lol closed during their posted hours. Seriously, don't have a business if you're not going to take it seriously.

During my visit, there was a customer who was extremely rude, confrontational, and honestly seemed determined to upset the employees. It was uncomfortable just standing nearby. The tone, the comments, the attitude it felt less like someone trying to resolve an issue and more like someone trying to provoke a reaction. From what I gathered, this wasn't even a first-time occurrence. What stood out to me was how Savanah and Lana handled it. They remained calm, respectful, and incredibly composed the entire time. Not once did they raise their voices or respond with the same negativity being directed at them. Even while being spoken to in a way no one deserves, they maintained professionalism and grace. You could tell they were trying to de-escalate the situation rather than fuel it. Customer service does not mean being a punching bag. No employee should feel like they have to endure repeated hostility just because someone walks in the door. Businesses absolutely have the right to protect their staff from abusive behavior, especially if it's a pattern. There's a difference between a dissatisfied customer and someone who appears intent on creating distress. Savanah and Lana deserve recognition. They handled an incredibly uncomfortable situation with maturity, kindness, and strength. That kind of composure is not easy especially when someone is clearly trying to push buttons. I hope management sees this and knows what a tremendous asset these two are. They represent the business with integrity and professionalism, even under pressure. Employees like them are the reason customers return. Thank you, Savanah and Lana, for showing such grace. You handled something no one should have to deal with and you did it beautifully.

I wish it was a little sweeter. Overall a great juice order and would recommend. The ambiance is clean with various seats available. This location is rated good and I can see why. Immunizer: 3.75/5

Today my daughter and I stopped into Nekter after the gym. There was only one employee working, and…read moreI understand being short staffed can be stressful and overwhelming. What was disappointing wasn't the wait but the complete lack of acknowledgment. We walked in, stood at the register for several minutes, and there was no greeting, no eye contact, no "I'll be right with you," nothing. The employee continued making orders while two other customers sat waiting. Customer service doesn't require stopping everything but sometimes all it takes is a quick "Hi, I'll be with you shortly" so people know they've been seen. That small interaction makes a huge difference especially to small businesses in smaller cities like this one. It feels like basic customer service and multitasking skills are becoming less common. Maybe businesses are understaffed, maybe training has changed and they just need a body at the register (anybody). I don't know what the issue is but being acknowledged goes a long way. Eventually, we left and went across the street to Juice It Up, where we had no issues, someone said hello as soon as we walked in and they were actually very busy. They took our order within 1-2 minutes. This is the type of experience that makes the difference between a repeat customer and a potential customer who will never return. Hopefully this is something management can improve because the product may be good, but the customer experience matters too or should if you care about revenue and keeping your doors open.
