I believe the outdoor patio offers a lighter menu option compared to sitting inside. The staff holds exceptional standards. Not only were they friendly and helpful but they worked as a team. While I'm asking the waitress questions, another staff member comes up and takes the dirty plates from her hands so sly. Now onto the food....words don't do the pictures justice. Everything I ate was amazing. I would absolutely visit again, again, and again! I'm still thinking about the insane flavors each item brought. I would have not ordered the sushi cubes but our waitress said I would enjoy it based on our convo, she was CORRECT! The chicken sliders still keep me up at night dreaming of them. If I lived closer I would order from this place frequently. The drinks were strong and a perfect balance. I wasn't expecting anything extravagant, but even a simple "Happy Anniversary" would have made a difference. The ambience was definitely one of the highlights--moody, intimate, and a nice setting for a date night. I was actually happy that we were seated along the back wall rather than in the main dining area. Overall, I'd give the experience about a 2.7/5. The food was decent and the atmosphere was nice, but for the price ($85 per person), I expected a little more from both the food and the overall experience. We even heard the "hands" announcements like you see on The Bear TV show! I believe the food here was on par with the West Hollywood location, so points for consistency. I would say that the flavors were not especially strong for each dish. I think they each needed a pinch of extra seasoning to really make their flavors pop! Moreover, I tried my girlfriend's Rigatoni Alla Vodka and the cheese had no taste! Nevertheless, the dishes were beautiful. Lastly, I had a bit of an issue with our service. Our server passed by our table multiple times as we tried to flag her down to ask for the check. I think she could have been more attentive especially in the context of this higher-end brunch spot. With all of these factors combined, it's an overall 4/5 for me.
