I've just recently started going here. I didn't even know there was a nail salon in that spot. The place is very clean and the staff is so nice! Rose is amazing she does a perfect job and she's quick. I'm sure everyone there is good but she's the only one I've had. I am super picky and have tried so many locations and this place is the best. Al of their colors are organized by brand and style. I would recommend making an appointment. When you have an appointment they never make you wait like ALL the other salons in the area. I stopped here because I didn't feel like driving to my usual location in Glendale Heights and last time I went to Topline I wasn't impressed. Had the second level pedicure ($35 one) with the callus remover and orange scrub. Jerry did a thorough job. The orange scrub smelled amazing. There is also a seated massage chair that is $1/min that I'd like to try, but someone requested it ahead of me and I was in a time crunch. I will definitely be returning. read more

I was looking for a new place close to home. Found Beauty Nails. Nice place: quiet, friendly, clean. TV to watch or just sit back and close your eyes and let the massage chair do it's work. Mimi did an awesome job as always with my pedicure. I don't particularly like to go to shops because as a man I sometimes feel embarrassed in a shop full of women that tend to stare. She always makes me feel comfortable and welcome. She doesn't rush me out of the chair to get to her female clients and I always leave satisfied. Great service! read more

Went here yesterday on a whim and I could not have been more please. I got gels with chrome powder which only cost me $40! Plus my sister got 60% off her acrylic set with gel since I also got gel nails done. You can't beat a deal like that. Both of our nails turned out beautiful. As usual, you give a business an opportunity and they blow it. I told a man it was my first time here and I wanted them perfectly done (only cause my usual place was packed at opening time) . Well, he shaped my nails all kinds of different shapes, with no consistency. I had to repeat to him to fix them. He didn't make me wash my hands and skipped right to putting on the clear gel polish on my nail. I then stopped and asked "aren't you going to do my cuticles?" And he said "you don't need it" excuse me sir I can see my hang nails, so how can you not see them? He said I'm sorry but you don't need it and started clearing off the polish as soon as he saw I was upset. I grabbed my purse and walked out. I heard him call for me and say "miss excuse me" as if I was going to pay for the 5 minutes of poor labor he did. How can you skip the cuticle part of a no chip manicure? Honestly, I'm not really sure what just happened. The day before the appointment, I called to confirm the prices - I was that a full set of gel nails was $40 and a basic pedi was $25. I asked if there was a break for getting both done and the guy said $55. It sounded really good so I repeated the price to confirm and was told "yes, $55" so I scheduled both for today. There were a number of disappointing issues, however, first, I want to state that the results of the pedicure are decent and so, it's probably worth the $25 (stated on the order list/price sheet) I'll add that there is nothing special here tho. NOW, The fingers were totally another story... First off, these guys knew I was there for a gel set. In addition to the prior days appointment, I called to confirm in the morning and again once I walked in the door - before sitting in the pedi chair. So, as this guy, denny (maybe?) starts prepping my fingers, I think he asked at this time what color and or shape, in which I acknowledged the poster behing me on the wall and said "no color, just 'french manicure' " As far as the shape, I chose the "Square-oval". Anyways, he brings out white tips (opposed the the clearish ones normally used), this clear liquid & brush and this bowl of powder. Now, I have never personally had my nails done, BUT I have watched my daughters get acyrilic many times at other salons. So, when the guy starts putting the wet brush into the powder and forming the solution onto the nail, I interrupt and said "You know, I want GEL nails right?" He looks surprised, puts away the dish of powder and brings out a different powder, marked - "Gel powder" and continues the build up the beds. After this, he cuts them down and begins to file. The shape is taking on a square shape, rather than what is depicted for "Squaroval" so I speak up and ask that he round them more and point to the image I want on the shape chart taped to the workspace. He nods and starts rounding off more, but really, look at my nails - they are closer to square for sure. I decide just to let it slide cause they weren't awful and I could re-shape at home. Now, unfortunately, while he was using the dremel tool to smooth the tips, not only did he clip my skin on (2) fingers ( no acknowledgement whatsoever from denny even though he could see the blood forming) but also, on several fingers, he filed off some of the whit, on a few nails, while filing the tips. When I pointed this out and asked him to touch it up, he implied that there was nothing he could do. Okay...So, a little lotion and a quick hand massage and we were apparently finished. So, I got up and headed towards the register, where he was waiting to check me out. He turns this computer screen towards me and motions for me to submit some info on it. Initially, I was intending on putting the cost of service on my Daughter's account because she referred me and said that she would accumulate points for services rendered - in fact, if I paid CASH, she'd get DOUBLE points!, However, when I tried to enter her phone number, denny returned the screen for correction because the system wouldn't apparently accept it. Feeling that trying to communicate with this fellow has proven to be much more of a hassle than the point value, I just used my info, apparently creating a new account. After this, I figured, there's no advantage to me to pay cash because I knew I would not be coming back and therefore, any "points" wouldn't matter anyways BUT, there was one more surprise to be had ... he rings me up and tells me $75.00!!! I said, wait!, No, the guy on the phone yesterday said $55 total, for BOTH. But soft-speaking denny argues and mumbles off something about regular price for the gel is $55 without the pedi and seriously, I was done! The funny thing is, my daughter, whose number I attempted to use so she could accrue points - just got a full gel set the week prior for $45. It was actually $40 but she got the coffin shape, so they charged another $5. So, that's my review. For the record, my LEFT hand thumb nail is wiggly, and really NEVER felt secure. There is no doubt in my mind that this nail will be the first to fall off, in fact, I'd be surprised if it holds 3 days. I have pics of all of these claims, and I will save them - I just don't want to bother uploading but if anyone claims slander - I'm ready! Bottom line- if you do go here, maybe denny is not such a pro. In fact, while I was there there were quite a few "regulars" who were working with some of the ladies and they seemed to have a seasoned re pore. ABOVE EVERYTHING - CONFIRM THOSE COS QUOTES!!! Apparently, they fluctuate their prices, like I said, I was first told $40, then $55 for BOTH SERVICES, then they charged me $75. Less the $25 pedi thats a $50 charge! Again, my daughter paid $40 plus $5. They should POST THEIR PRICES ONLINE and CONFIRM THE UPCHARGES BEFORE they render service! Anyways, I will NOT be back! read more

one of the worst nail shops i have been to. nail lady was rude, wasn't very cooperative, she was not trying to help me find the colors i wanted, she wasn't really listening to how i wanted them done, kind of just doing her own thing to get it done fast. Also, no variety of colors whatsoever. and the appointment i made was pointless; i had to wait 30-35 mins. nails came out looking just okay... 100% do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

My first pedicure since having a baby, was so looking forward to it and decided to try this place as it's close to home. I was bummed right from the start because I quickly realized the tech I got is brand new and in training so I felt that I had to scrutinize her work vs sit back and enjoy. She ended up doing pretty well though, except for in the filing department, I had to give her some instruction on that. But she didn't hurt me when trimming the cuticles which is a plus, the dark polish I chose looked fine, and the salt scrub was nice. I gave 3 stars because this is the first nail salon that did not use toe separators and my toes set to dry by a small fan placed on the floor, the massage chair controls were half broken, and they don't seem to sanitize their utensils as well as I prefer. I like when places open up utensils from their packaging because then you know they're sanitized properly. $30 for a pedi. ($25 if you're ok with skipping the salt scrub). read more
