Perfect lunch stop on our road trip along the coast. The outside patio is mostly covered and very clean. It's breezy due to being so close to the beach, but they do have some screens so it's not too bad under the tarp. We had steamed mussels, Blackened Mahi Sandwich, and the Fish & Chips. Rosie's Iron Mule is very refreshing, but has a couple hard liquors that make it expensive. It was good for just one. read more

My party of 7 went to the Fish House for lobster night on February 27th. Two people in our party own restaurants in New York. We were never treated so poorly in a restaurant ever. Waited 45 minutes after our reservation to be seated and then another 15 minutes before we were given menus. Our waitress "Yesenia" took our order and after placing a wine bottle on our table without pouring it, we never saw her again. When we asked for the check she showed up and advised us that the man at the next table was alone and left her a $50 tip. When we commented that the service left much to be desired she informed that the tip was already on the bill. When one of the restaurant owners in our party tried to give her advice on how to treat customers she became very nasty. We called the owner to inform him of our experience, he never even asked the name of the waitress Guess he wasn't interested. We have been going here for twenty years and will not be returning. It's the warm basket of rolls for me!! Sometimes I find the service can be a little slow but the staff are nice. The portion sizes are pretty large and the food is pretty tasty. It also appears to be pretty clean and that's great. Overall, their salads could use a little help but the rolls MORE than make up for it! read more

I took advantage of their Sunset Menu (5:00PM to 6:00PM) for $21.99. The complementary bread (6pcs) with garlic olive oil was surprisingly good. The Caesar salad was included as well and the anchovies I asked her not to bring because I don't like. I ordered the almond crust mahi-mahi with the cinnamon smashed sweet potatoes choice side and I was happy with my choice. The sweet potato was almost a dessert and I love desserts. Talking about the desserts, I ordered the key lime pie which was included in the sunset menu and my server Michele told me it was home made. She was really pleasant and attentive. Since it was walking distance from the beach, I made it to the sand which is less than a block away and walked a little bit in the sand under a very nice Jupiter sunset to help my digestion. Haven't been here in a very long time. Decided to give their lobster special a try tonight. 2 pound lobster for 39.99 with a side and soup or salad. I have to say the lobster was one of the worst lobsters I have ever eaten. 5 of us all got the same and we all agreed NOT GOOD! Instead of having to crack the shell of the lobster you could bend it, and the lobster meat was rubbery and had no flavor. The sweet potato mash was yucky And all around not a good meal. Even the chowder soup was bland. Won't be returning anytime soon and certainly not recommending to anyone. Turns out they are under new ownership and I can't see this new ownership lasting if the food is anything like this all the time. Shouldn't of had to pay a $250 check for five awful meals. read more

I went there last Friday Night (5th) with a few friends, and we were a bit early (4:45 PM) so we waited until the exact time they open for dinner (5:00 PM). Friday night, hot Florida Sun beating down on all of us, but rules are rules....The Garlic Buns and their dip along with the soups were perfect... As for the meals...all were either cold or lukewarm (supposed to be hot) and for the most part tasteless... Two of the dishes were quite small the portions. We have been here a number of times, usually on holidays. Tonight a family dinner, the celebration of a fun family week. We came in and were seated outside as requested. Drinks were ordered and we perused the menu. The menu is simple, those places with menu pages serve a lot of frozen stuff. I went Glenns Killer Bayou Bowl, the others, lobster and mahi. Sides of mashed sweet potatoes, garlic mashed and clam chowder. The chowder was very good, good flavor. Hot. The meals came and my bowl looked really good, bowties, shrimp, scallops and andouillue sausage. It was good. Im an authority on the other meals as well, because mine will be an excellent lunch and the others had to be eaten right NOW! So I made the point my bowl was good, right? Next. The stuffed lobster was tasty, i used my man hands and ripped off a claw. Love those little forks. The mahi was baked and finished in a lemon sauce. Good. Came here with a party of 12 to celebrate my sisters birthday and everything was phenomenal. Our waitress was attentive and kind, while our food was prepared perfectly! I had the blackened salmon with lemon butter sauce. It was fresh and delicious. Next time I'll have to try the Salmon Florentine, that was a hit at the table! I returned mine and the replacement was just as bad. Gentlemen at bar was banging the shell of his in disbelief . Bad lobster two times in a row. this place sucks. we waited so long to get a drink order and we have already looked at the menu so we said we will order when the waitress finally came to greet us. we ordered at 6:25pm. we waited over an hour to have our order given to us at 7:30 pm and the food is cold. I also have allergies, she did not care to be accommodating at first. after all of that my sister said ok no we don't want this food. she told the hostess because our server wanted to ignore her that we will just pay for what we have already ate and drank and go somewhere else. they finally now bring our food which was cold... the owner comes over (mind you i asked for a straw earlier that evening for our drinks and i watched him say ok and just sit on his phone and not help us). this owner finally comes over after we said we didn't want the food because i tried my food and it was COLD. he tries to argue with my sister and i and i explain how i understand if it's a busier night because i have been in the industry for 10+ years. he proceeded to say i clearly have not because the plate is hot . i then explain yeah the plates are hot because of the lamps but when food gets cold it is COLD. do not go here . read more

We arrived at 4:58pm and waited in the outside seating area. When we entered the restaurant at 5:05pm nobody seemed very enthusiastic to serve us. A surly waiter came over for our drinks order and became even more surly when he realized that we were not ordering alcoholic drinks. I was brusquely told that they do not have pineapple juice, I pointed out that they serve pineapple juice in their cocktails. We ordered three appetizers, the mussels which were tiny and had a very strange smell. The Ahi Tuna had a color that I've never seen. It looked so off and unappetizing that I did not even try it. The Thai Calamari was edible, but some pieces were over-cooked. The bread they served ahead of our meal was the best thing about this restaurant.
