I moved in July from a second-floor walk-up on a hill, with very steep and narrow stairs, into a second-story two-bedroom, two-bathroom home. Despite the heat and all the stairs, they remained friendly, helpful, and professional the entire time. They showed up right on time and got to work immediately. I have several cherished and expensive pieces of furniture, and they wrapped everything with great care. All of my belongings arrived in excellent condition. The team was efficient, fast, and extremely accommodating. The initial video walkthrough and estimate were also very reassuring, and their cash pricing is highly competitive. I especially appreciated how easy it was to communicate with them by text as my plans and needs changed. I initially expected them to pack everything, but I was able to get a lot done before they arrived. I simply let them know that I would mainly need help wrapping artwork, packing a few remaining items, and bringing a few extra boxes. They adjusted without any issue. They gave us extra tall packing boxes, kept all of our furniture in good condition and did an amazing job of Tetris in the truck. Askar responded quickly , offered to do a FaceTime so that he could give affair and competitive price quote. He was very thorough in what would be included. My move was a long distance job from Southern California to the Sacramento area (more than 400 miles). They showed up early prepared to work! Two very strong men packed my house up and drove more than 400 miles. The location I was moving to was not ready, when adjustments needed to be made Askar was flexible and understanding.
