    Moldy paleta

I got a Paleta payaso at the vendor and when I started eating it I realized that it tasted funny so I looked at it and realized that I had mold. I am disgusted and disappointed that a business that I have been to for years would send me something that is moldy. I just l hope that I don't get sick. If I do I know that I will never get any food from there. Make sure to read dates before you buy.

I had my daughter 2nd birthday there ! It was amazing the girls helped me get everyone the wrist bands they needed and made sure we had everything we needed, I still take my toddler on the weekdays and she always has a blast she loves the arcade games they put in ! And it's good because they added a toddler section as well ! The photos where of the setup for the party

Good place to bring kids to burn off some energy

Do not reserve a party here. It's over priced and our hostess barely helped. And food took forever

Had a birthday party here. Kids loved it! Miranda, our hostess, was great, helpful, very attentive, and on top of all details.

They lost a star for closing over Spring Break, which is exactly when my daughter needed her class to get out of the house. Also, they do birthday parties, but they don't have enough slots for demand. My daughter requested her bday party here and even though I called 3 weeks ahead of time, they didn't have any openings that weekend (the weekend after Spring Break was over). Bummer.

I really wanted to love this place. I have 3 kids I wanted to enroll in gymnastics here, but after…read moregoing to open gym, I am going to look elsewhere. Here were the problems: 1. $10 for an hour of play is pretty steep. It should be $10 for 1 1/2 or 2 hours. But then they made the kids stop playing and put their shoes on when there was still 5 minutes left to play. This was especially frustrating because the price is already pretty high. 2. They divided the kids up into a baby room and a kid room, and the rooms are completely separate. This made it unnecessarily difficult for those of us with a kid in each age group and limited my ability to interact with my kids in this space. When I asked if I my 3 year old could stay in the kid room if I was there I was no a very stern NO. 3. They kept telling the little kids they could only jump on the trampolines going one direction. Which would make sense if there were other kids waiting to use the equipment or it was a structured play time. But that wasn't the case, and the unhelpful and bossy employees were annoying. 4. My younger child kept falling on the trampoline and when I got on the trampoline to help him and show him how to bounce I was told I wasn't allowed on any of the equipment. So I wasn't allowed to help my child have a safe and enjoyable experience. It was frustrating. 5. My older child came to me at the end frustrated that the employees wouldn't help the kids use the equipment in the larger kid area and that the employees were really bossy. I wasn't in the big section, so I didn't see this first hand, but it was consistent with what I saw in the little kid section. We won't be going back.

I took my kids to this jumping world and was disappointed by the lack of supervision in the…read moredodgeball area. While I watched, the court turned into a chaotic free-for-all, with a staff member more focused on their phone than on keeping things safe. Another boy kept crossing the center line repeatedly, targeting my 10-year-old and throwing the ball at his face multiple times, yet no staff intervened. I eventually got up and walked back there, suspecting that the young staff wouldn't be monitoring the situation closely. Unfortunately, I was right. While you can see the dodgeball area, you have to physically walk away from the main floor to get a clear view, which means that if your child goes back there, you should follow them, as you can't trust the staff to do their job. After being targeted, my son eventually approached the other child, who then slapped him in the face. Many parents were unaware of any of this. When I reported the incident at the front desk, I was told the other child claimed that my son had hit him first. They showed video footage, but only a selectively edited clip that distorted the situation. The clip highlighted my son reaching toward the child while ignoring the context, like the other child repeatedly crossing the line and the clear slap to my son's face, which I witnessed firsthand. Despite having staff everywhere, if they are not enforcing the rules and management only presents half the video that supports their narrative, this is not a safe or trustworthy environment for children.

That's it as far as "decoration" we had to buy more decorations last min. The party host seemed more interested in being social with her co workers vs helping us. The food didn't come out til the last 45 min of the party. The kicker was the way we were treated at the end when the bill came, I was told on the phone that the bill will be adjusted for the amount of jumpers. I booked 20, 10 came. Everyone was very rude and disrespectful including the manager and while I'm waiting for the bill to be adjusted police were called by them to essentially do the customer service they couldn't do. Because they ended up adjusting my bill as i was told! It was embarrassing with my family and sons friends there and uncalled for. I will never visit again.

Cons--they are cashless so I had to purchase food and drinks for all these teens. A 15 year old isn't going to have a debit or credit card to buy a soda. Please take cash! But at the end of the night the kids had good memories.

Honestly, how is this even legal? Do they have a maximum capacity, or is it just a free-for-all until the building bursts at the seams? We only came because of a birthday party, and trust me, I would never willingly choose this place. The disgust hit me the second I walked in. Two trash cans overflowing right at the entrance, garbage spilling onto the floor, and people smoking all over the front area...great first impression. Inside, two employees were attempting to check people in while a line snaked across the lobby. It was a weekend. Two staff members? Really? Efficiency is clearly not a priority. We were sent to the party room, and the moment I stepped in, my shoes stuck to the floor. Absolutely vile. My son had to put on grippy socks, and even then, there was no way I was letting his bare feet touch that surface. It made me wonder do they actually clean these rooms between parties, because this room felt like a health hazard. The whole place is dimly lit, packed with kids from toddlers to teenagers sprinting in every direction. I'd bet money they have daily collisions serious enough to require a medic. Yes, they have everything...trampolines, a ball pit (which I wouldn't dare let my son in - who knows what's living in there), obstacle courses, a zipline, race cars, vending machines, arcade games...you name it. And that's exactly the problem. It's sensory overload in a building that feels like it's held together by filth and grime. Staff whistles were blowing nonstop, adding to the already frantic atmosphere. I don't know what admission costs, and I didn't bother checking concession prices, but what I can tell you is that the place reeks of filth. You feel it the moment you walk in. I will never step foot in this petri dish again. GROSS!! If this kind of environment is your thing, more power to you. But for me? Never. Again. Never!
