We tried here for the first time. Nice Ambience. Service is nice. We tried sushi, Drunken Noodles, Thai Fried rice and few more dishes. Food is not spicy nor hot and not what we expected. Price is reasonable. Would not go again. Huge parking space.

Went with family this weekend while visiting from NC. We were seated immediately and greeted by the waitress a few minutes later. We ordered our drinks and an order of egg rolls. They were delicious!! My youngest great niece ordered edamame which she loves. My other niece ordered two types of sushi. She said they were also great !! My niece and I ordered pork fried rice. I thought it was also very good. I would definitely return to this place !!

We went here for lunch. I ordered Spicy Mango Chicken for $12. Average price. I was disappointed that it was not spicy to the level I expected. However the chicken is cooked to perfection-crispy, juicy, and flavorful. The peppers and mangoes add sweetness to the dish. Rice is alright-too dry for me. The only thing I absolutely dislike is waiting more than 30 min for it to come out and have to eat in 10 min (got indigestion and heartburn later).

I have been to Pearl Lian quite a few times over the course of the past 10+ years, and it has been great every single time. This time around, we went for my mother-in-law's birthday. There were about 12 of us, so a bigger party. We got seated in the back at a nice table pretty quickly. The server did an excellent and efficient job at getting all of our food and drink orders in. She was attentive throughout our entire dinner and got our food out pretty quickly. Some dishes took a lot longer than normal for some reason, but it eventually got to the table. Our table got a few appetizers to share like the spring rolls and crab Rangoon. Both tasted really good! Me and my wife shared the cucumber salad and hot and sour soup. I am not the biggest fan of cucumber salad, but my wife is. It was still pretty good! My soup was great! Flavorful and HOT. For our main dishes, I got the chicken and broccoli, and my wife got the Panang curry with chicken. Both tasted SO GOOD. The portions were also pretty big too, we had quite a bit to take home after. Pearl Lian is located in a shopping center, so there is plenty of parking. The ambiance is very nice inside too. Not too casual, but not too formal, the perfect place for a date night or a special occasion. I would come back here again, no doubt about it!

Not the best picture - too much glare but try to zoom in and read it.

Excellent. Quality of food is top notch and service is very efficient. Full bar and lots of wine selection. Just went this week and noticed some specials. I'll try to add the picture I took.

Spicy basil lamb; one of their best offers! Today I added the Tom yam soup and miso for my son who absolutely loves miso soup!

Our Mah Jongg gathering of 16 women enjoyed our luncheon and game time. Food was outstanding service was lovely and the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We found a restaurant not far from the matcha shop. It felt more like a Chinese takeout spot than a traditional sit-down restaurant, so there wasn't much to speak of in terms of decor. We decided to share everything we ordered. The first dish we tried was the Szechuan noodles. The flavor was excellent, but unfortunately, the dish arrived only lukewarm, as it appeared to have been sitting for a while before being brought to the table. Next, we ordered soup dumplings, but the restaurant accidentally brought out pan-seared dumplings instead. Thankfully, they let us keep them while they prepared our original order. The pan-seared dumplings were actually very good--piping hot and full of flavor. When the soup dumplings finally arrived, they were decent but didn't quite live up to the pan-seared version and lacked the same level of flavor. Finally, our Szechuan chicken arrived. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. The chicken was crispy with a great spice profile that delivered the classic Szechuan kick without being overwhelming. It was served with fried rice, which was fine but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the experience was good but not exceptional. The food had some strong points, especially the Szechuan chicken and pan-seared dumplings, but the restaurant ultimately felt more like a solid Chinese takeout spot than a destination dining experience.

We were greeted quickly at both the door and table. For a dumpling house, there weren't that many options for dumplings. We order two types of dumplings, a noodle dish and an entree on recommendation of the staff. The pork soup dumplings were very soupy on the inside and had a good flavor. The pan fried bao dumplings were alright but morning to write home about; I thought the bun to filling ratio was good for a bao though. For noodles we got the house rice noodles. I typically don't order this but I thought it was really well done with a good ratio of ingredients and flavor. Lastly we ordered the sales egg pork ribs. They were cut to bite size pieces but that's deceptive since they were bone in. Some pieces were all bone and some all meat. While the flavor was good, some might call it dry and the cut made it difficult to eat. While the seasoning for all the dishes were flavorful, I thought the salt was a little heavy. Overall the restaurant was clean with a semi modern decor. The staff were all friendly and tried to be helpful throughout the visit. I'd give it a try if you're in the neighborhood.

Overall, we were impressed with their service and food preparation more than the food itself, all the dishes were good, but no dish stands out to my expectations for a Michelin Bib Gourmand, so the price as well. Here was our experience: Appetizer-Signature Salted Chicken: the skin was crispy; we ordered Steamed Pork Dumplings outside of regular menu, it's so so; main dish - Mapo Tofu W. Minced Pork: taste good, tofu was very soft; Stir-Fried Pork Belly with Green Pepper: pork part was good, pepper was on the raw side, not matching the pork; soup - Tofu and Veggies Duck bone Soup: taste diluted with more water; Desert - Peach Gummies with Tremella: cold and smooth. I feel like to give 3 and half stars, but 4 stars anyway.
