Horrible customer service. My family and I ate here several times. Used to be one of our favorite place. No anymore. We order Crispy Alaska Roll a deep fried sushi roll, they totally messed up the dish. Salmon was uncooked and no deep fried at all. When I asked to server about it, they got mad and totally rude. Went for my lunch time , I ordered the sushi lunch special. A male waiter said the meal did not come with the soup. On the physical menu it said soup AND salad not soup OR salad. My wife and I felt like the California rolls could've possibly been premade earlier in the day. There was nothing warm about them, they felt like they've been in the refrigerator. The volcano roll, had absolutely zero spice to it, I was expecting it to be spicy. The pink lady was pretty good. With the amount of sushi, we ordered, in the past, there would be no leftovers. After last nights dinner, there are leftovers in my refrigerator that may not get eaten. This place had a rice noodles platter that you would think has no gluten and when I asked the waiter if he could just confirm to make sure there is no flour in any of the sauce comes back to tell me that the owner does not offer gluten free foods. Which made no sense bc I just asked for the sauce for the noodles. Then proceeded to say that the owner once offered gluten free options but no longer does bc he was sued. And that there is nothing for me at this restaurant. Only concerned was more about being sued. This place made me feel less than like I didn't matter and his concern was financial. The Pelandale roll... perfectly sized rolls. Some restaurants make the rolls way too big to where it fills you up so fast and you can barely fit it in your mouth, but these are absolutely perfect proportioned. (Take a shot every time I say perfect) The moment this roll hit my palette, i was a changed woman. I'd never tasted a roll quite like the Pelandale roll and that's saying a LOT because I've tried everything basically. The inside of this place looked really nice. I ordered one Black Dragon roll to go. I was happy with the presentation and everything extra they gave me in my bag. The sushi itself was okay. I didn't care for the rice but the toppings were good and the tempura inside was also good. I probably wouldn't order sushi from here again but might try some of their hot foods. I was impressed by the fatty salmon. There was only one piece of fish I didn't like off the sushi boat. It's not amazing, but good for the Central Valley area. Server John, was very polite and efficient. I was impressed by the more formal service attitude he presented. The boat presentation is really nice. There was a shiso leaf behind each bundle of thickly sliced sashimi pieces. There was also nicely julienned bundle of daikon. The complimentary salad has too much dressing. JP Asian Fusion is located in the Costco complex near Jamba Juice. I was also impressed that the suggested gratuity amounts listed on the receipt are based on the pre-tax instead of the post-tax amount. Bonus tip whenever we see that. - Second visit Pad Thai was salty. 4-5 pieces of chicken were weird. We have been frequent customers of JP Fusion but not anymore after today's treatment. Me and my husband went in at lunch and asked to be seated in a 1/2 booth or table. However, the young man tried to seat us at a booth and when I again asked for a table or 1/2 booth he said no! That he could only seat us at the booth. One of us in our party has mobility issues and needs to sit in a chair. So we just left! It is sad that this restaurant wound be so disrespectful to a customer!!! read more

Our server was cool. He got us everything we asked for really quickly it was dead when we came in but half way thru eating lunch it got busy. . I will say the food was pretty good for the price. We ordered 4 rolls of sushi and some chicken dishes also some rice and noodles. 4 adults and one toddler there was Plenty of food to share. However the chicken dishes had about 80% veggies and 20% meat so if you love veggies then you will love the food. Not a fan of the 18% forced tip they add to the bill that wasn't cool. We always tip and I have no problem with tipping if service is is good. But forcing customers to pay it weather it is deserved or not is not cool at all.
