I felt compelled to write this review after witnessing something that truly showed the character and professionalism of this staff. During my visit, there was a customer who was extremely rude, confrontational, and honestly seemed determined to upset the employees. It was uncomfortable just standing nearby. The tone, the comments, the attitude it felt less like someone trying to resolve an issue and more like someone trying to provoke a reaction. From what I gathered, this wasn't even a first-time occurrence. What stood out to me was how Savanah and Lana handled it. They remained calm, respectful, and incredibly composed the entire time. Not once did they raise their voices or respond with the same negativity being directed at them. Even while being spoken to in a way no one deserves, they maintained professionalism and grace. You could tell they were trying to de-escalate the situation rather than fuel it. Customer service does not mean being a punching bag. No employee should feel like they have to endure repeated hostility just because someone walks in the door. Businesses absolutely have the right to protect their staff from abusive behavior, especially if it's a pattern. There's a difference between a dissatisfied customer and someone who appears intent on creating distress. Savanah and Lana deserve recognition. They handled an incredibly uncomfortable situation with maturity, kindness, and strength. That kind of composure is not easy especially when someone is clearly trying to push buttons. I hope management sees this and knows what a tremendous asset these two are. They represent the business with integrity and professionalism, even under pressure. This place was fast and empty on a weekday at 7pm. I ordered a size medium Immunizer through the app and it was an easy experience. The juice was good and what I needed. I wish it was a little sweeter. Overall a great juice order and would recommend. The ambiance is clean with various seats available. This location is rated good and I can see why. Ran into Juice it up in Yucaipa last week for some smoothies. They make Juices, smoothies & açaí bowls. To my delight they are now carrying new food items. I tried the hot buttered pretzels. And they were delicious. The service behind the counter was excellent. They were courteous, and quick with my drink order. They have more food items than I remember from previous trips. They were decorating the store for Christmas and it reminded me why I love supporting a family owned store. Because real people are involved. I'll be going back to try another food item soon. read more

Here's the thing; I love this place. I actually like it better than Nekter. BUT, here comes the but..my daughter and I went in there today and the girls were so unfriendly and their faces just looked so angry and un approachable. The air/vibe was like they were fighting or something. I'll go back again soon but if it's the same way I'll just start going down the street to Nekter. We've always had good service and kindness from the owner and the girls here so I'm hoping this was just a bad day for them. Like keep drama at home and a simple smile goes a long way. Feeling like the summer heat was here today I stopped into" Juice It Up" located in Yucaipa,California and had a freshly made peanut butter mocha protein shake that was freshly made and really hit the cool me off spot! They have a great variety of shakes,smoothies,bowls and more that the super courteous and friendly staff make fresh for everyone. Everytime I go in, I don't get greeted and the employees don't even smile. It seems like I'm such an inconvenience for coming in to get a smoothie at a smoothie shop during store hours, it doesn't make sense. I feel so unwelcomed when I come in so I tried ordering ahead through the app to limit my interaction with the employees. I was greeted with a death stare when I came in, I told them I was picking up, they told me it wasn't ready and I told them no worries & to take their time. I sat down and waited, the employee left the smoothie on the counter and I saw and grabbed it, thanked them, and wished them a good day to which I didn't get a thank you. There's a reason why "making the customer feel welcomed" is a thing. It sucks bc I love the smoothies here but it's so uncomfortable. Finally! Something close to home which is not an overly expensive and privately owned business where I can purchase great tasting smoothies at an affordable price! Used to have to go over to Redlands for Jamba Juice, but thanks to this local Juice it Up... can just have a 3 min drive over to some refreshing smoothies and protein drinks. By far, my favorite is the Super Acai smoothie with vitamin boost (thanks to the staff's awesome recommendation) and my wife's is the Acai bowl. Place is clean, staff friendly. I ordered apple, carrot and ginger x3. Only comment i have was that the girl forgot to either add ginger to my large juice drink or there wasn't enough ginger. I could only taste the apple & carrot. The drink would've been better if I got exactly what I ordered. The other 2 juices were made perfectly. My sister & mom enjoyed it.
