I liked my flu fighter juice but my boyfriend had to throw away the "I just worked out" smoothie, it was so overwhelmingly, sickeningly sweet neither of us could drink it, we have no clue what they put in it to make It so disgustingly sweet :( make sure to ask if they are adding sweeteners!!!

Such a hidden gem! The juices here are delicious and freshly prepared. The service is always fast and friendly. My favorite juices are the metabolic booster and tropical detox. I've only tried one toast so far (tomatoes, pesto, mozzarella), and it did not disappoint! Can't wait to try the other toasts and juices!

I especially LOVED the avocado toast- the goat cheese spread was heavenly. I'm glad we stumbled upon this place, as I will definitely be coming back

Not only did I wait longer than I would for food at a sit down restaurant but I also paid $10+ for a basic smoothie. Overall, a lose lose situation. For long waits I would recommend them offer promotional coupons (50% off your next smoothie) type of thing. Allows them to redeem themselves and supports the customer experience.

Ever desperately need fiber and veggies while traveling? Yep that was me. Juice Babe saved the day. I ordered a fresh tropical orange juice, then grabbed another juice and turmeric shots for the road. Delicious, fresh, and no additives. Service was friendly (a little slow considering they weren't busy - but I wasn't in a rush). There are stools to sit inside. There are also tables and chairs under a shaded patio. Next time I'm in Dallas, I know where to find quality nutrient dense health drinks. read more

Woohoo for clean juices and smoothies. I got the "Blue Majik" and it was too good. It had almond milk, coconut chunks, banana, blueberries, and blue majik powder or whatever that is. The banana always overpowers in smoothies but I could taste the coconut this time which made my coconut-loving self very happy! horrible! first off the customer service wasn't good. I asked for no coconut on my smoothie she put it anyways and then had an attitude when I asked her to remove it - I'm allergic! Then the avocado toast was so bad. the bread was dry, no seasoning (mind you there is healthy seasoning) and avocado was old. I usually do not do bad reviews, but this was ridiculous. read more

Let's put it this way, every food I've gotten from there this far via Uber Eats has been delicious. That being said, I ordered the Berry Sweet Toast, and it didn't match the description. I am sure it's seasonal, however they switched the berries out for apples (I'm actually allergic to raw apples) so I couldn't eat that item. Their Avocado Crush was amazing, and their Island Hydration Smoothie Is very satisfying as well! I also liked their Falafel Toast! I love having these types of healthy food options easily accessible and would absolutely recommend it, but just make sure that the food matches the description! read more

I had a tropical detox and it was absolutely unacceptable with the amount I paid, the guy at the register took about 10 minutes to make when it wasn't busy at all he only put more carrots then anything else when I tired to tell him to remake it he acted like it was such a horrible request. absolutely not worth the 11$ not the customer service or the product I will never be coming here again. read more

I should have read the review before mine. I was literally the only one there, ordered then waited and waited and waited. No one in line after me, 5 employees standing around talking. I finally asked how much longer, it was sitting on the counter on the other side of the cafe. The employee apparently called the name of the smoothie... if I'm the only one there, why don't you hand it to me instead of say the name in a super crowded and loud building. This is a great place to get delicious juice without additives. My favorite way to get juice from them is after a nice long bike ride. There are so many varieties. Carrot juice had a beautiful but slight kick of cayenne pepper. I highly recommend this juice bar. read more

A good place if you're in need of a healthy juice or smoothie. Freshly squeezed/pressed juices and fresh fruit blended to make a tasty smoothie. I opted for a healthier smoothie and it wasn't the bEsT, but I know for a fact that I got all of the good nutrients in my system by drinking it! My friends had other smoothies and juices that were very tasty! I would say just make sure to read all the ingredients in the smoothie or juice that you decide to order and be aware that since they are all fresh ingredients, the flavors will all be very very prominent! read more

Our event coordinator had already been in contact with each hotel's sales team regarding room blocks, but my fiancé and I wanted to personally see the properties before recommending them to 30-40 hotel room blocks. Although we arrived after sales office hours, Liz at the front desk was exceptionally kind. She walked us through the restaurants commonly used for private events, explained the renovation timeline, and invited us to take our time exploring before returning to the front desk to view a standard guest room. Unfortunately, our experience changed when another employee, who later identified himself as Clayton, a manager, stepped in. It appeared he had been listening to our conversation but had not introduced himself. He abruptly informed us that we would not be able to view a room. We explained that our event coordinator was already working with the sales manager regarding room blocks and pricing, and that we were simply trying to ensure we felt confident recommending the hotel to our family and friends. Despite understanding the situation, he remained unwilling to accommodate the request. His only suggestion was that we purchase a room if we wanted to see one. For us, this interaction spoke volumes. Hospitality isn't just about beautiful rooms--it's about making potential guests feel welcomed and valued. If this was the experience we received as prospective clients considering multiple wedding events and dozens of room nights, it gave us pause about what our guests might experience. As a result, we will likely to move our room block, welcome dinner, Saturday event, and Sunday brunch where we're met with warmth, flexibility, and genuine hospitality from the moment we arrive. The Joule is undeniably a beautiful property, but customer service plays a major role in our decision-making. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling that our business was neither appreciated nor wanted.
