Chinese fast food is a guilty pleasure, and I rarely enjoy it nowadays unless it's served at a party. But Jumbo Wok happened to be nearby for lunch and I was on a timecrunch. For the price and freshness, it's a solid 4. For reference, Panda Express is always a greater option for freshly made fast food. I had the two-item and opted for just noodles and had the orange chicken and beef and broccoli. The noodles were thick and had good texture but on the more bland side. Thr orange chicken was juicy and tender and not overly breaded. It didn't have that strong tangy and vinegar flavor but still solid. The beef and broccoli were great and there were good chunks of beef and thr broccoli was not overcooked. They piled it on so that was a plus, although they charged extra for paying by card.

I loved coming to this place since it was convenient and they give a good amount. Food was good but last night I discovered a screw in my kung pao chicken.

The best Chinese food express place in town and BIG portions! The food is always fresh and they are always busy! I drive a long way just to eat here when I'm in the mood for Chinese food. I always get the bbq pork thinly sliced and mushroom chicken. Their chicken eggrolls are a must!

Someone recommended this place to me so I decided to give it a try. Starting with parking. They are located in a shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking. Once inside they are set up like a Panda Express. The choices are limited. I ordered brown rice with vegetables (simple). It was ok, not great but not bad either. They charge 50 cents to use credit. I'm accustomed to that when you have a balance less than $5-10 but was a bit taken back since my total was greater than that. Also if you want extra sauce it's 50 cents. Fortune cookies are not given with your order so it you want your lucky numbers or to read your fortune it will cost you 99 cents. Service was like the food, not great and not bad. Will I go back, probably not.

I love this place!! This little shop on the corner was the perfect dinner for me. The family running the shop were extremely nice and works hard for their customers. The orange chicken was perfectly sweet and crispy, the jalapeños chicken was amazing and full of flavor. The rice and noodles sides absorbed the flavor of the entrees where each bite had me smiling and wanting more. The hot and sour soup was hot and fresh to round out the meal. Food was great, location is convenient, and I am extremely happy supporting this family and their business.

Jumbo Wok would have to be one of the finer options for Chinese food in the immediate area. This place has been around for quite some time and I remember coming here a long time ago but not enjoying it. Well after seeing some of the reviews and noticing they are quite favorable. I decided to give it a try again. I have to say I was really impressed. The service was incredibly quick. I walked in and ordered my food almost immediately, a one item bowl with teriyaki and white rice, and let me tell you, they don't skimp out on the portions! Something I love to see! The food was delicious. The chicken tasted great and the rice was cooked very nicely, not too hard or soggy at all. Also the seating area was very clean, and the cashier was exceptionally sweet to me and everyone who came inside. She greeted them with a very loud "Hello, welcome" haha. In addition to this, I feel like the prices here are really good compared to other places! I would definitely come back and eat here again.

A local no frills chinese spot in a plaza shared with 7Leaves. Lots of parking and can get busy inside with people ordering and picking up orders. I usually get their 2-item combo half and half. The fried rice and chow mein could use more flavor. My fav dish is the black pepper chicken and kung pao chicken. Prices are reasonable but they do not pack the container to the brim like other chinese spots.

I haven't been to this place in years due to throwing to the last time I had it. I wanted to give it another try today, I ended up disappointed. The lady that works there is the sweetest, but the chicken was so dry and it wasn't as good as i remember it being. My chicken. Was really really dry, no spice, very bland and soft. Sigh, unfortunately I won't be back here again. Wish you guys the best as a business. I attached my bowl and the second pic of how it usually looks and is

9/2/22 For some reason Chinatown Express was closed today-which gave way to trying this other Chinese fast food joint. When it's hot & you're too tired to cook, you fall prey to ordering at these places when you're craving for some quick chow mein & orange chicken. Price-wise it's comparable to Chinatown Express & the portions are just as generous. Taste-wise maybe the orange chicken is a tad better over at Chinatown Express (CT). I gotta admit, the broccoli is also better at CT because it's never overcooked so it's still verdant & crunchy. Hubby ordered Kungpao chicken & it's pretty good, watch out for the dried chilis, those are mighty spicy.. Service is fair, it's quick, could use a bit more personal touch but it's okay. What's more noticeable is the place looks more decent, brighter & better maintained than CT. It'll do in a pinch. If I had to choose, I'm actually leaning more over to CT just because their version of orange chicken is better tasting & the broccoli is cooked the way I like it.

I've been wanting to try this place for a long time now. Well after seeing some good reviews & noticing they are favorable; I've decided to order food since I was in the mood for Chinese. As I had walked in, I was immediately greeted by a nice lady. I am satisfied after ordering a 2-item combo. Ordered their Orange Chicken, BBQ pork, & chow mein. The orange chicken is crispy, nice & has great flavor. Enjoyed the BBQ Pork also. Great & generous portions. Prices are reasonable too. The portions here are very filling. Good atmosphere. Service is quick & the workers are friendly & respectful. I ought to try their Kung Pao chicken & their Jalapeno Chicken the next time I visit.

Food is okay. Not that many choices, many of them are chicken. Only one beef with broccoli has beef. Lunch special is one entree and one carbs. Comes with a can of soda. If use credit card they charge $.50 cents. My total was $10.34.

The restaurant itself isn't anything crazy decor wise, they let the food speak for itself. Staff is friendly but not overly so. They go through the motions, and it works for the ambiance. To be honest, I'm just happy to be there and they provide everything you need so I'm not fussed about not getting doted on. Some of their greatest hits are the house fried fish, wu geng chang wan, and stir fried green beans. Our family almost always orders these items when we go out to eat. Their menu is huge so not everything is top tier but it is a great spot that continues to serve the local community. Can't really ask for more.

It's definitely a great spot for authentic Taiwanese food. It is very small inside and usually just 1 person working and the cook. :) Their menu has stayed pretty similar over the years, and they still have their "Economic Meals," which are basically lunch specials and such a great deal. I think they have some of the best popcorn chicken, which is listed as the spicy diced chicken. The spicy diced chicken, string beans, and mapo tofu are a must!! Those are always our go-to dishes.

And prefer it over many other Asian cuisines.* The reason I chose M's Kitchen over two other Taiwanese restaurants in the area? So many more vegetable dishes! And wow, am I completely grateful I did! We arrived on a Saturday evening, and the server and chef were both in the kitchen. The server came over and gave us menus before getting our drink orders. She was prompt in a very caring manner without ever seeming rushed. She had lots of suggestions as we asked questions about the menu. At some point, the chef was sitting with us, and she asked him clarifying questions for us. She even went back into the kitchen to find out which vegetables were the freshest (which I appreciated)! We ordered a cup of ginseng and goji berry chicken soup, chicken cream corn soup (with egg), ong choy with garlic, walnut shrimp, crispy tofu, and green scallion pancake. As each dish came out, it felt like different instruments in an orchestra being highlighted as they wove into the tapestry of the music. The ong choy built onto the soup, the crispy tofu onto the ong choy and soup, and so on! Until there was this grand harmony of pulsating flavors and textures! I thoroughly enjoyed each dish! I only wish I had a bigger appetite so I could eat more and faster! The server helped us to pack the leftovers. We spoke about how traditional Chinese and Taiwanese food get lost in the mix of more modern and fusion recipes and restaurants. I am also a loving fan of mom and pop dining because it reminds me of the many meals I have been gifted by the parents of friends and friends who have opened their homes and hearths to feed and nourish me in my life. I love feeling like I am visiting someone's family and sharing a meal together. This is how M's Kitchen felt for me! I am planning how many meals I can have here and who I can invite to experience the deliciousness soon! Please consider visiting! Even if you haven't tried Taiwanese food yet, this is a wonderful spot to start with!
