I tend to over research things, solar was no exception. I found out that Sunpower produced the best solar panels available. I found out that there are nine companies in the valley that install Sunpower Solar panels. I talked with all nine and ended up meeting with six companies. As it turned out JP Electric & Solar not only gave me the best price per watt but had a track record of completing projects within a month. In my research I found out that JP Electric & Solar was family owned for over 30 years. If felt comporting knowing that they were also electricians seeing my electrical panel was going to be changed out. Jeremy didn't come with a laptop presentation or have a colored pamphlet with my name in it. No, he just asked a few questions, answered a few, then asked to see the electrical panel. He explained somethings about electricity and told me he'd e-mail me a bid. It was that simple. In the meantime I changed some of the things I was looking for and he graciously resubmitted a bid which I excepted. He's been available to answer all my questions and kept me up to date on how the project was going. Jeremy and his team take pride in their work, and it showed. The installation looks great. But when we decided on Sun Power panels we concentrated on 3 companies Even though the quotes we compatible the customer service was not. When we had questions Chris and Jeremy always returned calls promptly and even came to the house to explain more We could not get any calls returned from the other two.
