When I asked for basic pricing info, the guy I spoke with, Jonathan, refused to give me any numbers and insisted I had to come in for a tour first. When I pushed back on that policy, he claimed there was a waitlist, which makes no sense because my buddies signed up just a few days ago without any issues. When I asked to speak to a manager, he refused and then just hung up on me. I'm looking for a professional, high end gym experience, and getting treated like that over the phone is not what I expected. I hope management sees this and looks into how they're handling potential members.

It's a lovely facility that has been kept in tip top shape. They have a variety of classes to sign your kids up for and if you're still standing you can get into a dance class too. They offer you a private trainer to try as a part of your membership. They have a walking track upstairs, there is a nutritionist on the property for consultation, they have classes and I think lunch for the elderly. When my kids were younger I practically lived at the Y because I was there 6 days a week. My kids are adults now and it's nice to be able to go to a class now for me. Membership isn't expensive either. I really am blessed to live within walking distance to my Y and it's a very nice facility.

They offer ready-made meals, every kind of protein drink that you can come up with along with waters a place to sit and rest so you really can't go wrong with this gym. I purchased guest passes so I could bring my son to experience the gym. Instead of being welcoming or professional, the employee openly expressed that he did not like my son and stated that he would refuse to sell me guest passes in the future. I found this behavior completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Guest passes are offered by the gym as a service to members, and personal opinions about a member's family should never influence whether that service is provided. The employee's comments made both my son and me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I expect staff to treat all members and guests with respect, regardless of personal feelings. Management should address this issue and ensure employees maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers.

I confirmed that I did. He then told me that if he saw my cat in the car again, he would have my vehicle towed. During the same interaction, he claimed that he saw a roach inside my car and implied that I may be responsible for pest issues in the parking lot. This was surprising and concerning, especially because my car had been professionally cleaned inside and out the day before and is in clean condition. For context, my car was parked inside a parking structure, and my window was slightly open to allow airflow for my cat. It is possible that any insect could have come from the surrounding environment rather than originating from my vehicle. Despite this, the manager took photos of my car and issued what he described as a "final warning." He also implied that my membership could be affected based on this situation. I felt uncomfortable, singled out, and treated unfairly as a paying member. I have reported the situation to another location and am waiting for a response from corporate. I hope this is reviewed and addressed so that customers are treated respectfully and professionally.

Coach Ashley in the morning was fun and led us in a good warmup before proceeding with the WOD which was clearly written on one of the TV monitors. I loved being able to get a good (and challenging) workout and also engaging with a lot of the local athletes. Everyone was welcoming and it was fun to crush a pretty advanced WOD. Although I would argue that the 400m run around the gym is a bit longer than 400, I can't be too upset at working my body up just a bit more. Thanks TTL for the great drop-in experience. I will definitely be back if the opportunity presents itself.

I am a bit too far (25-30 min) to come here often but I do enjoy it when I can make it out. Would love for a location to open closer to North Torrance.
