So I had a Nest given to me for over a year and decided to install it. Idid one of these before on the 1st floor and it was easy, at least from what I remembered. Anyway, I proceeded to kill the power to the ac unit from the breaker not realizing that there is a constant power to it in the attic. I must've shorted something because the Nest would not come on. I spent the entire evening and well into the morning trying to find out what the issue was. I gave up and contacted OScar. He replied quickly and got me scheduled within 2 hours. He came by, tested the voltage and quickly figured it was a fuse in the attic. Took literally 5 minutes. Now I got two Nest in the house and the geek in me is thrilled. We called due to an overflow of the emergency drain pan. We explained our issue over the phone, and he gave us a quote before coming out. We called at 9:30 am and he was here by 10:15 am! Oscar is the person I always call for any of my AC and heating issues. He does good quality work and he tries to work with me to be available during the hours I am home. I think his prices are fair considering how good he is at his job, and how seriously he takes each project. I called Oscar on a Saturday to to check out my non-working A/C system. He found the blower motor had failed.
