Put together an electrical bed a few parts were missing. Anyway things were going well then at 4 pm I told them they could leave. I did not want to get charged for extra time. In the mean time I get the final invoice and he charged me for $99 extra for truck and extras like tools and supplies. i told him that is not what we agreed upon. He did send a moving contract over the day before. I told him I could hardly read it. It was jumping around and not very usuer friendly. He said it was a standard conact no worries. Anyway as a professional I was shocked when he called me a liar yes those words. Then I realized the 2 workers had not left and then I get a new invoice with 30 extra minutes of timetl. i could not help the fact the workers decided to stay when My daughter and I both told them to leave at 4 pm. Then the worst thing that happened when we told them to leave the first time the man in charge super fast hugged my daughter and myself. It is like he did it so fast we did not have time to say anything. But he kept coming up to our door bugging us after we said to leave so technically they were trespassing. Should have called the cops. I wrote a text late that evening going through everything but the one thing we did not know til it calmed down they had scratched the floor when they moved the refrigerator. My daughter asked them not to scoot it towards the blanket but they did it anyway. She finally talked them into her red moving bands but the damage was done but there was so much confusion once the boss sent the first invoice it was not seen til later. I honestly never saw anything with the extra $99 on it because I woukd not have signed it. It was a simple move and no need for a truck. My daughter even lent them the bands to move the refrigerator. I noticed a lot of the contract was n pale orange print which made me think that it was all done on purpose so they could get more money, especially because the guys had no reason to stay. But someone who would hug customers has some issues. You don't do that. So I would not use these guys. i waited a week before I did this. I was hoping to get it worked out. Of course court was mentioned. I did not figure he wanted the hug story to get out. I don't like doing this. Good luck to all those who need a mover I advise you not to use them.

I went up to my unit on the 4th floor and found a heavy mice infestation throughout the entire floor. The minute I stepped out onto the elevator you could immediately smell the urine and dead rodents. Not to mention the traps are out in the open and exposed for all to see. Not only is this severally unsanitary but also very careless my management and Orkin their pest control provider. The mice were sitting on the traps long enough to begin decomposing. Will be closing my account this month.

From beginning to end, it was a pleasure to hire Alex and Robert as our movers. And they are so reasonably priced! My family and I were looking for movers to help disassemble a bed and move some items from my elderly fathers room into the garage. We were planning to make the room more functional and safe for my father so we needed to move/clear things from the bedroom to the garage and vice versa. I started with quotes on Yelp and Alex provided such a reasonable quote that I had to hire him! Alex was incredibly friendly, polite, and responsive during every correspondence. Alex and Robert arrived to the house ready to go. They were both strong, quick, and efficient. They had great communication skills and were so incredibly accommodating.
