    banana pudding matcha

New matcha spot in Livermore! They're located right across from the outlets in the 99 Ranch Plaza. I visited on a Sunday and was lucky to come in when there was no wait. I ordered the banana pudding brûlée matcha and it was super good! The last time I ordered this drink at the Santa Clara location, the brûlée was completely burnt and left a bitter aftertaste. Here, the brûlée-to-pudding ratio was perfect. The matcha part of the drink tasted pretty solid too. Ordering is done on a kiosk - my drink was ready in about 5-8 minutes. There's a few tables available inside though service isn't the greatest in there!

Good addition to the Tri-Valley! Not many matcha spots here. I ordered the banana pudding matcha. It was good. Definitely recommend you lower the percentage of sweetness. The taste is very sweet, kind of too sweet for my liking. Overall still good and will come back to try it again. You order through the self kiosk and wait for your order. Very plain and simple.

This is in the Pacific Pearl Shopping Center to the left of Somisomi. Parking is plentiful, as this is a shared lot. Interior is bright, simple, and clean. There are two kiosks to place your order but I am sure an employee can assist you. Since this restaurant is new, the kiosk I was using was very glitchy and would not accept my credit card payment until I tried a few times. Items ordered: Unsweetened soy matcha latte- Loved the nutty matcha flavor! Unsweetened ube oat milk latte- Light ube flavor and matcha taste was good. I prefer the plain matcha

Really solid matcha especially for the tri valley area. The sign on their front door says they're open Sun-Thurs 12-9 but unsure of the opening time Fri-Sat. They still have the original Yogost drink menu, but now have a Matsu Matcha set of drinks. You can customize sweetness and add 1-3 toppings. The mochi topping is very soft and light. Drink came out in 5 minutes. I've only tried the ube matcha so far but the matcha flavor is prominent. Couldn't quite taste the ube but maybe it's because I'm drinking through a straw. Still a great drink nonetheless at 80% sweet. Potentially could even go down to 50%. I'd return and try the triple matcha next time as it has matcha cream and matcha jelly.

Went mid day Sunday and it was super busy but didn't have to wait too too long. It was nice because we were able to use the kiosk to order since there were only two staff members making drinks. Inside was super clean and neat with some waiting area. The drink overall was decent for a coconut matcha. I wish the matcha was a bit stronger but better than nothing ! I'd def come back to try the other drinks :)

Brand new matcha spot added to the Livermore area! This is right across from the outlets in the Pacific Pearl plaza. This Matsu Matcha was formerly I Am Yogust, when I went last week they had both matcha and boba drinks available on the kiosk. The interior is pretty much the same right now as it was when it was Yogust. They do not have the gelato yet, only specialty matcha drinks. I got the Ube Matcha, 50% sweetness, with mochi. The ube cream top had a nice ube flavor and gave the drink most of its sweetness. I prefer to get it less sweet since i got a cream top and mochi. It took around 10-15 minutes to get our drink. I think this is a way better option than the other places around if you want your matcha fix.

Was busting from out of town and wanted to try this place based off the reviews on social media. Unfortunately the matcha disappointed me . The service was very quick. It was very busy but the place is nice and relaxing .

First time here! I got a strawberry matcha with oat milk. The drink itself is okay, but I waited 40 minutes for it! I don't mind waiting at all but there was ONE person working and he was so busy and seemed stressed out. The owners need to do better and give their employees more help! One person during a pretty busy time of day is not okay!

Did it say European pastries? We had absolutely no room for a single thing, but European? Traditionally European desserts are not heavy on the sugar, don't have all the food coloring, and additives. Ding Ding plus Ding my mind spins fast as my hubby is getting pulled at a rapid pace towards the door. He says "No Way" I say "For another time," as we don't live in the area. We walked in to see cases of pastry delights. I turn back as hubby dares not to enter entirely into the temptation. As I look back I see stacks of boxes, walk over to discover they are all pies! Anyone that knows me knows my last meal in life would consist of Berry Pie for dessert. I look and there it is a Mixed Berry. I turn and ask the lady after she was done with her customer how much for this delight? She said it's $24. Without question I grabbed said pie, and went to the register. I told her that Berry is my favorite, and she went on to say that every Friday is Pie Day. She also mentioned that if I ever needed anything in particular, I could call ahead. She could have it prepared for me. Wonderful lady and beautiful service. Might I add that a pie of this weight and stature normally runs about $35 even $40 in some places. We had a slice the next day because I could not bear it any longer. Without lie this is the best pie I've had in years!!!! Years or even perhaps ever. It has to be realized that if there is Berry Pie of any kind on the menu it will be ordered even to go. There were actual whole berries, and it was not full of sugar like some pies. You can taste the natural fruit of summer, and the crust was perfection!!!! Now I have to wait for a Birthday to order a cake. I'm sure it will be divine! I could take a pic of pie now but it's partially gone. Not so picturesque.

Ordered my crème brûlée Matcha drink, a Blackpink drink(strawberry w/Oreo type cookies on the bottom), ham&cheese taiyaki and vanilla custard taiyaki. This place exceeded my expectation! My son loved his drink and he usually doesn't like anything because he's a teenager lol. My matcha was so good. The quality of matcha was much better than other bakeries I usually go to. They also caramelized the sugar on the crème brûlée. The taiyaki came in a cute box. My ham and cheese was scrumptious and savory. The store was small and cozy with a warm welcoming ambience. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. Definitely coming back here

(specifically the matcha foam drinks,…read moremy favorites!) during this visit, we went on a monday afternoon. not busy and quick service. staff is always very friendly and sweet! convenient location since it's in the mall, so we enjoyed the drinks and macarons while roaming around stores. we also decided to try new menu items that are exclusive to the month. we got the biscoff matcha, biscoff latte, and a few macarons. Biscoff Matcha: 6.5/10 matcha w/ a cookie butter swirl, topped with/ vanilla cold foam, biscoff cookie and crumble on top. felt like a good amount of sweetness, got it at 50% for the sweet lvl. wished the matcha powder had a more earthy and strong flavor. cookie butter swirl was nice, would've been great w/ a concentrated syrup to enhance the flavor. Biscoff Latte: 7/10 similar to the matcha, latte has a rich coffee flavor. not so sweet, which i enjoyed. just the same w/ the cookie butter from the matcha. needs more of a strong flavor profile for the biscoff taste. Macarons: 8.5/10 love getting the macarons! we got the salted caramel, fruity pebble, and strawberry cheesecake. they were all great! however, i felt like the flavor didn't shine through for the strawberry cheesecake. highly recommend the salted caramel.
