The spa services never disappoint nor do the bartenders at the pool. The beach is exquisite and the chair service is on point. Hotel rooms are fantastic, especially the Mac daddy beachfront suite! Room service is excellent and the food is more than edible. This venue is a magnificent place to hold a wedding and work conferences aren't painful to attend with these amenities and view. This isn't your normal hotel. I say this because I've traveled all over the us. I have received the best service from the hotel staff. They are always respectful, they open up the door as soon as you walk up. Giving you a very welcoming feeling. They are quick to help you with all your needs. I also appreciated the outside staff. (On the beach) they are Very helpful. They will take your order, bring you a menu for the restaurant, bring you towels and set up a nice place to lay/sit with an umbrella. The staff here really makes you feel like royalty! The maids did a wonderful job keeping my room spotless. Towels freshly stacked daily, bed maid perfect and I have left valuables in the room. Yet, nothing has gone missing. The hotel does need updated. I have seen way cheaper rooms in this area that are better kept up. Other then that, the location is beautiful. So, who cares what the room looks like you won't spend much time in there. read more

Property is beautiful, I've been coming here for years. Apparently new management or management group.. waited 3 hours for our room to be "ready" after the front desk told us they put us on an expedited cleaning list. Front desk was not extremely helpful but Peter and Garfield were very accommodating in checking on our room every 30 minutes. They continued to stall and tell us it was 10 min away from ready and still no room. I went to the restroom in the lobby and the toilet was filthy unfortunately. I am disappointed because the JBR I remember was so accommodating and efficient. read more

My husband, my pup and I stayed here last weekend. It was VERY clean, customer service was outstanding and they were extremely accommodating. We had breakfast and lunch at the onsite restaurant and the food was also great. Juno dog beach was a quick drive from the hotel which was super convenient. The hotel could probably use some updating but as long as its clean, it's an A+ from me. Will definitely be back! read more

I came with my family on Christmas Day expecting a nice getaway and I was received with the absolute most rudeness and disrespect I have ever encountered. I have come here many times with my family over the years as I am a local and it's really disheartening that the staff would treat us this way after being here and spending money at the restaurant and bars over so many years. I honestly would never recommend this establishment to anyone who is interested in staying in Jupiter, FL because I was so embarrassed by the staff for their behavior. My husband and I spent one night at the Jupiter Beach Resort for our 20th wedding anniversary. We made reservations through the resort website and got a great rate for an oceanfront king. When I didn't get a confirmation email, I spoke to someone at the resort, who was able to provide me with my confirmation number and correct my email that I had entered incorrectly. All the staff we encountered from start to finish were kind and professional. It is obvious that they are trying to put their best foot forward as far as customer relations are concerned. The resort grounds are lovely and the buildings are clean and neat. There are some dings and dents here and there, but they don't distract from the overall cozy, dark wood, British Colonial vibe. There is dredging being done to build up the beach, and as a result, there is the constant sound of beeping (day and night) from the large bulldozers adjacent to the resort, and I believe the resort did its best to communicate this clearly both in its website, and upon arrival. My husband had difficulty sleeping, but it didn't disturb me. It was nothing a pair of earplugs wouldn't fix. The bed was comfy and our view was outstanding. There was a Keurig in the room with pods, which was welcome, but I would have liked a mini fridge for my dinner leftovers, too. I put my breakfast order card on our doorknob the night before, and our pot of coffee and croissant arrived just when I asked for it. The only complaint I have is that I wasn't given a spoon to stir my coffee with, which was fine - I used my fork, and my croissant was halved and toasted, which kind of ruined it for me. We took a walk on the beach before we left. The best part of the dredging is that it deposits some beautiful shells and sand dollars right outside your door! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again, if we have the chance. read more

We had planned to stay only two nights, and enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended to 5 days. The staff and service was exceptional, everyone was quick to ask if we needed assistance or another beverage. The location and free parking (included in the resort fee) was great. It was so nice not staying in a mega resort with a large parking structure, just a small parking lot that was easily accessible. The food for all meals was excellent, and we ate here almost every meal. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due tot he room. The beds were bulky and made the room feel dated. Also, I can't stand that they only had a sheet and a "towel" type thin blanket. Where is the duvet? Soft linens? And the bed was very uncomfortable. Also, my sons rollaway didn't even have a pad on it. So uncomfortable and you could feel every spring. We had a ocean front king, and enjoyed the view and the balcony. We will definitely be back, I just hope they upgrade the beds/mattresses/linens. read more

I can't speak for the hotel since I didn't stay overnight, but the banquet rooms and outside covered area is beautiful. My mother-in-law's celebration of life was held here and it was a very nice time. There was about a hundred people in appearance and it seated everybody comfortably. There was a buffet section set up with finger foods and a different variety of salads. It included a couple desserts such as fruit tarts and chocolate brownies. It was an open bar and there was a DJ that provided the entertainment. There was a projector set up for a picture slideshow and it was an overall nice place to have the occasion. All of the food and drinks were excellent. The lively atmosphere was welcoming and the staff kept the tables clean and the buffet station filled at all times. The beautiful views of the pool and the beach is worth checking out whether you stay here. It may have got a little hot underneath the covered patio area with the ceiling fans going on, but the party still went on. She'll never be forgotten and we're so glad it came out the way she would have wanted it. read more

We had a great date night here! Good location on the beach, offering a bar and restaurant option. It is also located a short Uber ride from Harbourside Place. Or if you want to go more local, you can take a Golf Kart ride to the nearby restaurants and shops. I would suggest splurging on an Ocean view room. Booked an Ocean view room but when we checked in I'm staring at a parking lot and building across the street. The staff are rude and offered absolutely no compromise for the situation. My wife and I got married here six years ago and spent over $20,000 on our ceremony. Needless to say we wanted to come back and relax where we decided to spend our lives together. Wonderful hotel, however one of the worst salon experiences in MY LIFE!!!! DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE. I wanted a simple blow out (blow dry straight ) However, I called TWICE and verified that the stylist please be experienced in blow drying curly hair & extensions. They informed me TWICE they would have a master stylist for me & that they could def do it! In Miami I have never had issues as many women have similar hair, however I've had my share of stylist that have no idea what to do with my hair. Which is completely FINE, but I rather save my time, money & their's and go elsewhere. Upon arrival I was greeted by a wonderful front desk girl named Shelly. Things are good still at this point. I was booked with a stylist IMARA, who greeted me with a sour face & severe attitude as If she didn't want to be there. Red flag #1. She proceeded to wash my hair & immediately I knew she did NOT know how to manage extensions. She was washing the hair in a way any professional knows will knot extensions. You always wash down & the scalp. I was getting nervous at this point. After washing she starts rolling her eyes and asking why was my hair so knotted.... Seriously? The blow dry was a HORRIFIC. She was using the wrong brushes, no sectioning & throwing down brushes as if she was so upset to be there. It was really uncomfortable for me to watch & my hair was liking more like a train wreck. She announced she was done & my hair was a giant puff of frizz, parts still damp, half not straightened. I looked at her in disbelief, how Could she be done?? I told her if she could please straighten the pieces and dry parts... The fact I even had to explain this was beyond me. She said she would have to charge me extra with full attitude. At that point I was over it, I said here I'll blow dry it myself, she then in full voice said "look you have bad hair, it's damaged, there's nothing I can do" I picked up the blow dryer and showed her how my "bad hair" should be done & it went from the frizz mess she made to straight and right. I informed her her lack of knowledge in styling is now clear... And she is IGNORANT for her statement... Bad hair? Im Puerto Rican you ignorant disrespectful woman. I get my hair blow dried WEEKLY & have some of the best stylist do a spectacular job under 40 mins with no problem.... Is this a way to speak to guests???? To blame her lack of knowing to do hair was not only severely hurtful, but disgusting. I am not sure how a woman as this even works at such a gorgeous establishment. Terrible customer service & disrespect after a wonderful 2 night stay. We spent a lot of money within our stay & are very displeased with the outcome of what was supposed to be a wonderful and relaxing experience. People of that caliber should not work with customers & if you want to be a credible stylist in SOUTH FLORIDA (ESPECIALLY) you may want to go back to school & learn to manage all types of hair. First off, let me just say this: Cabana beach service, no extra charge. You can relax at the beach, on your two complimentary (per room booked) lounge chairs under a giant blue beach umbrella reviewing their wide selection of alcoholic beverages(well priced @ $8.50)and food items. Once you've come to a decision (which I suggest be the Thyme Berry Lemonade), one of the friendly and attentive servers will happily come under your beach umbrella next to your lounge chair and take your order. Minutes later, you've got a drink in your hand, breakfast/lunch/or dinner ready and waiting for you to devour on your beachside table, without having to take a single step in the sand. This made for quite a relaxing stay-cation. Other than this luxurious pro, the hotel was clean, with updated bathrooms and amenities. My only tiff about the rooms is about the beds. They are so high up that I had to jump (not leap or hop, literally jump with effort) to get on the bed. Also, they aren't very comfortable. My husband and I, including our friends, did not sleep well at all. But we also didn't expend much energy and just relaxed at the beach, even taking a quicky nap here and there under the umbrella. There is complimentary coffee in the morning by the restaurant on the lobby level - and also a Keurig machine in the hotel rooms. Oh and get the French Fries! We had split an order and had to get more. Perfect snack on the beach and they are probably one of the top seasoned french fries I've had anywhere (my friend and I like to think of ourselves as french fry connisuers) The beach: on Labor Day weekend it wasn't overcrowded, it felt like it was a secret spot which was a huge plus. Overall, the typical crowd consisted of a nice mix of young families and couples. Everyone respected eachother space and were friendly and chill. The water was so clear in the early am, you could see the fish and jellyfish (there are plenty of them so be cautious!) everywhere, which was awesome. Because of my ridiculous life and the age I am at, I have stayed at resorts a lot recently (weddings and 30th birthdays are a large part of my life). The last few that I have stayed in have been disappointing. When I think resort, I think top notch. I FINALLY FOUND ONE! Jupiter Beach Resort is absolutely beautiful. Nestled right on Jupiter Beach (hence the name), the views from the room are GORGEOUS. I found myself waking up each morning and quickly drawing the curtains to stare into the ocean. The rooms were very nice and modern with lots of detail, even down to the bathroom. I also went to the restaurant on the property, which was very good. The pool was an experience all in itself. The pool is large enough to be kid friendly or adult friendly. There is also a very large hot tub with a water fall. Volleyball courts and hammocks line the outside near the beach, so there is really something for everyone at this pool. Lastly, the pool bar offers delicious refreshments for guests to enjoy. I want to come back to Jupiter solely to stay in this awesome resort again. read more

My friends dad works here so we wanted to stop in and say hello. We had lunch outside by the pool with a beautiful oceanfront view. Our servers were Ryan and Travis and they did awesome. Poor guys had to wear face masks all day in the burning Florida heat because of this pandemic. I felt for them, but they didn't complain at all. They checked on us often and helped us get some shade by pulling over an extra umbrella to our table. I was a bit weary to eat here because most resorts or hotels have mediocre food, but I was so very wrong. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. The burgers, the fish, and the club sandwich were all amazing. Everything had awesome flavor and came with a ton of French fries. All of the sauces were given to us as the small Togo packets because they were trying to avoid customers having to touch too many items so this caused Travis and Ryan to run back and forth more often but they were great about it. We had some rum runners and pina coladas and they were refreshing and delicious. It was a great atmosphere and we were able to walk right onto the beach after lunch. It wasn't super crowded and all of the workers on site were very generous. read more

What a beautiful and relaxing property. I recently stayed here for a local wedding and wanted to make it into a mini vacation. This is one of the only ocean front properties that is close to everything. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Although we booked an inside room we were give a partial ocean view! The room was decent sized with 2 double beds, the bathroom was amazing and the balcony was really nice. Since I have stayed in a lot of hotels I can really appreciate the robes in the room and the Tommy Bahama toilette items (this was the first hotel lotion that I actually wanted to purchase). My favorite thing in the room was called "our secret" in the bathroom and was a little packet of sugar scrub- it was AWESOME! This property really feels like a resort. There is a deck and stairs that leads to the ocean. The staff will set up chairs for you and you can order drinks at the beach. The pool area has a pool bar and restaurant and a 2 deck pool and hot tub area and hammocks, outdoor games , a fire pit and plenty of seating. Everything about our stay was great and I was really glad we paid a little bit extra to stay here, definitely worth it! read more

I know this is a wonderful place, or so I hear. I went to meet a wedding party that was there. I parked in self-parking and made my way up to the room. While getting ready, the resort lost power in all the rooms. This was overly frustrating, to say the least. You own a property of this magnitude and you do not have enough of a backup generator for all guest on property. Now all of us were essentially dying in the room. To be fair, they were replacing power poles in the area, but how do you as a Resort not have any form of a backup generator to power the property. Due to us feeling like we were in hell, we went downstairs to the lobby. To me, the bar has to make everything better. So our group orders a drink and hand ur credit card to the bartender. The bartender tells us that the machine is not working and requested cash, which we do not have. He tells us that he will have to do it the old way with the roller, which he shows an outwards display of displeasure for having to do an extra step. Oh yeah someone in the group had their car parked on the other side of valet. They were informed we were just waiting for the wedding party and we were loading stuff into it. They told us we could park it there for a short time. So 30 minutes goes by and valet is hunting our group down to move the car, being essentially condescending about the car being parked behind 2 other cars, that was not blocking the driveway access. By the way, they acted you would think I was at the Marriott Marques blocking the entire valet line. The car is eventually moved, oh and just so you know, no other cars were there. If you had to stay on the beach, there are other hotels to stay at. This was just not one persons doing of getting a negative review, but the entire event and employees that forced this review. I know hospitality and what it is and is not supposed to be like. This is a property that strictly relys ontheir location and it shows by how they interact with their guest. read more

Usually pretty satisfied with JBR, but not this time. Everyone that works there is very friendly and accommodating, so that's not the issue. The first issue was a toilet that was clogged upon check in. How do you get a room ready for check in and not know the toilet is clogged? Changed rooms and went to use the shower and the handle fell off and hit the floor in 4 different pieces. Again, how do you prepare a room for check in and not know this? In the current situation we find ourselves dealing with, a staycation was exactly what we were looking for, as we were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. Definitely aggravating, and didn't stick around for #3.. Anniversary celebration ended early, with an offer to not charge us for resort fees?? How about a decent upgrade and an attempt to keep a loyal customer? Epic fail JBR!!! Convince us to return please..... read more

Spent one night at this hotel in room 622 ocean front for my hubby's birthday. FWe enjoyed the view of the ocean and the comfort of the room. To our surprise this room has 2 balconies in which the view was amazing! The hotel is not as modern as we like but it is well kept. This room in particular didn't have a bathtub which we like to enjoy, it just had a small/medium sized standup shower. Although I should add that if you get an ocean front shoot for the higher floors because when we were in one in the 4th the palm trees blocked the view, thus I requested to be moved. The type of clientele that comes to this hotel is mainly an older crowd at least during December which is when I was there. Which is fine with me because it keeps everything calm. We had breakfast at the lounge they had there and it was pretty decent. Great time overall. Resort fee ends up being ~28$ per day. read more

I stayed at the Jupiter Beach Resort last weekend and holy cow, do I wish I hadn't. While much of the staff was pleasant, the cleanliness and overall condition of the property was appalling. Upon check in, I received a copy of a letter from the Jupiter Beach Resort Team stating, "it is our pleasure to let you know that we have taken extra precautions to clean and sanitize your guestroom prior to arrival." I was directed to the "Penthouse floor", the ninth floor, and made my way into room 903. As I dropped my bags in the room, mouse feces all over the bathroom instantly caught my eye. Upon inspection it was everywhere and so I returned to the front desk. I told the employee working what I found and asked for a clean room. She looked at photos and apologetically claimed that the house was completely sold out and she would have to talk to the manager, so she goes into the office for just a quick minute before she came out and said the manager was "working on it". Just seconds later, the manager came out, whispered a room number in the employee's ear and quickly scurried back to the office, no apology for the filthy room, not even eye contact with me. The employee working on my issue seemed slightly rattled by the whole situation and offered me a breakfast comp valid only the very next morning of my 4 night stay, which I did take advantage of, but certainly would not recommend returning as the food and service were both subpar, but that's a whole different issue. I was then moved to room 623. Although there were not countless mouse droppings in this room(I still found one), the room was still extremely dirty, dated, and drab. The lady working the front desk made an excuse for the pest droppings, stating the rooms had mostly been empty for the better part of two months. One would think that is more than enough time to actually get in those rooms and do some cleaning like the staff claims to have done in the welcome letter. My dad stayed at this hotel in the eighties when it was a Holiday Inn and I'm fairly certain the carpet hasn't been replaced, or even cleaned since. It was extremely nasty, with thick dust build up all along the edges. I did not feel comfortable taking my shoes off at all, my flip flops stayed on the entire stay. During my stay in room 623 I noticed the bathroom was stocked with stained towels and I also found a used "vanity kit" behind the tissue box, there was a stained comforter on one bed, and stains on the lamp shade. The air conditioning vent was crawling with black mold. The finish on the tops of the dresser and one night stand were destroyed and those pieces of furniture looked like they should have gone in a dumpster years ago. Most/all of the wooden surfaces in the room were all banged up and gouged with scratches and the wall paper was peeling in the bathroom. The ironing board was broken in the room and the outdoor furniture on the balcony was also all smashed up. I was very excited to stay at such a wonderful location on Jupiter's oceanfront but to say this hotel was a disappointment is severe understatement. Almost every pass through the lobby I could hear members of the staff apologizing to disgruntled guests for one reason or another; a scene almost laughable, if the price tag wasn't so hefty. Save your hard earned money and book someplace clean like Wyndham or Jupiter Waterfront Inn. The owner of this property ought to be ashamed and embarrassed to run such a run down, overpriced rat trap on such a beautiful beach! read more

Enjoyed our stay very much at this hotel. The room was kinda small, the food is out of the world, and the private beach is absolutely beautiful. This place was not busy at all the week of august 15th. (Someone said school and college started back up so it was their "off season"). This area on the beach has SOO many turtle nests we were able to see a turtle digging her nest at about 11:00 pm. The pool is beautiful, the hotel staff is very friendly (except for the first receptionist we met, he was grumpy, but it was 1:00 in the morning lol) I wasn't able to try out any of the spa stuff so I can't say anything about that. But the stay at this place was very nice. The hotel has an older feel to it with a lot of the wood through the building. If I was to explain it, I'd saY it's almost like a haunted hotel feeling like the twilight zone or something. Lol. But in the day it brightens up! read more

The man who checked us in barely spoke a word to us. We were so disappointed in the room. The bottom of the toilet had hair, dried urine and dust on it. The toilet seat did not appear that clean either. The entire room was very outdated, beat up and DIRTY! I can understand it being beat up. Beach hotels get that way but it was filthy. Thankfully, the sheets seemed clean because we arrived very late. The restaurant was pretty nice and the guys at the beach were very helpful. The beach is really nice and close to the resort. Great chairs and umbrellas. They really need to update and deep clean the rooms! Not worth the price! If you have allergies, stay somewhere else. read more

Hotel Hazards & Weak Coffee When my wife and I first arrived at the Jupiter Resort, we were impressed by the spacious grounds oceanside compared to another Opal resort we had stayed at in Highland Beach a few years back. The staff was friendly and it was ostensibly clean. The lobby was upscale and pleasant and we felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. Our initial room was decent (we upgraded from parking lot to partial ocean view), though the décor is slightly outdated with grimy-looking carpeting and fabric chairs. Let's just say, you wouldn't want to sit on the floor. The bed was okay, though we had to request a new pillow due to one that had a stench, the kind of thing that suggest dampness and mold. We did love the bathroom and balcony, though the latter was on the narrow side. We had a really enjoyable time swimming, shelling, and sunning at the lovely beach, and relaxing to excellent live music at the bar, but on the second day, my wife got injured on the boardwalk that connects the hotel property to the beach. It's hard to understand how an upscale resort could have such a poorly planned walkway to the beach. First off, there is a rinsing shower smack in the middle of the narrow stairs, making it difficult for people to walk by. Second of all, the boardwalk looks as though it has had one patch job after another, ...not done with precision and safety in mind. Both my wife and I are astounded that such a construction could pass inspection. As my wife turned a corner to walk back up the boardwalk, her thigh slammed into a piece of triangularly-shaped two by four (obviously fairly recently patched) protruding from the railing. She says it felt like someone had slammed her in the femur as the pain shot right down to the bone. She was in pain for the remainder of the stay and a softball size bruise swelled up and darkened. It made the rest of her stay an uncomfortable one, not to mention the bruise being an eyesore in many of the photos we took subsequent to the incident. On a side note, there is no signage of any kind indicating safety protocol. My wife addressed the incident with staff, and they did order the on-site "engineer" to saw off the protrusion. But as we watched the maintenance person remove it, he just threw the piece of wood in the sand and left it there, ...where it remained until at least the next day. If that is the best maintenance staff Jupiter Resort has, then they really need to lower their rates. My wife did fill out incident paperwork and supplied photos just in case. We were told we would hear back from management, but it has been days and we haven't heard anything. This is what prompted me to write this review. Also, the coffee at Jupiter Resort is truly awful. The K-cups in the room are better than what the kitchen brews, and I get better coffee at my car dealership. I find this really surprising as I've never had bad coffee at a resort that charges nearly $300 night off season (with fees and taxes). Otherwise, the food from the bars and on-site restaurant was delicious, albeit a little salty. The chocolate martinis are outstanding and the Sinclaire four-course special was worth the price. We appreciated the friendly nature of the staff, but feel as though they are not completely aware of, or care overly, about the potential hazards on the premises. As locals who enjoy a "staycation", I'm not sure if we'll be recommending this hotel to friends or not. But I do recommend visiting Jupiter. ~ Kort read more

nice place however for the price very disappointing. the money wasn't an issue however going down to the pool at 8 am and finding few chairs available in a sea of many was disheartening ... the plastic bag and plastic serving containers for breakfast room service was unexpected not to mention I had no utensils for my yogurt ...so I guess no one is watching making sure all is in good order in my opinion this starts at the top ... the rooms are nice and clean more attention in my opinion should be paid to what we as patrons think we are paying for and that is a higher end experience ... I attended a wedding here right after hurricane Ian hit the other coast. The place was undergoing restoration and this was a big problem. I stayed two days and both mornings RIGHT outside my window workmen made a tremendous amount of noise banging and beeping machinery made any further sleep impossible. Second the bed was terrible. They charge money to guests! To valet your car. 25.00 a day. Cmon man. And 329.00 a night and no spa. I have reviewed many things on yelp. This is the worst review I have written. I wouldn't stay here again for free. Small pool. Beach with a four foot drop to get into the water. Maybe the should've just closed during the renovation instead of squeezing people with this stuff. Came here for drinks while on vacation. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the outside bar area and the live band that was playing. Drinks are a bit pricey but okay to splurge when on vacation :) read more

My wife and I have been Patrons of Jupiter Beach Resort for the last 4 years. This is where we went on our Honeymoon and have returned Year in and Year Out. The Rooms are extremely Spacious and the Staff is always helpful and willing to assist in any way necessary. Nice rooms! It's great if you need to be in Jupiter. Not sure why anyone would go out of their way to come here/Jupiter. Don't get me wrong the rooms were really nice, but the hotel itself...oh yeah the "resort" itself is okay...okay pool, restaurant pretty good, beach is okay, not much to talk about. Oh yea maybe the 62 cents they charged me for going over my breakfast voucher. Really, really charge me 62 cents for an overage...so I have them a dollar cash and said keep the change. I would stay here if I needed to be in this town again. Its the red apple of fruits...good, but why opt for a red apple when you can eat mangos, star fruit, strawberries that aren't far from picking. read more

I'm going to start this off by saying I never leave bad Yelp reviews. I'm not a Karen, nor do I have time for criticizing establishments but I had to write about our awful experience here. My family has lived here for years and we've been recommending Jupiter Beach Resort to most of our extended family members and friends as a place to stay for decades. But the new management group is absolutely terrible, specifically the new General Manager. Here's why: We went to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday at the hotel restaurant outdoors. We frequent the hotel on weekends to enjoy their lunch and occasionally our kids will take a dip in the pool- which I (and the rest of the city of Jupiter) had no idea wasn't allowed until recently, as it was never enforced for the past 20 years. As we were in the middle of eating and our kids were in the pool, people in headsets came up to us telling us our kids were not allowed to enjoy the hotel pool if we weren't guests. Among those kids was my two-year-old, who had been overheated in the Florida sun so I let her take a dip with her niece. Understandably so, they no longer allow outside hotel guests to enjoy the pool. I told them I understood and wouldn't come to swim again, while also explaining why we didn't realize this. It was also over 90 degrees, so SIL wanted to take a dip because she has a medical condition called POTS where she overheats but we figured that was too much to ask at this point so I just asked if they could stay in (since they were already in) until we finished up the birthday lunch. They said no and kicked the kids out of the pool. I then asked another guy walking by after explaining the situation. He was a manager. He said they are tightening up on their rules and to just finish up and know better next time. I said, absolutely, and thanked him for being reasonable. The kids went back in and we were finishing up, about to pay the bill. Then, ANOTHER man in a headset (I'm telling you, the security was more intense than any elementary school in America right now) intensely told us the kids needed to leave the pool. I explained that we had been told we could just finish up and that we were paying the bill. I also had my three month-old with me and needed help with my two year-old, so just keeping her occupied in the pool a little longer with her neice while I paid the bill would be helpful. He said no. Then we talked to another man who berated us, telling us HE was the big dog General Manager and that we needed to get our kids out of the pool IMMEDIATELY or that his security guard would escort them out. I jokingly said, "you're going to have security drag my two year-old out of the pool?" He was dead serious. I explained the deal to him nicely, and told him we totally understood the new policy and that we were on our way out- if we could just have 10 more minutes to pay the bill (our outdoors service had been incredibly slow and terrible- we couldn't even find our server to do so). His Napolean complex was very aggressibe and he was eager to flex his tiny muscles at our little family, so we had to run and find another server to pay, drag our kids out of the pool, and leave. I did not feel "entitled" to be treated differently or better than anyone else. I understand that if you allow one family in, you have to allow everyone else in. But I was repulsed by this GM's lack of human decency, especially considering no one else was trying "game the system" or be disrespectful in the slightest. Nonetheless, the birthday was tainted by yet another world-class asshole, excited to exercise his pathetic power towards a two year-old. We will not be returning, nor will we have any of our friends or family members stay at the hotel. The management, service, and overall vibe sucks big time now. They are way better off literally anywhere else. Thanks to anyone who read this and hope you pick a better place to stay to enjoy our beautiful little city of Jupiter. read more

An overpriced and oversized hotel that looks like it should have died in the 70s. I received no help when I was forced to book a masters sweet for my friend's wedding. In fact the front desk said I couldn't make a reservation unless I stayed two or more nights. My beach view? There was a tiny view but mostly I entertained myself looking at the top of the hotel. The staff was rude and you think with all the money I spend I'd have gotten some food. Luckily i could buy some 5 dollar Fiji water but decided on tap. Unless you're getting married and shelling out the big bucks don't waste your time or money on this overpriced wannabe spa. That being said the food at the wedding was fantastic. read more

The restaurant/bar outside is fun and enjoyable. Food is okay, drinks are fine but very small for the price but the atmosphere is great.
