One thing that would've made this meal even better: an extra side of BBQ sauce. The chicken had flavor, but having more sauce to pour over the chicken and rice would've taken it up another level. And let's talk about the macaroni salad: it was absolutely delicious! Creamy, nostalgic, and exactly what I was hoping for. I'll definitely be ordering extra next time. One of my favorite touches was seeing Hawaiian Sun canned drinks available here. It instantly brought a little taste of the islands to Duluth and paired perfectly with the meal. The only item that missed the mark for me was the Spam musubi. The rice to Spam ratio felt off, with a much thicker layer of rice and a fairly thinner slice of Spam. The Haemul Jjampong was a flavor and spice bomb. The broth was so flavorful and had a great essence of the seafood in it (squid, mussels, abalone).
