I want to start off by saying junk patrol is a outstanding company I am a general contractor and recently did a job for a customer who was in failing health. I was contacted by a family member of the customer to help clean up the property and get it ready for sale . After cleaning up the property and doing some minor fixes we ended up with a pile of debris and junk so the family member of the customer ask me to dispose of all materials so I set up a pick up threw junk patrol . The guys from junk patrol showed up and did a great job of cleaning up , after a few days I received a bill and gave it to the customer . Now here's where everything gets out of wack , the customers family member that was in failing health ended up passing away and the other family members disappeared on me . They didn't pay me over $300 and left me with a $300 disposal bill to . I was contacted by Joel at junk patrol to receive payment and I told him what had happened and that I was trying to contact the family so I could get payment for the pick up, after a few months of trying to receive payment I wasn't able to contact the family and I let Joel know . Joel being a small buisess owner understood and ended up taking care of the bill due to the circumstances and also as a small business owner I appreciate at this a ton! There aren't enough companies out there that are truly there for the customer . I would and will recommend these guys to everyone that needs junk removed . With holidays coming up, I needed to get some stuff cleared out of my house. I hopped on Yelp, did some research and started calling companies. After calling a few businesses to check availability and pricing, I spoke with the Owner (Joel) and he made booking an appointment super easy! I texted him a picture of what I needed hauled while we were on the phone and he gave me an instant quote over the phone. Even though their pricing was a tad bit higher than the other companies I called, the other companies were hesitant to show proof of insurance. Joel actually sent me his license info. and insurance via email same-day. His crew was able to come out next day (freakin' awesome!) to pick up my junk. I have relied on Junk Patrol for several jobs and have extremely satisfied with a job well done. The prices are very reasonable. They don't overestimate the cost and then get to your home and then raise the price. Very fair estimates. They are available on short notice or will book an appointment out if you need to. These guys are seriously amazing! I was hesitant to use a junk removal service for budgeting reasons especially during the holiday season. I loved being able to book my appointment online and communicating could be done via phone call or text! Tanner and his companion (I forgot to ask his name) were punctual, efficient and very friendly. They were cautious moving pieces down the stairs, avoiding the banister and wall, and were even aware of the animals to ensure they didn't run out the front door as they were going in and out. They were able to take a loveseat, sofa, box spring and full double mattress for a much more reasonable price than I expected! And all of this while maintaining friendly conversation! Jake and Tanner from junk patrol are a life saver.. I was referred to them by another realtor and sent a message on FB around 8am. I got an appointment the same day and they were able to come early. We had a tree removed on Friday and my husband and boys tore down our old fence and put up a new one. The junk patrol took the old fence and A LOT of other things that we needed to take to the dump. Big bulky stuff and they took it all. They are extremely professional, thorough and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by their pricing and very happy with their work. We loved Joel and his crew!!! We needed to remove 2 old couch and chair, we tried to do it ourselves but my husband smashed his hand while trying. He called several places, and got a variety of prices,but when he called Junk Patrol ,the time and price was right.Joel was very nice and polite ,my couches were very heavy and large which gave them a challenge to get out the door !!! but they not only did it, they moved another couch for me !!! They came to haul away an item weighing over 1000 pounds. Tried to back the trailer up to the shed where it was stored but the ground was too soft due to the rain this past week, no traction, so they called a 4 wheel drive truck, it had no problems backing up. Started to load the heavy item but decided to swap trailers because this one was not empty. Swapped trailers and then 5 of them lifted this 1000 pound thing into the trailer....WOW! We were so impressed with these guys we hired them twice! Incredibly professional, courteous, on time, efficient, and thorough. They let us know when they were on their way, worked quickly and cleanly, and did an incredible job. They even cleaned up the little scraps of paper and such that might have been left on the ground! Two associates from Junk patrol came to my home to remove heavy appliances and furniture. I was quoted a price that was reasonable and fair. While loading the items into their truck, they realized one piece would not fit. They immediately contacted another truck and they arrived within 20 minutes. The item was loaded quickly and no additional cost was needed. They associates were kind and friendly. I would definitely use Junk Patrol in the future. Have (had) an 1800 sq ft house mostly burned down and needed someone to clear the lot. After some shopping around I chose Junk Patrol. I had some anxiety over the fact these are are all young guys but all my worries were put to rest. They had the equipment, organization and execution to accomplish the project with no delays. When I called to make the appointment I got a very fair quote. I called on Monday for a pickup on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. At 10 minutes to 9 I got a call they were on their way and they got to my house at exactly 9:00.
