Too mild...too soupy...and too skimpy. So again, we were quite disappointed. We agreed that if we're to have Galbijjim, we'll be going to the Duluth location over this one. Two Strikes, and OUT for me! Their side dishes were good...but again, I felt that the Duluth location offers a much more spirited variety of sides as well. Not sure why this is the case? It's spacious, but can fill up quick. We arrived at noon on a Saturday and there were still plenty of open tables. However, by the time we left, shortly after 1pm, it was packed with people looking for tables. Someone jumped on our table as we were getting up to leave. This is not a sit-down restaurant. Instead, you order at one of two touchscreen kiosks at the entrance and then wait for your number to be called to pick up your food. Everything is self-serve, from condiments to hot broth. You also bus your own table. Here's what three of us got: B3. Heo [sic] Naengmyeon ($16.99) - spicy sweet potato starch noodles with raw fish (should be spelled "hoe") C3-B1.
