Came into town for work and I told myself no matter what as soon as i touch down I have to try Juici Jerk, and I have NO REGRETS! I called ahead and they said my order would be ready in an hour and a half which gave me time to check in and get settled in. I got there maybe 1 hr and 35 minutes after my order was placed, the line was out the door. I waited an additional 15-20 minutes and let's be honest, they could've told me 3 hours I would've waited! Just note if you call in your order, they'll give you a call to let you know when your food is ready so you don't necessarily have to wait that much longer. I ordered the jerk chicken and ribs with rice and peas and cabbage and OMG best jerk chicken and ribs I've ever had! So much flavor, and mix it with the bbq and hot sauce it's even better. Everything was sooo good, including the customer service. 10/10 I would recommend, you won't regret it and the wait is most definitely worth it! Holding back a star because I've only been here once and have only tried the proteins here. But from what I have tried it is AUTHENTIC JAMAICAN JERK and EXCELLENT! That goes for the ribs, chicken, and pork! It even comes with hardough bread! Yardi style food dis! If you've ever traveled to the island and had roadside jerk, this is it. No ovens here....wood/charcoal-drum tings is what you will find! The jerk does not need any sauce as the meat is very flavored on it's own. There were a few burnt pieces, but I don't mind that...it's a part of jerk to me. If you prefer wet jerk (insert eye roll), they have 2 sauce options you can put on the meat or ask for to go but be warned...the hot is HOT!! I like to mix the two. They caught my eye with the pepper shrimp on the menu...served in a PLASTIC BAGGIE...roadside style! Beware....this is HOT! It is also served with the shell on (deveined). I ordered a small. I wish I ordered an XXL! Next time! If you're looking for restaurant style Jamaican food....this is not your spot. This used to be my spot but every since their success. I have been 4 times 2 times line was so long no food the last 2 they are out of half of the menu at 1pm and I mean this my last time coming. I got the large jerk chicken for $12.50 and it was SO good. It was cooked perfectly and they have a barbecue sauce that you could put on there, I'm not sure if it's homemade or not but the sauce was really good as well! This place is really tiny, it's more of a order to-go kinda place but they have their own parking lot and the staff is really nice too! Was visiting Atlanta on vacation and found Juci Jerk,carry out only and when I got there I noticed the patrons inside waiting were Caribbean people , always a good sign when the people of that culture patronize the Resturant . I ordered the Jerk chicken dinner with cabbage and rice . All weekend I have been trying to get food. I came on Saturday stood in line for 1.5 hours to be told they weren't taking any more other. The prices are somewhat expensive and seemed to continue going up the more famous this place becomes-- but if you have have $14.50 for XLarge chicken -- your set. That can feed a family of four pretty much. So far I've tried the chicken, pork, ribs and all their sides. Someone's they over spice it but sometimes it's just right. Best ribs ever & The name juicy says it all. When it comes to ordering BBQ ribs, even with some of the best joints, if you order a bunch you're bound to get a few dry pieces. There was not a dry rib in the bunch. Also the jerk seasoning was not hot like u would find on your typical jerk chicken, but full of amazing exotic flavors, not disguised with bbq sauce. Delicioso! One of the best secrets I've found on Yelp. I'm so skeptical of "jerk" places because I honestly feel like I have THE best recipe. In fact I constantly try new places just to compare and not even restaurants in Jamaica have beat it. This place however is AMAZING! Their dry rub it great. The meat is extremely tender (ate here with braces). And random side note: they actually have a boom box outside playing old school jams. :-) :-) feels like home to me. I ordered the jerk chicken spicy with rice and peas & cabbage. Another customer recommended I get some extra mild jerk sauce on the side since the spicy sauce is really spicy. I enjoyed both sauces but it was easier to appreciate the flavor of the mild sauce. The chicken was good but it could have been a little juicier. I would definitely go again but next time I'll have my own silverware since the little plastic fork they give you makes it hard to get the meat off the bones without getting your hands dirty. read more

Get any of these options with a side of rice and peas with gravy. Sandy is so sweet and helped us right away. Food took about 5 mins to prepare and we were out the door and in food heaven. Hands down the best jerk spot this side of Atlanta. I got hipped to this place from a friend, who pinches her nipples, to the jerk chicken, I tried it pinched my nipples too. The cabbage was very soggy and drenched in some sauce not the typical crispness you expect from cabbage. I'm not Jamaican and I've never had jerk anywhere but in the cities of Tampa and Atlanta, so I won't proclaim to be an expert. What am I though, is an avid foodie that likes to visit new restaurants on a semi-regular basis. And even after every place I've been seeking out the best jerk, I still end up here. Their meat is phenomenal. You do not need sauce. I repeat: you do not need it. However, if you must, I recommend you apply the hot sauce liberally, and then splash the mild sauce to even it out a bit. The reviews are right about the sides and money though. Their rice and peas are blah and the cabbage is just cabbage. Unless you absolutely don't want to procure your own sides, you can skip them. If you must, get gravy on the rice. It's chicken though and will be disappointing if you're used to oxtail gravy at traditional spots. As for cost, depending on what you order, your pockets will feel real light. Price creeps up if you want variety. I highly recommend you try one meat at a time and buy a pound of it and leave. On the flipside though, this isn't fast food. Jamaican is a cuisine. Good food ain't cheap, so you know, give them a break. Again though, I recommend you only purchase the meat. It is THE star and absolutely worth it. I've had all of the meat now. My favorites are the pork and regular chicken. I would have never thought I'd choose those two. Regular chicken is brown meat and I've never eaten it. I'm a chicken breast kind of girl. And the only pork I usually eat are ribs and bacon. It's a testament to the cooking style here that I order those two regularly. But their white meat is also great. I have a buddy that flies into town and requests we get him some. The shrimp are deliciously spicy and the ribs are just right. Can't go wrong with meat here! I love this place!
