UPDATE TO COMPANIES RESPONSE: Just posted my whole call log (see photos) to show that Juan called at 3:57pm and 3:58pm he said HE WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE and Victoria called 4:03pm. They close at 4pm, they didn't want the job, case closed. And yes Victoria I am glad I avoided your incompetence. ********** Called this morning for a pipe repair. Our main is turned off due to the large amount of water exploding. Our tree company landed a HUGE log from the tree onto the ground and punctured a pipe. Victoria said they would call 30 minutes prior. Ten till 4 on Juan called, didn't leave a message. At exactly 8 minutes later I called him back and he said they couldn't get to us today. So basically they had us waiting and now we have no water tonight. Called Victoria to say NO I don't want their appointment tomorrow and she said that he had tried to call, another total lie. I came to Yelp and realized they close at 4pm, so basically just another garbage company that doesn't want to work here in Vegas. Of the companies we contacted, Jr's was the most organized and communicative/responsive, from initial scheduling, in-person estimate, to the actual completion of work. Working with Victoria through phone/email/text regarding scheduling and transactional details was very easy and pleasant. Project Manager Juan was extremely knowledgeable about care of the plants on our property and offered useful recommendations, which is something none of our previous landscapers ever provided us before. DO NOT HIRE THEM -LOOK ELSEWHERE ** At first, they were responsive, Victoria in the office, seems to be the person in charge. I initially liked them and worked with Victoria to be accommodating. At first the services in the beginning were great, but something happened to their head team leader, or whatever that Victoria said was an issue that the days kept getting changed and could not service...no big deal that can be worked out but when random members of their team show up on your property and urinate on your property, butcher your plants, doesn't pick up the weeds, blows your leaves and debris all over your furniture and your pool After being told to the main office, which now it appears, they do not care, and the new trees that we installed, their office installed reinforcement poles on our trees somehow, they have amnesia about that, and deny anything that they've done yet they're on our security footage and surveillance of their workers, butchering our trees and blowing debris and leaves into our pool, not to mention urinating on our property and using our furniture as a step ladder. We reiterated to office and team that we do NOT want these trees touched well, one of their random non-English speaking worker came and butchered our new trees with a chainsaw. Victoria from their office is claiming they don't have such notes and blah blah blah, that's the kind of negligence and carelessness that it's become with this company. This is how they treat their customers they take no notes no nothing they just send random people out to your property and pretty much destroy it and use it as the fucking toilet. No regard for peoples property. They're not a pool company so we're not asking them to use our pool to blow leaves and debris in because we don't want them in there in the first place!! We have a pool company to clean our pool not lazy, random gardeners, who just blow it in your pool. I don't consider that a courtesy I consider that laziness to pick up leaves and debris. They charge $80 every visit, twice a month, $160 which we expected a higher standard of service at that rate, that is pretty high for a company that is this careless negligent. I would highly NOT recommend them to anyone!! We have been patient with their many screw ups, but this was the last straw, and we definitely fired them immediately. read more

UPDATE: As for Victoria's response below.....not true. I was in a meeting for 1 hour and I didn't want the crew to show up when I wasn't able to be available to meet with them since this was their FIRST TIME at my house..... I sat around and waited, texted her at 2:21pm to see if they were on their way, she said YES, I texted, "Excellent"......then I continued to wait. At 3:30pm I texted Victoria AGAIN to see where the crew was and her response was that she told them to (In Victoria's words)... "circle back".......which meant they were not coming to my house and NO ONE bothered to let me know. I THEN canceled their service AFTER she flaked and did not bother to let me know that the crew was indeed NOT coming to my house and just left me hanging..... Miss Victoria, go re-read your texts....you dropped the ball sweetie.....you are showing your unprofessionalism again by typing untruths. We recently had JR's Lawn Maintenance come do a front and back yard general cleanup. They gave an estimate and was way lower then others that came by to do estimates as well. We have had other work done in the house and you always get what you pay for. Was real hesitant about using them because the price they gave. But the gentleman that gave the estimate was very professional and listened to exactly what was needed and submitted the estimate very quickly. When they arrived to do the work; the 2 guys were on time, very professional and attention to detail. They finished the complete job and even did addon work that was needed. After the completion, they showed me everything they did and made sure everything was done how we wanted. We will definitely be calling them back when ever our yards deed more TLC. When "Juan" came to my house to give me a quote for maintaining my yard and shrubs, he basically told me they would take care of everything except the very tall palm trees in my front yard. The first time his guys came, they did a good job. The second time, I asked them to cut back a few of the shrubs. I did them myself and asked the guys to take away the pile of leaves and stems. They did. I have artificial turf front and back, and I wasn't happy with how they blowed them. They weren't thorough, and they left things I know could have been picked up. My mistake for not saying I was unhappy. When the guys came the last week, I wasn't at home, but I had a team of landscapers putting in a walkway on the far side of my house. I know them well enough to ask them to point out to the gardening guys the small palms that needed trimming in the backyard. My landscaper texted me and said the gardeners told him "they don't do that." Victoria, the office person, called me while I was driving home and told me the guys had discovered a leaking valve in my drip system. I told her I knew about it. The landscapers had discovered it earlier that morning. They would fix the leak after they finished my walkway. I told her about the small palms I wanted trimmed, and that the guys wouldn't do them. I sent her photos of the trees, and she said they *do* trim small palms, and they would get trimmed next time. When I got home, my front yard looked like it hadn't been blowed. There were leaves, palm tree bark, and the flowers and berries dropped from the tall palms. They blew all the flowers and berries to one side of the yard and left them there. I called Victoria and said I wasn't happy with the way they cleaned my front yard. I sent her photos. She said I should have told her I wasn't happy with the job the guys had been doing, and that they would do a better job next time. Later that afternoon, I took my dog out to the far end of the backyard, and it looked as bad as the front yard. What made me angry was seeing they hadn't even bothered to blow the leaves and debris from that walkway. (Not the walkway that was being installed on the other side of the house.) I texted Victoria and sent more pics. She said they didn't blow it because my landscapers were working there. They. Were. Not. The landscapers were working on the opposite side of the house and hadn't even been to that side of my yard. She said they would refund half of the month I had paid for, and that they were dropping me as a customer. I texted her and said if they were sending me a refund, I would appreciate being refunded for the whole month, since the guys had done such a crappy job that day. There was no response. Today, I received a check for half of my monthly payment. Not only does this company do a sloppy job of maintaining property, they lied about my landscapers being in their way, and their customer service is pretty much non-existent. As another reviewer already pointed out, "Does anyone else find it interesting that anytime there is a bad review, this company tries to make it the problem of the client and not take responsibility for any of it?" I expect them to do the same with my review. Would I recommend this company? Not a chance in hell. Reply to Victoria: Your response accomplished two things: You proved that you're predictable when dealing with negative reviews (it's always the customer's fault); And you proved what a liar you are. Your excuse for their not cleaning the eastern walkway was a joke. How could my landscapers prevent them from blowing the walkway on the western side of my house, when they never set foot on that end of my property? read more

I've lived in the Anthem Highlands area of Henderson for a few years now, and this is the only company I use. Most of the other companies have trouble working this area in because it's far from the rest of Henderson, but they accommodated me with no issues at all. I would highly suggest you give these guys a try. They're fast and worth every penny. I'm a disabled vet and can't get out there to do it myself, so I really appreciate these guys so much. Unable to do my lawn project at all. I was told there was No availability. Nothing else.

I submitted a request for an estimate through their website. The same day they confirmed Juan would come out two days later. They wouldn't provide a window of time so I just had to sit and wait for him to show up. He went over everything I needed done in detail and said I would have the estimate by EOD. I had the estimate within an hour but in order to accept and get on their schedule I had to pay for the job in full. I'm not sure if landscapers fall under the same law, but per NRS 624, no contractor can require a deposit greater than $1000 or 10%, whichever is less. Why do they need any deposit? It's not like they need to purchase materials, I'm just asking for some yard maintenance. Seems shady.. I'll look elsewhere read more

I'm always skeptical of landscape maintenance work and pricing as bids from companies can be very low-priced or extremely steep. I just want the job done right without spending an arm and a leg, and I definitely don't want to deal with difficult people. I have been using Jr's Lawn Maintenance and Irrigation services monthly for 2 years now, and they have continuously provided a great job with their work on my front yard and backyard. The office staff is also easy to talk to which is a huge plus. Honestly, I wish I would have started using them for landscaping maintenance sooner. Juan the supervisor who came out to give me an estimate was very nice , very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I found that communication thru yelp isn't always easy nor prompt but it's definitely a great way to find what you're looking for. Price wise I thought they were a bit high as compared to their competitors but not as bad as others who were ridiculously priced. I would have hired this company for maintenance of my landscaping bi weekly but I had an issue with being charged a percentage fee to use my American Express. I find it insulting for a company to charge me an extra fee just because they're being charged as a business. I'm already giving you my business , it's your business and you should be responsible for your own fees from credit card companies. I would NOT recommend this company if you have landscape lights around your property. They are VERY careless and have no thought or regard to your property when trimming. I ended up paying more to replace my lighting then what it was worth. I have NEVER had to go through the unprofessionalism with any other landscape company. This company serviced my yard before , in my opinion is a an expensive company. They came out yesterday 35 minutes late from a 4/hr. window and started working without notifying me they were at my house. Apparently one of the workers had called the office notifying them of a few tree limbs that had broken off. When I went to meet the workers someone was on the phone. She spoke to me and said that it would be an additional $60 to haul off the tree limbs as she has to charge her workers for extra labor, on top of the $180 that was due upon completion of the job. I thought that was part of the yard cleanup, guess I was mistaken. I did ask her if they could cut off the broken limbs and they did, however since they could not haul the limbs off because I didn't have the extra $60 they were stacked on the side of my backyard gate. Front yard required maintenance and a drip line repair. They were quickly to respond to my inquiry on Yelp and was able to send an employee within a business day to review the project and give an estimate. Price given was fair/reasonable and was also less than other companies I reached out to prior. Scheduling was very easy and they are very accommodating to my work schedule. Work was done promptly and efficiently. The employees were thorough with the cleanup to ensure all debris was picked up and not on the street or neighbors area as well. -Tree trimming was downsized a-lot as recommended. -Irrigation drip line was repaired due to having a major leak. -Shrubs that were planted were as specified. Neat and manicured. Communication was conducted via Yelp but also by email and phone/text which was very convenient. Overall a great experience and would recommend to others. Had them as our gardeners for 2 years. Started out great and slowly went downhill over time. The original gardener made it a point to communicate with us on what needed to be done and when. He left the company and whoever is doing the yard work now makes no effort to communicate. The last straw was the rate was raised to $145/visit or $180/month for 2 visits per month. Our yard is small and does not justify $90/visit. Time to find a new gardener. read more

I have to say we had a lot of miscommunication at first but that was my fault. They did our first clean up, and did an amazing job! We are still remodeling our home so we have a lot of construction equipment in the courtyard etc but they a great job working around it. Wish I had better review, but they (office manager) has been difficult to work with. So many miscommunications. I will put some of the issues on our tenants as well, but at no point did they take ownership of damage caused and plants dying.
