This spot is so cute! I love that there are multiple seating options, indoor and outdoor. A great place to study! Very peaceful and aesthetic. The service surpassed the bare minimum standards, Cindia was so sweet and helpful! While I was ordering my food, she was very welcoming and was open to answering any questions I had! I got the Julie's special as well as the dragon fruit smoothie and it was delicious! Their sandwiches are very customizable, so you can add and remove stuff to your liking! I would highly recommend this spot for any time of the day! read more

This is a cute little cafe that has a really homey feeling. I think it used to be a house. The parking wraps around this business and there is additional parking in the back. There are ordering kiosks as you enter. I ordered Julie's Special bagel with added cream cheese and it was good. The only down side was that cream cheese was added to the bottom of the bagel so the top was plain. For an additional fee I was expecting the cream cheese to be on both sides. I prefer ordering in person then using a machine, especially since it was my first time here. read more

Food was good but there is an employee that will not stop walking and moving things for no reason while you are trying to enjoy your lunch. She was moving flowers from one table to the other and pushing chairs in very loudly when everything was already pushed in and clean then swapping pillows from one bench to the other then back and then there was a very strong smell or cleaning solution coming from the back while you try to enjoy the good food the smell overpowered the room and made it hard to enjoy your food. I Do recommend but sit outside. read more

I absolutely love Julie's Cafe! I used to frequent the Diamond Bar location and was ecstatic when I found out they opened one in Chino! Interior: The inside is very nicely decorated. It gives off tea room vibes. Tea cups are actually lined against the wall behind the cashier. The benches are lined with comfy pillows and there is also a community table in the establishment. It's a very 'instagramable' place. Exterior: the parking is pretty limited and is shared with a neighboring business. There are also tables outside for seating. Food: honestly, I have no bad things to say. I've had the lox and arugula sandwich. Amazing! The ratio of cream cheese to salmon to tomato is perfect. The arugula comes on the side but I put it on my sandwich. It also comes with a side of fresh fruit. I've also had the julie's special which is bacon, egg, cheese on a jalapeño bagel. The kale smoothie? Amazing. Probably one of the best I've ever had. I'm honestly salivating just thinking about it. read more

Great food. Good service but let's get to what they could do to improve....... For one, Wi-Fi. It's dead zone in there. Next, update the website and the ordering process. Calling so you can text me. Plus add prices to your website. Lastly, there's one particular thing I like on the menu and it's been out for a little while. Please stay on top of menu. It's relatively small. I used the mobile order to get my food because I know they usually have long line. I got Julie's special and the kale juice/smoothie. They are the best. I ordered at around 12pm and food was ready by 12:15. Not as much people as I thought. This is the time to go. I only been to the diamond bar location but they were closed permanently so came here. I'm glad they opened a new location! The original one is in Diamond Bar, I don't know if it is the same owner, but it looks and feels very nice here! Me and my wife decided to get breakfast and wondered if they serve the same food. Turns out they do sell the same food, and they also have salads available for lunch time. Food Keep in mind that you can also choose the type of bagel you want if you order a bagel dish. It has been a while since I have been to Julie's, but we decided to order this: Lox and Arugala - $11.95 This was pretty good with the smoked salmon and capers, I just don't know about the price, as the other bagels are half of the cost California- $5.95 Tasted like an omelet with avacado in a bagel. Reminds me of a breakfast burrito. Kale and More- $5.50 Kale smoothie that I always enjoyed at the old location. Healthy and pretty cheap. Ambiance This place looks different then the original store. The whole place seemed pretty big, and looked very clean and modern. Don't know if they had made the same changes to the other store as well, but I love the jazz they have playing in the background. I definitely feel a lot more relaxed at this location. I look forward to try some of the other items on the menu. I would like to note that if you like strong latte, this may not be the place you want to get it at. The smoothie though, give that a try! The food is always fresh and tasty but unfortunately the kiosk pay system is horrible. The system does not allow you to make any adjustments to your order. If you want to preorder you have to call and and an answering service will ask if you want to place an order. It will then send you a text with a link to order online....again no customization allowed. I guess you could say customer interaction and service is out the door with these new cashless kiosks machines popping up. I refuse to spend my money at businesses that carry these self service machines. It gives the workers free reign to ignore their customers by directing them to these useless machines. These machines need to go! It's also a cashless system which makes me go hmmm.....this is America and I should be able to pay with cash if I care to do so. read more

Really clean and chill atmosphere inside. Prices are good for the quality of food, everything is fresh and the bagels are excellent. Really a perfect amount of food for the price. I went w/ the Julie's Special which comes on a Jalapeño bagel, added some salsa... awesome. The cookies here are also low key something you have to try as well. Staff is friendly and quick, easily 4 and 3/4 stars but you know how Yelp is. I think if you want to start your day w/ a light breakfast and enjoy a relaxed restaurant atmosphere this is a spot you would enjoy. read more

Excited to find julies in chino! Stopped by and had the place to ourselves on a weekend morning. Covid precautions as usual, I believe patio dining should be okay unless crowded. Menu is the same as the one in diamond bar so easy to order. Make sure you order the green kale smoothie, it's delish! Variety of selections to choose from so there should be an option for everyone. Highly recommend the jalapeño cheese, plenty of jalapeños for that nice kick haha read more

Love this place!! Me and my boyfriend found this place while driving around chino & I'm so happy we stopped. VERY cute, VERY comfortable, VERY clean! The food was delicious! I got the Julie's Special and my boyfriend got the BLT. And it was perfectly made. We also got some cinnamon crumb cakes and we could've ate 20 of those! The service was amazing as well. I thought we wouldn't get much service since you order off a tablet and not a person but the girl up front was SO nice & polite. She made sure everyone was taken care of, and was very sweet and welcoming to everyone who walked in. 10/10 all around I will definitely be coming back and I would recommend everyone to stop and try this place out! read more

Food was excellent, service was amazing and I loved the ambiance. Music was low enough for you to actually have a conversation. The ambiance was very soothing and I enjoyed my solo breakfast bagel run. I had the Lox bagel on an everything bagel and I loved it. I wished I would have tried a juice but I needed my coffee this morning so I had a cold brew. Would definitely come again. First time here! Always seen it driving by but never had a chance to stop by. (They do close at 2PM). Took the in-laws here today. We got the Julie's special, Californian club, and the tuna sandwich. Drinks we had were black iced tea, americano and I got the Kale smoothie. Everything tasted wonderful. You think you wouldn't expect much from a Kale drink but I really enjoyed it. It was refreshing. Not too sweet nor bland. We were all pleasantly surprised by this place and enjoyed the food. My MIL actually finished her all her sandwich. Service was relatively quick. You order from the kiosk and they call your name. You find your own seat. It was neat and clean inside. Cute decor. read more

Found this place after going on a hike around Chino. The inside of the cafe was really cute and homey, could potentially be a good spot to study or just hang out and enjoy some coffee and bagels. I got Julie's Special bagel, which I believe had egg, cheese, tomato, onion, spinach and a bit of bacon on top on a jalapeño cheese bagel, but I subbed mine for an everything bagel. Enjoyed a healthy & delicious breakfast at Julie's Cafe which opened about about a month ago. It's their second location. The original is in Diamond Bar. We ordered the bagel with Lox & Arugula that comes with a small cup of fruit. We also had the croissant with lox, cream cheese, tomato & red onions. Both items were really good and you can tell the ingredients they use are fresh. To drink, we had the kale smoothie and tropical smoothie. You can't taste the kale which is a good thing for me. The tropical smoothie was made with mango and pineapple. Super tasty and thick. Our breakfast ended up being a tad over $30 but we recognize eating good, fresh, and healthy food is more expensive than having a donut or fast food for breakfast. read more

I have a service dog and was refused service. They asked harassing questions and demanded documentation - which I provided, and still expected I would leave my service animal outside. This directly goes against ADA regulations. Service animals are not required to wear a vest, and according to ADA laws - a place of business cannot refuse nor can they ask for proof of documentation. They are only permitted to ask "what service does your animal provide?" If I could give them a ZERO I would. Also, it was to order to go. For under $13, we ordered their salmon lox on a sesame bagel, with cream cheese, capers, red onions, and side of arugula and cup of fruit. It was a delectable breakfast for 2, but wasn't enough food. It's a good snack for the both of us to start the day before running errands though. We will be back to try other bagel sandwiches that they have to offer. read more

I absolutely love the Diamond Bar location of Julie's Cafe, and was thrilled to find one that was closer to where I live! This location is much bigger with more seating and my husband and I like to stop by after grabbing eggs nearby at Billy's Egg Farm. I love their kale smoothies and getting the Julie's special on a pizza bagel. Their bagels are always so soft and chewy. I will definitely be back. read more

The tiramisu latte was delicious, and I'd definitely recommend it. The ube latte had a stronger flavor profile, so if you enjoy a bold ube and coffee taste, you'll probably like it as well. The staff was observant and caring, which made the overall experience and ambience positive and pleasant!

Kind of dark since majority of the place is painted black so pictures inside didn't turn out so nice unless you had it at a good angle near the window but I wasn't really here to take pictures, I was really here to try what they're offering. Donuts: The donuts are pretty, that's for sure. Plenty of options and donuts I think ranged in pricing depending on the specialty level. The ones we got range from $4-$7. We got half a dozen donuts along with breakfast items & coffee to try. We got the ube mochi, hello kitty character, unicorn, Banana Pudding, Oreo and Nutella donuts to try. The design are very eye catching for sure. Donuts are nice and fluffy and packed with flavors. Kids really enjoyed them. They're a bit pricey and not something you can regularly buy in this type of economy on a daily basis. To me, they're fun to buy for special occasions and that's probably what we'll do for birthdays or events. For the food, we got a PD breakfast burrito. They offered to cut it in half. The burrito itself is already $16. They asked if we wanted to add cheese or avocado. I was curious and did it. We added cheese and avocado at an extra cost to it. Cheese was $1 and Avocado was $2.50. Extra salsa was 51 cents. It's the size of my hand and a hefty looking burrito. At that point, it's really a questionable choice of why am I spending almost $20 on a burrito.. Haha but it was a decent burrito but in the end, everything was an extra cost after the initial order of the item. Would I buy it again? No. Was it worth it? Not really. But definitely good to try if you are craving a breakfast burrito and don't mind the price. Drinks: We ordered the Ube Vietnamese coffee and Sea Salt Cold Brew. We added an extra shot to the cold brew. The cold brew was good. The Ube Vietnamese coffee was good too. It's a premade coffee drink and not customizable. It's more on the sweeter end than a traditional Vietnamese coffee. I usually like it not as sweet but it was the combo that I was curious about and went with it. Good flavors. Wished the coffee was a bit more bolder for the Vietnamese coffee part but it's not bad. Service was nice and friendly. Everyone was very approachable and I appreciated the explanations and recommendations while deciding.

I arrived at Chun Yang Tea (Chino) on Tuesday (around 3:21PM). Parking is very easy. The lot is HUGE! Chun Yang Tea (Chino) is a stall in the Eat Up Food Court inside the 99 Ranch Store. Customers primarily order at the self-service kiosk. Customers can also order at the counter, but Staff speaks limited English. Staff is very hardworking and professional. My drink took about one minute. FAST!! As mentioned, I absolutely adored the Osmanthus Honey Oolong Tea ($5.99 - 30% Sugar - Quarter Ice). I had to hold back the instinct to cry tears of joy. The tea flavor is prominent, fresh, and not burnt. The liquid is honey-like, thirst-quenching, and refreshing. I absolutely LOVE this drink. I had to immediately fight back the urge to purchase another. On ambiance, Chun Yang Tea (Chino) surprised me. It's located in a foodcourt, but the location felt clean, well-ventilated, and useful. I saw several flat screen TVs playing the baseball game with English captions. Upbeat, playful music chimed. And there's a Gender Neutral restroom several feet away. In addition, the location is spacious. There's over seven nearby tables. And there's two available electrical outlets nearby the stall. However, if I had to nitpick, there's a very faint scent of the Asian grocery store in the background. It's very faint, but it's noticeable. Parking is easy since it's in a large plaza for grocery store patrons. Instead of walking through the 99 ranch store entrance, I used their food hall door. I walked right inside and noticed they had 5 other food areas, though I don't recall any of them besides the bar. I walked up to the boba shop and there wasn't a cashier, only a kiosk. The bobarista was actually enjoying his meal. He quickly got up to assist me and my order. As I stood around, I watched him make my drink while looking at the decor. He made my drink fairly quickly and I was able to drink it while going grocery shopping. The green tea is decent and the boba had a good chewy consistency and size. The purple rice was very interesting and unique! It was my first time having a topping like it and it's exactly what it sounds like: rice in milk tea. Overall a decent boba spot. I need to come back to try other drinks. Nothing makes it memorable for me just yet, but I'm willing to come back to try it again!
