We'd requested ahead of time to have the garage treated as well (because normally they only treat the outside unless we ask them to spray anywhere else, in which case they're more than happy to do so). My wife opened our garage up before heading out with our kids, and the tech could've easily finished the job and just moved on. But instead, he knocked on the door afterward to let us know he was done so we could shut the garage. He specifically said he didn't want us to leave it open longer than needed. Some might say that's just part of the job, but the truth is, small gestures like that aren't so common anymore. At least not in my experience.
