And I totally loved this meal. I was able to complement it with some Sangiovese from I don't remember where but it was also really light and delicious for a summer day. Back to the meal, the asparagus was perfectly cooked and the wild rice had really great flavor. Not surprisingly, I didn't have any room for dessert because I already had lots of food and I also stole a bite of the beef and brisket burger which was excellent along with the french fries that were also very good.

The scallops were spot on with a good sear and the whole dish came together really well. My wife had the chicken piccata (which I sampled - and really liked), daughter went with the wild mushroom tagliatelle, and her boyfriend had the pappardelle with grilled chicken and scallops. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We also a bruschetta app to start, which was not as flavorful as I expected. The wonderful warm bread disappeared fast. Both days of chilly, cold climbing ended with trips to the co-op for fresh organic veggies, fruit, as well as chocolate and snacks. But also with a HOT MEAL which was so appreciated by us. The kitchen space (which was open and visible) was clean, organized and smelled great. The soups were awesome also and the leftovers from the day prior were available to take home and heat (so we were able to try one we thought we missed from the day prior - lucky us!) We enjoyed everything and love the prepackaged salads and desserts as well as the mains. The whole place was easy to navigate and had wonderful options. We know we have a good option for healthy, organic, and plant-based food during our next visit to Winona to climb which we are already looking forward to.
