After a long weekend at baseball & celebrating our Bridgeland Baseball tournament win, we decided last minute to head to Juanita's Mexican. I called around 9:00 knowing they closed at 10 and explained we were still 55 minutes away -- and coming with a group of 20+ people. Without hesitation, they told us, "Absolutely, come on!" We all trickled in with over 40 players and parents ready to eat, drink, & celebrate. The staff welcomed us with smiles, stayed attentive & patient the entire night, & never missed a beat -- even as we stayed open for just our group two hours past closing. This is truly a stand-up establishment that goes above & beyond for our community. Amazing service & great food! We're so grateful for a place like this to celebrate big moments together!

Great little spot in Cypress. Staff was welcoming and place was decorated very well. The offer a full bar on the one side of the restaurant. The food was good and service was quick. Give them a visit and enjoy a fun night.

Outstanding service! The staff are all extremely kind and there's no denying the comfortable feeling of the environment. The Parrillada Costena is 100% worth ordering, absolutely delicious and it's enough to share with a small party. We couldn't have been happier and man, look at that mangonada, beautiful!!

Came after shopping at the outlets on a Tuesday evening. No wait which is good! Started off with a margarita flight because I'm indecisive and wanted to try different flavors. Definitely just tasted like fresh juices which is good but I also wanted the punch of a strong margarita. I will say guava and pineapple were my favorite flavors Also being indecisive, i went with the appetizer mixta as my entree. A little bit of everything I wanted to try all on one plate. Enjoyed the flautas and could've done without the nachos. My friend had camarones a La plancha and thought it was good! Overall, Juanita's is a good family restaurant to stop in to if you're in the area.

In my opinion and based on our experience. Read the glowing reviews and visited for dinner for the first time. Were seated right away although had to wait to have the very dirty table, floor, and seating area cleaned. Party of 4; ordered Margaritas, Trio Fajitas for 1 (Chicken/Beef/Shrimp), Poblano Chicken Enchilada, Concha Grande Chicken (in a fried tortilla shell), and Chicken Fajita Tostada. Food arrived promptly and was decent, run-of-the-mill Tex-Mex, I would say. Not sure why the reviews were so glowing! Tortilla Chips and Tomato Salsa were cold; while the Green Tomatillo(?) Salsa was warm and tasty. Toreados (blistered peppers) that were to accompany the Fajitas were charged extra, as were the fresh, diced Jalapeños - latter is available for free at most other restaurants. The Toreados were ridiculously spicy and nearly burned out tongue. Flour tortillas were rather tiny and three of them per order is not sufficient of one shares the Fajitas. Service overall was prompt yet a bit pushy, with the server telling me how much to tip! Overall, a very expensive meal for the food on offer - set us back $172, including 18% tip. The Margaritas themselves cost $60! There definitely are cheaper/better places around, not sure why this one is so special (per the reviews). Not great value for money. Hence a star knocked off.

    Chicken Fajita Quesadilla

Decided to check out a new place around the area and was sadly disappointed. The waitress Bessy, was completely rude the entire time. Yet to mention nearly dropped the plate she was picking up on me. The chicken quesadillas were worth a shot but beyond salty. Drinks are expensive just to end up being packaged puree. Tampoco no es bueno ni agradable hablar de los demás en español, sabiendo o no que alguien entiende.

New spot in Cypress! First off the service was amazing! I got the birria and it was good, I've had better but I would come back!

We were shopping at premium outlet here decided to eat at this resturant. There was a decent rush. The staff is polite. Service was quick. Food was great. Loved every bite. Plate size is texas size. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

Chicken fajita quesadillas were very dry. Several in our party had the same issue. This was at lunchtime.

Their green salsa was okay but the red salsa and smoky and flavorful. They had a lot of options and we went with the Ay Ay Ay fajitas. They had good flavor but I wish the meat itself had more flavor. Not just relying on the sauce and extras for flavor. However major bonus points that they gave black refried beans. Overall we would try them again but kind of hope the next time is more satisfying.

Too many times the ladies tend to him and not me... she knew what was appropriate . This was a first for us! Small restaurant but didn't feel crowded, had a bar, seating was comfortable and place was clean. We loved our ceviche, cheese birria tacos and street fajita tacos mixed with chorizo on home made tortillas. They were loaded with meat! We took the dessert home (tres leches of course). Even the water tasted good! I had the watermelon margarita and it was made with real watermelon juice (no syrup) which I prefer because I don't like extra sweet drinks.
