Love this place because I always get a Super Fusion Smoothie, but one particular kid who seem like he was in hs wouldn't make it for me. I requested it & he told me it's a bowl, which I'm aware of.. but no other time at this location nor any other location gave me a problem with making that particular smoothie. I'd know because they'd charge me for the price of a specialty smoothie which only comes in medium or large and I always get large. He was quite rude and I know he seen that I was pregnant, not saying I deserve any special treatment but literally half of my stomach is a baby & juice it up.. I'm a whole regular but if I'm telling him I ALWAYS get that from THAT location, why was is such a problem to help me understand he either didn't know how to make it, or theres been a change to where that specific smoothie bowl couldn't be turned into a smoothie? He was just flat out "nope, you can get a bowl.. you can get a bowl" just being annoyingly repetitive and giving a attitude.. However I spend way too much money on this place to be treated as such.. Staff seemed friendly and efficient. Acai bowls ordered were a bit too runny for my taste (by the time I took them home, it was kind of melted so had to stick it in the freezer for a bit). Overall taste is good though but they weren't very generous with the granola. Ordered a green tea smoothie of sorts here last summer. Not recommended. read more

I placed two orders online and went to pick them up, they were not ready at the time indicated I waited 30 minutes to get waited on for the server to tell me oh sorry our online system is down we didn't get your order my manager said you have to wait 24-48 hours before you might get a refund. I come here at least 3 times a week and each time I see a change for the worse. Hopefully the manager reads these reviews and start to make some changes. read more

We were excited to come get a Juice it Up today. We walked into the establishment to no line. Walked up to the counter and stood. There were 3 people behind the counter and not one of them acknowledged us. We stood there for at least 5 minutes. Not one of them said hi, looked up, or said anything to us. Meanwhile a line formed and still no one said a word. We started looking around and noticed the place was also very dirty. The counters were a mess and the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 minutes down the road to the Main street location. I was refused service because I had a cigar in my ear. Kristen (the manager) was very nasty with me and made me feel very uncomfortable in the situation. She took my money made the smoothie saw the cigar I had and told me that because I had it she couldn't give me the smoothie I just paid for and gave me a really hard time giving me my money back. I complained to the owner I believe and he said he would take care of it and the next time I went back they told me that I couldn't be at the location and they couldn't service me anymore. I do not live in Victorville but I come here whenever I'm in town because my city doesn't have one. Every time service is slow. Juice It Up has gone from bad to worse. I went in there today to find they have raised their prices a dollar a drink, and they have watered them down. They taste like a cold shit slush ! Our family purchases 6 to 10 drinks a week, but now it's time to find an alternative because we refuse to be ripped off anymore. One day you'll have a total fox ring you up, other days it will be a cool person who will hook it up, and other days you will have those people that give you to tude. It drives customers away.
