete. I order a wet carne asada burrito. The meat is could taste was good quality but it had no flavor at all. No seasoning im guessing even the sause on top of the burrito didn't taste like nothing. The mango tasted like it was canned which really threw it off. The only positive thing I can say is that the customer service was good and the staff was kind.
