I observed a company employee driving at a high rate of speed, following others too close, swerving lane changes across all lanes of traffic on the freeway. It was so bad the driver could have found himself in jail if stopped by an officer. Called to let someone know that they have an employee driving unsafe (as I would want to know if I owned the company, $$$ if a collision occurs, liability concerns, it could be you he crashes into, etc..) and was met with the accusation of being someone's disgruntled lover. What? He said they have had that before. Talk about making assumptions. He asked how would he verify this call. I told him I could give my name and phone number, but then he didn't want it. He asked what would I like him to say to the driver. I want you to do your job. He said, "I feel like you're harassing me." What a big baby. I called back because the guy hung up on me after saying, "have a wonderful day." Then he accuses me of a vehicle code violation of using my cell phone while driving. I have Bluetooth. No hands. But yet he wanted a video of the driver. He also wanted the plate number, but when I tried to give it to him, he wouldn't take it and wanted to argue more about the issue of me calling. Then hung up again. Negative retention appears to be an issue with this company- with the person who takes the calls at 888 944-ANTS (Roseville Area), which could be Adam F. himself, and a particular driver (plate #77049Y3 on 4/1). I bet his response to this will be an indication of how he runs the business (mistakes, denial, accusations and no accountability). Imagine if you had a problem with a service and how it would be handled based on this interaction? No recourse except for small claims court maybe. Good luck with this place.

First and foremost, the technicians have been rude and dismissive during multiple visits. They falsely reported "no roaches present" on their internal report after placing traps on 11/7/2025. When they returned on 12/5/2025, those same traps were full of roaches--proving their initial report was inaccurate. On top of that, Jason placed one of the sticky traps on my kitchen counter where we prepare food, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I have photos documenting this and will include them below. They also claimed that I "shouldn't use store-bought pest control" because it's listed on their prep sheet, but nowhere on their prep sheet does it state that. This feels like another example of misinformation and lack of professionalism. As a mother with a toddler in the home, I take every step I can to keep my apartment clean and prevent pests. Despite my efforts, the service I've received from this company has not only been unhelpful but has added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. Not good staff! this morning I ran into one of their employees who has bad road rage. I driving…read moredown a 1 way street and didnt realize I was tailing the guy in-front of me. I noticed after I was brake checked and then I backed up to give him space. This driver is a worker for this company driving a company truck, I guess the space I had given him was not enough for his likening and he proceeded to drive 10-15 below speed limit and brake check me multiple times. on top of that he was waving his hands and fingers at me tell me to back up more and more. once the lane opened up to a second lane I decided to get over to the other lane because I didn't feel safe staying behind this guy. He then proceeds to cut infront of me when I switched lanes so he can stay in front of me. This kept happening a few times, there was one point I was anble to pass him and he was yelling at me from his window so I kept going. We then got stuck at a light next to eachother and he proceeded to thumbs down me and part ways. I decided to call the company and talk to the owner about the unsafe situation. During the whole conversation I was made to feel like the situation didn't matter because I was just continuously told "thank you for comments and concerns" and the owner Chuck had a form of attitude about it. This was a very unsafe situation of road rage that who knows if it could have gotten to a worse point. I've never endured such bad road rage so I want everyone to keep an eye out for these workers and know that the owner won't seem to care.

Then I found Sacramento Valley Wild Life Services. They charged $495 as initial service fee that according to the agreement covered inspection, trap set up and removal. They sent a young woman (looked like a teenager). she barely talked, didn't inspect our property, and put 2 cages in random places (we have more than 25 tunnels along our foundation). in 10 days nothing has been trapped. The only things that they caught were ants, lots of ants. so now we don't only have a squirrel problem, we have an ant problem. I have to add that these people charge $145 for each squirrel they catch. We regret spending those $500 ...
