So we call a friend of a friend who came right over and discovered the wires on the capacitor were installed incorrectly, and ALSO the wires on the upstairs unit was tampered with, crossed, which made that unit inoperable. They had no reason to touch that unit as it WAS working. I believe Aire Serv wanted to come back the next day only to sell more services. It's just another disgusting scam to steal and take advantage of people. Now we must follow the repair tech around with a camera.
