From beginning to end, it was a pleasure to hire Alex and Robert as our movers. And they are so reasonably priced! My family and I were looking for movers to help disassemble a bed and move some items from my elderly fathers room into the garage. We were planning to make the room more functional and safe for my father so we needed to move/clear things from the bedroom to the garage and vice versa. I started with quotes on Yelp and Alex provided such a reasonable quote that I had to hire him! Alex was incredibly friendly, polite, and responsive during every correspondence. Alex and Robert arrived to the house ready to go. They were both strong, quick, and efficient. They had great communication skills and were so incredibly accommodating. They did such a fantastic job working with my chaotic Filipino family and receiving unsolicited feedback from random uncles/aunts and being spoken to in a foreign language by my grandma haha They were so incredibly patient and went above and beyond! They finished early and even helped us with tasks that were outside of their scope. Alex was amazing, he was able to accommodate a change on dates for my move at the last minute and did it on his day off, and then fallow in helping me move while in a storm, while fallowing all precautions of safety. From our very first conversation I had a great feeling about Alex, and felt that he really cared about my moving experience. Alex is attentive, patient, and clearly takes pride in doing good work. He was available and always courteous and friendly, and answered all of my questions quickly. When I moved cross-country 6 months ago, I hired movers that turned out to be terrible - they rushed through the entire process, didn't wrap ANY of my furniture, and moved so quickly I couldn't even stop and check their work. They shattered a vintage mirror, broke the glass on a hand carved cabinet, damaged my designer chairs - furniture I can't simply replace! So I wanted to make sure I hired someone reliable and with integrity this time. On moving day Alex and Brandon arrived on time and with a great energy and professional, can-do attitude. They came with blankets, plastic wrap, a dolly, and all the tools they would need to assemble/reassemble some furniture - I felt completely at ease. They strategically loaded the truck so no space was wasted, and my boxes were stacked precisely, with all the most fragile ones on top. They took great care to blanket and plastic wrap my furniture, and meticulously wrapped my hand carved cabinet. When we arrived at the destination, they moved quickly and reassembled everything with great care. Alex even removed (and replaced) a door in order to fit my large desk down the hallway - no problem was unsolvable. You can just tell Alex really really cares about delivering good work, and it shows. I will definitely be hiring Alex again in the future and highly recommend Goodbye Hello Movers! read more

I've moved dozens of times using different services - van lines / local guys / self move etc, and Alex and his crew are the most pleasant and courteous movers I've ever met. Requested a two man crew for a local move, 1Br including partial packing. Communication before the move was great. They showed up roughly on time, got the work done at a solid pace, and were very open to requests like extra wrap on fragile items. Pricing was fair and upfront, no surprises. What really set them apart was their upbeat positive attitude. My neighbor parked us in and they had to go up extra stairs for two hours, and they didn't even complain. I would feel very comfortable having these guys move a family member even if I wasn't around, and I've never felt that about any mover before. We used these guys in March of 2024 and they did an AMAZING job! I would HIGHLY reccomend them. We rented Uhaul U-Boxes which they fully loaded up for us and an 18 wheeler later transported everything to the east coast. Once we opened our boxes, all of our items were still in perfect condition. His team of 4 were able to move us out of our 2 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor into our 2 story condo with the swiftness. First off what I really liked most about Goodbye Hello Movers is as soon as I booked the reservation I received a call promptly confirming and coordinating all the logistics of the move. I met Alex when he was moving somebody else in the complex. He greeted me when I passed by. Back then, I happened to have an elder friend who was planning to move her unit to the other unit in the complex, so I asked his contact. Alex was a pleasure to work with and he worked really hard to help us prep and load our Upack trailer for an out-of-state move. As you may know Upack charges by the foot, so Alex saved us $$$ expertly packing everything high and tight. When the driver came to haul the trailer away, they actually complimented how well the trailer was packed and remarked that most people don't do a good job of utilizing all the height space like Alex did. Thank you to the owner Alex for saving my life! it was Friday afternoon and I needed to be out by end of day Saturday from my apt in Downey. We had moved mostly everything except our Fridge, couch, bed, and 8 drawer chest. We had plans for a friend to lend us truck and those plans fell through. A couple of weeks ago, I'd booked movers through a company. At the last minute, the cancelled. The company hooked me up with another mover who did the same thing. My family was stuck with a full UHaul and no one to empty it! Finally, the company gave me the number for Goodbye Hello. Alex (owner) listened to my plight, and despite it already being late on a Sunday afternoon, he and his brother kindly rushed to our rescue! They had the truck empty in an hour. Carefully bringing in the items and even asking what room we wanted boxes placed in. Oh, I forgot to mention our stuff included a refrigerator that they hauled up a flight of stairs without complaint. The next day I needed help unloading more stuff from my car. Alex came right over, did the job in minutes, and didn't haggle about a price. These guys (our rescue angels that day) deserve all the business and kudos! Could not be happier with this moving company!! Reasonably priced!! From beginning to end, I could tell Alex's main goal is delivering quality service. Not only is that reflected in their attitudes but in the way they individually wrapped items to prevent scuffing or scratches. They were careful with everything. Removed dresser drawers and knobs, returned everything back to the way it was. We had really heavy items: sectional, peloton, keyboard, fridge, dressers etc. they got it done!
