The STL-style fried rice isn't actually on the main menu; you have to know they make it and ask for it, which seems a bit odd and makes me wonder why they don't advertise it more. And though I appreciated the heads-up about the missing condiments, they really need to stock red pepper packets and sweet and sour sauce. Duck sauce is a decent substitute, but red pepper is a must for this kind of dish. My rice also lacked bean sprouts and green onions, which was a disappointment. I'd recommend skipping their crab rangoon and homemade sweet and sour sauce; neither was very good. I'm used to a darker, richer sauce, but this one was very light and didn't have much flavor -- 1/5. They do give you a generous portion, though. St. Louis-Style Rice: It came out hot and included bean sprouts, which a lot of places don't do anymore, so I appreciated that.
