Once I found my specific esthetician, she became the sole reason I continued to stay a customer. I have been on a consistent schedule with her for a long time and know exactly which dates she is available and what hours she works. I'm not sure what has happened with EWC over the last two months, but none of the esthetician schedules make sense anymore. They seem to be working completely different days and hours every single week, and there doesn't even appear to be a consistent pattern. Someone may work an entire shift twice one week, four times the next week, and then maybe only once the following week. I'm someone who likes to book my appointments three months in advance with a specific esthetician because I do not work a regular Monday through Friday schedule. I need to plan ahead, and I have always been able to do that with EWC. Unfortunately, I'm no longer able to consistently book with the same person because their schedules are constantly changing. EWC, whatever this new scheduling change is, it's not working. If the scheduling doesn't change soon, I will likely be leaving once I use the remainder of my passes because I can no longer reliably book my services with the esthetician I prefer. I really don't think this is a smart business move. I understand that schedules and staffing need to change, but completely removing consistency makes it very difficult for loyal customers to continue coming back. I think you will likely lose far more clientele than just myself if this continues. Once again, all of the estheticians are wonderful, and this review is not a reflection of the quality of their work or the care they provide. My concern is specifically with the inconsistency in how staff are being scheduled each week. The previous scheduling structure made it easy for loyal customers to plan ahead and stay with their preferred esthetician, and that consistency seems to have been completely lost. julies salon. what can i say. this is the place to get a bad %ss mens cut for only 10 buks. i really mean a nice cut. but the only thing,you really have to call ahead for an appt.. but it's worth it. trust me. me & my wife have been going to julies for years. actually , my wife introduced me to her.enough about me. my wife jazmin has jet black curly hair and very frizzy and most of all, very long hair. knowing julie, she travels the states not for vacationing, but for international beuty shows, and makes a mini vacation at the same time. i jazmin, go to julies for blow dry , eye brows ,waxing, manicure/peedicure.one day, my husband noticed one of julies clients with a beutifull finish touch while he was next to be serviced, and went home bragging to me about the beutifull hair that he witnessed.. so , being so amazed, he actually bought me a gift certifaute. so i took advantage of the certifacute, me and my husband made an appt. together. when i sat on the chair, the first thing julie asked me was, how do you want your look?? me, i was realy undecided. i asked what do you recomend? first she asked, how short do you want to go? i said , shoulder lengh. immediatly, she grabs her hair raizor and began to chop away. with the raizor, she snipped about 6 inches off. after she was done, she brought a mirror and showed me the back of my hair . i was very amazed at the new image that julie gave me. i loved it. immediatly got off of my chair and hugged and thanked her. since i was so happy with my cut, i asked julie about coloring. julie recomended changing in my hair color and definetly getting a keratin hair treatment to control the frizz on my hair.taking her advice, i made an appt. for color. on my second visit for color, she colored and highlighted and lowlighted my hair. she used a teckneick that was unsual to me, which was using nylon for the highlights, and foil for the lowlights. after all , it was a beutifull color. she also color glazed my hair. at the end, i had a beutifull new look. to end this, i would recommend any one who wants a new look cause i got many compliments from freinds and co-workers. for all the service that i recieved, charged only , and i mean ony, $100.00. i loved the price, so i made an appt. for a keratin. after the keratin treatment, i could not believe the difference in my hair. the frizz was totaly gone. i had a beutiful shine and silky looking hair.all i can say , julie is amazing and a pro at what she does, period. read more

WHERE SHOULD I START!! My keratin treatment... So I went to Julie's to get a keratin treatment because I'm not gonna lie my hair is really frizzy. Julie's hands are so good I fell asleep in her hands . She took her time and she treated me with coffee and with her own money she bought me pulled chicken from steak rib house . I was at her salon for 1 hour and I felt like I was at home . I ate I slept I drank coffee and it was amazing 2.) my bikini waxing I got my waxing with basima. She was amazing I got no scars it didn't burn it was an even waxing and they improved the lighting. They upgraded it to a white LED light and it doesn't hurt my eyes when I lay down . I've been going to Julies Salon for about almost 4 years. I remember when it was my first time i went and got a full head color and it was a bright red. When I walked out of that salon I didn't cross 1 street without getting a compliment. I didn't choose the color Julie did. She thought it would match my skin tone since i'm between fair and medium. She was right. It does match my skin tone at work i get so many compliments and i send my customers to Julies. I will never get my hair done anywhere else except for her. When I got my manicure and pedicure i noticed that she let the materiel soak in sanitize for 10 to 15 minutes while my feet were in the water. I was overly delighted because im a OCD FREAK. I would of left if i found out the materials we rent clean and i see Julie clean her brushes into sanitizer as well and on every station she has sanitizer in a beautiful container. A coworker of mine recommended this salon to have my hair highlighted. Let me just say the second I walked in through the door I received such a welcoming making me feel right at home. I was offered refreshments and catered to as if i was royalty. I had a consultation with Julie and expressed my fears due to the many bad experiences with other salons. She understood my concerns and put my mind at ease so much so that I allowed her to color and highlight my hair as she thought suited me. Julie is my hero! I used to have brittle hair and a lot of breakage and my hair wouldn't grow for the life of me! Julies hair cuts work magic! Lily is amazing for facials. The salon has a $25.00 facial special for the month of December. I have had facials at downtown spas and private California resorts and they can't touch the invigorating, relaxing and cleansing of Lily's facials. So pamper yourself and GO. People have stopped me on the street to ask if it's performance art. When I asked the stylist , Robin to fix it, she said, "It's edgy." No, girl, it's a crime scene. My reflection looks like it's buffering. I can't even tie it up because it looks like I'm wearing a helmet made of sadness. I showed Robin a picture of a sleek layered cut -- she must've thought I said layered cake, because she baked me something that defies gravity, taste, and basic hairstyling ethics. My friends have renamed me "Hairpod 2.0." My own mother asked if I lost a bet. Even my shampoo bottle refuses to acknowledge me. For prom my makeup artist canceled on me so then I was recommended to go to this place and this lady that I didn't catch her name but I go in the store and I told her if they do makeup here and she said yes and showed me some of her work and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said she can do that so she did my hair first which it turned out fine then my makeup but really portly done she really messed me up big time I wish I can post the picture here but she rrally messed me up and it was really unhygienic too. She was using her hands to do everything she rubbed foundation on my face I couldn't see because I wear glasses so I couldn't really see what she was doing to me, but I thought she was rubbing moisturizer or prepping my face because she told me to show up anything on my face so then I feel that she started to work on my eyeshadow already so she finishes one eye and shows me and that's where I see the fucking horro site AND IT WASNT THE COLOR AT ALL and mind you I kept telling her if she needed to see the picture again and she kept saying no so ok she is a stubborn old lady so then I showed her the picture of the eyeshadow that it's not the color even close to what I wanted she got really bothered with me and she was like well you don't like it and my not the eyeshadow color I so that she has such a whole attitude this whole entire time she was doing my make up and then she can't make any remarks. Oh well I don't really like having makeup. I don't like The Looks like you guys be doing now these days I like natural. And it's like she shouldn't be saying anything like you're gonna get paid for this work and then she finishes and I look like a clown it was so bad and she then said well u didn't give me much to work with and trying to blame my acne for it. She was very unprofessional the whole entire time and her wake up skills are just not it. She should never offer this server and she was very unprofessional the whole entire time and her skills are just not it. She should never offer makeup services ever again and mess up someone fuck up over badly and especially on my prom day. So yeah I wish this old lady was honest in the beginning that she could do hair. She is really unprofessional making remarks and critiquing the picture I showed her. My son who is 14 years of age is accompanied by his mother in attempt to get his hair dyed - perfectly ok on the surface - behind the scenes as his father I have already informed him and his mother that I did not approve. Without my consent my son is in the chair in the process of having his hair dyed - behind my back essentially - I figure out what is happening in the middle of the service and I call the salon to inform them of my concern. I inform them that this service has not been approved by me and should not continue. The salon owner dismisses my concern and decides not to take the step toward doing the right thing. Legally were they obligated to terminate the service - no - but again as a business owner you have some sort of moral obligation to do what's right. In no situation would I feel compelled to complete a service or sell a product to a minor without full consent from their parents and would be especially adamant about not moving forward if there was any push back from either parent. So Taylor Hair Dezign lacks the moral compass I deem adequate - therefore they are being criticized with a less than positive review. I prefer to do business with people and businesses that lean on the side or right.

The second time I went however she was on the phone the entire time and totally left sparse hairs and gave my eyebrows absolutely no shape. It was a very sloppy job and I know it had to do because she was "multi-tasking." I feel it was very unprofessional and even though she is nice, it was a turn-off to see her more focused on her phone call than doing the job she is there to do.
