There was no one there for several minutes and I asked the host if there was someone who was working the bar. She told me he would be back soon. I waited close to 10 minutes before being greeted by a guy who was very curt initially so I was a bit thrown off because I was still taking in how amazing this place seemed. But I just carried on with my order and gave him some time to perhaps warm up. He had a lovely smile and I wanted to help brighten his day because working in this industry you just never know what someone may be going through before you judge them. He seemed to warm up towards me after bringing my food, but he made a banging cocktail! I honestly couldn't decide what to eat bc everything looked amazing but I didn't have enough time. So I went with the yaki udon and boy oh boy was it exactly what I was hoping for. He brought me out a selection of their house hot sauces and all of them were so good! The texture and flavor of the noodles were perfect and when I added in a little bit of each sauce only elevated it even more.
