After a long day at work, I understand how it is when an order comes in close to closing time. I've been there, guests coming into our work 5min before closing to order things. I was very appreciative of the 2 gentlemen on the left for making my order. But the kid on the far right was just standing there not doing anything. Not sure if he was a guest or an employee so I stated how sorry I was for my order and appreciative of the fact that they're making my order so close to closing. The kid on the far right decided to sarcastically mock me and repeated what I said in a demeaning way. I'm 32 years old, been working customer service for over 10 years and to be honest was very disrespectful. The gentleman making my bowl apologized and when I left I heard all them laughing and making dumb teenager comments. So when I returned to ask for a managers name they refused to give it. So now I'm just leaving this review because I'm just disappointed with how I was treated. And I NEVER leave reviews. I even had to make an account here to write this. But I needed to speak my mind and just recommend not coming here before closing because customer service is lacking.

Carissa is the best!!!! At least once a week I order a cold brew PB mocha after I workout. The order is always ready to go as soon as I get there! She is so friendly and welcoming. I love that she knows me by name which is why I made sure to get her name! Thank you Carissa!! See you next week!

I really love the drinks here. They have plant base drinks. The employees are so helpful and nice. They will help you with any questions. Pineapple + cucumber goodness!! This is by far the best smoothie I've ever tasted. Add in their whey protein and you have a juice that is packed with goodness. 10/10 recommend!

I left this location at 6:30PM today. I was helped by Jennifer R + her colleague, whose name I failed to obtain (young Asian male). I ordered a regular sized açai berry bowl. When I got my order, there was no banana. There was an excessive amount of blueberries. I was fine with paying 50 cents for them to add the topping I requested in the first place. My only request was that he re-make the bowl. This could easily sound unnecessary to the next person. Luckily I'm not looking for agreement on my preference as a paying customer. The male employee said, "I'm just gunna put it on top." I asked if he could just re-make it? He said, "I don't understand, it's the same thing." I currently work in both the food industry and medical field. I have a great level of respect for these occupations. But it also grants me sense to know, that these are not the types of responses nor interactions that maintain the quality and consistency of a business. I requested a refund + a refund receipt. Jennifer R quickly passed me a receipt. I explained that this receipt does not confirm a refund. It's a regular receipt that simply says I purchased a bowl at 6:24PM. Jennifer R said that if I don't get my refund In X amount of days, that "I could just come back and explain my story." I got Jennifer R to at least sign the receipt she gave me. I hope this stands up if I have to come back. Just to top it off.... I was the only customer in the store that entire time. Meaning that, my request wasn't affecting absolutely anyone's time except the employees that applied & secured this position at Juice It Up. They chose to be combative instead. This experience was TRASH.

Door locked when they promised ok to pick up my drink !

I was plan to start the juice detox , I had ordered the juice online to pick up 12/12, and I called in the morning and asked if I can pick up at 8am. And she said ok. I said how long the juice will be ready. She said five mins. I arrived 8am, door was closed, no one inside and no one answered the call. I wait for ten mins and I am already late for work. I had been calling them 20 times now. No answer. It's a lot of stress to get things done. I had to reach out online to fill up the form and the rep told me it take some days for them to reach out to the store. And I am still waiting! You have to be really careful not to order it online. It may cause you too much troubles. Not having juice but waiting so much times back and forth for refund.

Staff was super nice and friendly! They even have the actual wheat grass to take the shots. Usually when I got to other ones it's only bottled which has added sugar. Pretty awesome to get it raw and natural !

Been into this location three times so far. The employees are extremely customer service friendly. The store's inside was clean and tidy. The only thing I would change is that being more familiar with their computer system. They were having problems each time I went there with the Juice It Up Rewards program, but were really nice and said they would fix the next time I came in and the system was operational. read more

I absolutely love coming here. As soon as I open the door I'm welcomed with a smile and they ask how I'm doing. The place is always clean and they never take long to have your order ready. Even when they are really busy it seems like I'm not there long. All the employees are really nice and don't mind helping you out when you need something. They seem to always have enough staff. I stumbled upon this brand new location while leaving another store in the shopping center. They just opened yesterday so they will be working out some minor details. The loyalty card reader is not available just yet but they are offering 10% off your order in the meantime. The new bowl option can be a bit confusing for people who are used to the bowls coming with the toppings on it...you can select your own now which can be cool if you like other items on top. There are many employees present, but I'm assuming this is for training purposes. The employees present are friendly and seem eager to learn. I'm super excited there's another location for me to come to near my home. The place is clean and bright. They have two tables with chairs for two and a table with chairs for four. Came to get my son a juice it up this morning before school since he had his wisdom teeth pulled on Saturday. This location states that they open at 7:00 am and no one is here. Never had a problem at this juice it up. Workers take order quickly and kind. Like that they have a bathroom since I often have to go so makes hard at other locations. Live nearby so have come and will continue to come often. Just wish they found a way to make my smoothies a little thicker when I (because allergic to dairy and watch sugar) order no sorbet to not be so melty to fast, but still taste good. read more

Waited about five minutes before any one of the three employees that were working acknowledged I was in the store. Not even a "hi" or a "we'll be with you in a few minutes". Just a bunch of stares. I came to this location because it's one of the few places that still serve thrifty's ice cream iykyk. I placed my order which was 2 orders 2 scoops ice cream and taki esquite. She repeated my order and told us go have a seat and will get your order. We said ok my son went to sit down and l stood by the ice cream because l never told her what kind of ice cream l wanted. she just took the order and charged me. When l looked back to see where she went she told the guys in the back to come help me. They don't know what the issue was or she just didn't want to help us anymore. Honestly are conversations was minimal. The guy that came out was very nice asked what kind ice cream l wanted and we left. Unfortunately customer service is everything and if they make you feel unwelcome it doesn't make you want to go back. Most like we won't be going back to this location.

I ordered an esquite with Hot Cheetos and drove about 20 minutes home before realizing they forgot to add the mayo. I drove all the way back to have the order fixed. Instead of remaking the esquite, they piled an excessive amount of mayo on top, which completely threw off the taste and texture. I politely asked if they could make a new one since the original order was made incorrectly, but they refused. They also refused to provide a refund. Mistakes happen but what disappointed me was the lack of customer service and unwillingness to make things right for a regular customer. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression and I can no longer recommend this place. There's plenty of similar businesses around that serve better.

When I got to the front, I waited while the employee finished cleaning before she acknowledged me. I told her I had a mobile order pickup, gave her my name, and her response was simply, "Okay," before walking away without any further communication. I spent about a minute getting napkins and sauces ready, and when I came back, my food was just sitting on the counter. No one called my name, confirmed the order, or mentioned that my drinks and chocolate custard scoop were missing. I stood there waiting while the same employee continued making rounds and chatting with dine-in guests. Thankfully, another employee noticed me and asked if I needed help. I asked if the order on the counter was mine, and she confirmed it was. I then asked about my drinks and custard, and she said she'd bring them out. After grabbing a spoon and returning, the drinks and custard were sitting there with no employee in sight. I grabbed my food and left. Once I got home, my daughter asked where her juice was that was supposed to come with the kids meal. That's when I realized they forgot that too. Worst service ever if you're not dining in. The lack of communication, attention, and care with a simple mobile order was extremely frustrating. Definitely not happy with this experience and will not be coming back.
