Very nice guys, although they did accidentally tip the freezer over which spilled putrid liquid all over our driveway. Charged double the quote. Extremely unprofessional and did a lousy job. The owners is not trustworthy. Who ever wants to see how Joel the owner conducts himself shoot me a message. this guy is a real low life. Instead of just manning up and admitting some times you can be wrong. He decided to first lie but when he was caught lying then threatened the customer then begged to change the review and finally said he was wrong he would issue a full refund. But no he refunded only $240 and to top it off gave out the customers credit card information to someone other than the customer who he's never met so he's called out and he is now radio silent. We used Junk Control to empty a cargo. They gave us a bid with the dimensions of the cargo and several pictures. We were quoted a price with no caveats, that was the price. When the guys showed up they said they could not do it for that price and left, we called management and after a lot of discussion, they agreed to the original price. The guys returned and did the job, when they were leaving they told us that they make money based on the price in addition to their base pay so makes sense that they wanted more money. They also complained about how terrible the company is to work for and "this happens all the time". The truck was not full and the container was not empty. Felt like a bait and switch to get more money and then revenge when we did not agree. read more

Sylvan Ranch Community Garden. Currently, we have a once a month dumpster service but we did some major garden cleanup that we had about 4 - 5 extra dumpster loads. This is probably the first negative review I have ever left on Yelp. I use Yelp for almost everything because I think it is such a trusted resource. I want to share my experience with this company. I will keep it brief. I hired them in advanced to come on a weekday. We texted that morning and we confirmed they would be at my home between 10-10:30. I took the morning off from work. At 10:30 they had not arrived. They asked to reschedule. I couldn't reschedule because I had new outdoor furniture coming the next day. I told them I had to leave. They said they were running late. I told them I would text them the items to take from my yard, send them pictures and put yellow post it notes on everything that they need to take. I came home to find that they took a tv weatherproof Skyvue tv that I paid $2999 for. The manager had me send him a receipt for the tv and pictures of the tv in my yard that day. I gave him everything. He is offering me $50/60 dollars to replace it. He said I can replace the same tv for $50/60. He later offered me $150 if I didn't post a bad Yelp review. Keep in mind I paid $280 for them to remove a table, 2 lawn chairs, 2 small tv tables and some misc electrical cords. Hire with caution. read more

Wyatte & Conner were the two nice gentleman that came out to retrieve my junk. I'm very happy! These two guys are so courteous & helpful. All you have to is point at what you want hauled away and poof! It's gone. They do all the heavy lifting and they even gave me time to go back in and retrieve items I'd forgotten to add to the pile. If you have old computers and are worried about private info being compromised don't be. They said I could request for computers to be destroyed. So I did. They said they would be smashed and broken down completely. thought this was awesome! That took a load off of my mind. I believe I used the entire bottom bed of the truck . I think they said it was one third. However, they explained that they could have added a whole lot more. Next time will probably be an entire load. . Their truck looked super clean and very was pretty for a junk hauling g truck. I thought they were quite reasonable with pricing also. I'm definitely going to book them soon again. I'm sorry not to have commemorated this review with photos. I will next time. I would certainly recommend this company for all your hauling needs. I've had people come up and haul stuff before.
