The overall cleaning was good but it's the little details that stand out -- every object on every shelf in an inch out of place because they really dusted and cleaned it all and I've got some busy shelves. My kitchen cabinets and all the wood finishes around my home are still shiny from a proper wipe down. The sink faucets, shower drain, stove top, and other appliances are reflecting back. Everything smells clean but not overly chemically. More than enough attention to overlook the duvet cover being on backwards especially. It was great to be able to book this all by email, I hate using the phone, but appreciate an owner calling after everything was done to check up. Price was highly competitive (so tip your cleaners people). While I gather that they're new and short on reviews, highly suggest giving them a try.

This is supposed to be the cleaning service for the building I work in and the cleaning person is terrible. We've complained well over 20 times about them not cleaning and being lazy and nothing has changed at all. Our customers are disgusted by our restrooms to the point that they would rather hold it and be uncomfortable than use the restroom. I've seen gas station bathrooms be cleaner than what we have right now. A clean place to use the restroom shouldn't be a hard ask. The current cleaning person for our building is terrible, they have sent us another cleaning person who did an incredible job and communicated with us in great detail about our restrooms, however the "new" (they've been here at least about a year) cleaner has done nothing but occasionally empty trashes and put an out of order sign on the door because they're too lazy to unclog a toilet; which my co-workers and I have had to unclog the toilets at least 8 times in total for very easy unclogs too! Especially when they're supposed to be here almost every day around 3 and I can personally say in the past 6 months I think I've seen them here maybe 4 times around 3pm, any other time they're here around 8pm-11pm ish and that's if they even show up! We have spoken to our building manager and the managers of this company and nothing is changing. So I will gladly take this review down when something is solved until then my statement stands as this company sucks. Who knew it would be this difficult to have a clean place to use the restroom.

It was much higher than we got quoted online (max was 240$ on quote from Annie, estimate was $360 from Doug). Both were very nice. We did special request for them to clean our sons room first which they remembered and was nice! They did not remember to ensure our personal items were placed in their spots after cleaning, but that was not a big deal and was acknowledged by them. Not as much as we planned on paying, but the ladies that did the cleaning did an excellent job!!! They even cleaned the outside of our front door AND moved couches tables etc to really clean which most companies do not do!
