Over priced and overrated! we stayed here for a wedding. Let me start with the positive. The staff, from valet to front desk, very nice and friendly. They were able to accommodate my service dog with out any problems. Now, the rooms were so small. Difficult for two adults to move around. It did not smell very well. The decor of the room is old and outdated. The beds are SO stiff! It is already difficult to sleep when you are pregnant, add trying to sleep in an uncomfortable bed! The beds are also so small my husband had to sleep in the other bed and even he complained about the stiffness of the bed. The floor of the shower is so slippery! Such a hazard for those who have no balance. Appliances are so old. The hair Dryer belongs to the 80s! Not worthed the price at all! Won't be staying here ever again! read more

Went here for my wife's birthday weekend. Had a beautiful oceanfront suite. The service starts at the front door. Excellent valet service that makes you feel special. Very inviting, knowledgeable and patient. Food and drinks pool side were really good. Sliders, quesadilla's and margaritas....check, check, check! Very spacious room, beautiful beach. Nice beach attendant. Plush towels, great weather didn't hurt. Front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating at check-in. Everything was spotless on our visit. We can't wait to go back. Our resort view room, king suite, was horrible. Our view was of the restaurant and banquet room rooftop. Looked at it for the entire week. Carpet in our room was sticky in places with lots of snags, just didn't feel upscale. The US flag was very tattered and torn. Mentioned it to mgmt who said it was the doormans job but he'd mention it. Beach, firness room, pool and hot tub were all very nice. read more

The place needs to be updated- the employees - with the very cliché Lilly Pulitzer dresses need to be trained and they need to have a smile once in a blue moon. The best was when we ordered a tea - got it- drank it- asked if we wanted it to refilled and she did so with coffee- She laughed it off and never returned. we stayed in the penthouse- give me a break- the floors are damaged- the beds are old and scratched and the bathrooms were barely stocked with the amenities. NOPE- next time it will be somewhere else Austin and Mason did a great job by the beach- but too little too late! read more

Never have I had a server be uncourteous to tell me he simply decided not take on more servicing because " his foot is in pain" and that I would get better service at the bar. Beautiful resort right on the Jupiter Beach where you can check in with your adorbs paw friend! I booked and notified the hotel in advanced that I'll be bringing my dog with me. We arrived at the hotel with a soft dog bed and water bowl along with some toys and treats already set up for her. Wow! The room is spacious although the mattress probably needs some update. We stayed at the ocean front suite with an amazing view from the balcony. My dog loves to feel the breeze and does her people watching from above. The beach there is super dog friendly. You can take a walk to see sunrise from down stairs and chill on the beach with chairs and umbrella. Restaurants offer variety of food and drinks. This place never disappoint me! Loved my time at Jupiter beach resort. 12/30/19 I wanted take the time to acknowledge a few employees for their wonderful service. Mya the breakfast server was prompt even though it was very busy. Kaitlin the outside server was very sweet and friendly, we even conversed about fun things to do in Jupiter- she gave some great recommendations. even though she stopped to talk to us she still managed to keep up with her other tables. Arrived at the hotel today and no one was at the desk, after finally checking in and going up to our room we noticed the room was warm so we put the thermostat down and went out to dinner upon arriving back to our room the room was still warm. We called the desk and was told the chiller was down so there was no A/C throughout the whole resort. Why didn't they tell us this when we checked in? They mentioned they were working on it but there was no service vehicles and being it was the evening we weren't going to sleep in 90 degree weather in a muggy room. We are pending a refund as we were told we need to wait for accounting tomorrow and checked in at another hotel but the fact this wasn't disclosed and we were made to find another room somewhere else later in the evening is just terrible service overall read more

I am visiting this resort since 1995. The hotel was tastefully remodelled several years ago. It is definitely a nice place to have a lunch. (Maybe a first date?) The dinner menu is adequate but not special. The service is somewhat inconsistent. read more

From Zane at the front office being so helpful answering all my questions on the phone before arriving and while there I will definitely be coming back to stay again! Spa was great and massages were great prices! The pool and beach access was great even with the little rain we got the outside pool bar stayed open to serve cocktails until the rain passed! Arrived last night (7/12) & depart tomorrow (7/14)..literally couldn't wait to checkout to write this review. - my (2) friends & I decided to stay here for our annual girls weekend. Upon our arrival, no one was at front desk..we weren't even sure it was the front desk & thought maybe we were in the wrong area..finally someone came out from a back office to check us in. (That was strike 1) - next, we spent the night in & woke up to head down for breakfast & a nice beach/pool day. Breakfast service was awful..the waitress herself was friendly (don't remember her name, but I know she was from Romania) but very inattentive & just overall low quality service..which we even noted on our receipt. Our table along with a few others were seated & then left there for almost 10 min!!..no greeting, drink order nothing until a gentleman from other table finally complained. (That was strike 2) - at the beach, we needed an extra beach chair..which is a $10 charge. I just feel that for what you pay for the room, at least up to (3) beach chairs should be included with room -next, lunch was good but when they brought our order out they took it to wrong table. I tried to flag down table runner but he didn't hear me & took out food back to kitchen. Our waitress was super busy & overall his error delayed our food about 5-10 minutes (strike 3) - the spa: we booked a spa appointment for the late afternoon, figured it would be a nice ending to a beach day. We get there & I show them the price advertised..thru their brochure...that guests can access thru they guest portal (that I created thru their website when I made reservation), the spa manager (Donna) tells me hasn't been those prices for 2 years...I explained that the price is advertised thru their guest portal (all you have to do is logging & click spa). Yes, she did end up honoring the price but she made a point to go back & forth me. Like, if you are aware this price is there & not valid..change it. Don't argue with me, a paying customer & make me feel bad for asking you to honor it. ( strike 4) - while my friend & I are enjoying our time here together, we will Never be staying here again with service & "hospitality"'like this. Flew in from Boston and had to run down to the pool bar to see Ed the best bartender in the area and have a great lunch. The NY strip salad was the best I ever had. My wife enjoyed her chicken sandwich. The shrimp was fresh. Ed really knows how to make you feel welcomed and at home. read more

This is a lovely hotel and I had no complaints until checkout. I was visiting from NYC and had a brand name winter vest that I hung up in the closet upon arrival. The evening before checkout I looked in the closet and reminded myself to take it with me the next day. Went to bed, checked out in the morning, and a few hours later of course realized I had forgotten to take it out of the closet. I called the hotel immediately when I realized and was told nothing came up in their system for lost and found but I could call back the next morning. Long story short, I have been back and forth on the phone several times and the vest has not been found. I would not return to this hotel as their housekeeping staff clearly is dishonest. read more

No one from the hotel ever fixed our issues and they never responded to my written letter about the problems. This place used to be high-end and it has now gone downhill. I visited a friend who was staying here for a week and enjoyed an excellent Cesar salad sitting outside on the patio. Nice setting and our waitress was great. Attentive and quick to refill beverages. I spent three days at the Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa for a conference held by my employer and had a wonderful time at this elegant establishment. Upon check-in, you will find there are cookies and fruit infused water available- definitely a pleasant surprise! My room was wonderful- clean, spacious, and had a view of Jupiter Beach. I enjoyed the large bathroom and king sized bed. I was a bit disappointed that my room did not have a bath tub but rather a stand-up glass shower; not a deal breaker. The conference rooms and dining areas were top-notch. I spent a significant amount of time during my stay at the conference room and enjoyed the continental breakfast that was available to us in the hallway. Employees at the resort were very kind and accommodating- always available to answer any questions a guest may have to include great places to dine while in town. I highly recommend the Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa if you are in town for business or pleasure. read more

The one star is for my first night at 3:00 in the morning two men were looking for a woman with no regard for sleeping people banging on doors for a good 15 min .over 50 people called for security to no avail .the place is Beautiful food is great safety is on the back Burner. day 2 went out last night for diner got back at 11:30 no parking available . Never going back. Seemed like a very nice resort when you arrive however we had a number of issues. We looked forward to going to the beach however there were alot of hard sandy rock formations immediately adjacent to the resort. We had to walk about 700ft to go into the water. The soaps and shampoos were Tommy Bahama brand which we soon realized he should've stuck with making clothes and sunglasses. The ladder you use to enter the pool had a broken step which caused me to nearly twist my ankle. After telling one of the pool boys they never did anything about it. When we checked out we received a mysterious hotel fee of $50. The receptionist informed us that it is for use of the tennis courts and bicycle rental whether you use it or not. This was never disclosed at the time we booked and was not included at the time of booking?! read more

I would feel guilty giving any less then 5 stars. This place was top notch (for the price) from top to bottom. Our room was large, clean, and had a fridge, which saved us $$ by not having to go out and eat every meal. The pool area was warm and inviting. Had a great bar overlooking the pool, pool side waiter was professional and friendly. Hammocks on the grounds, and the beach was 30 feet from the back of the hotel. Free internet service, free cookies at night...inc. flavored waters There was a TV room, and a pool table that were both set up very classy....not tacky at all. Being locals we have always wanted to try this place and heard decent things since it was renovated. We were extremely disappointed on multiple levels. We were a little early, and our room wasn't ready. As this was before the posted time, it was of no fault of the establishment. We were invited to enjoy the beach and other amenities. This is where it all started to go wrong... there were no available chairs/umbrellas on the beach! Even though more than half were empty, we were told there were none. The level of service through our experience was less than impressive as well. It seemed as if we were a bother to the staff. We also decided to dine at the on site restaurant. For the prices, we expected so much more. The restaurant was virtually empty, and the service was painfully slow. The food was average to below at best. Being locals, we wanted a nice enjoyable escape that we could go to from time to time. We will not return. read more

Stayed here during our family vacation in July for 5 nights. I'll admit I was a bit hesitant to commit to nearly a week at the hotel, based on the inconsistent reviews on this and some travel websites. In the end, it was fine and worth the price for the quality of the property and the location. Note this is a very old building... been here for a good 30+ years, but they have done a decent job of keeping up with the renovations and maintenance. We opted for the premium ocean view double room, and the view was fine. I don't think it would be worth paying significantly more for the full ocean view rooms, but I'm sort of a cheap bastard. My only critique of the room is that it was quite small compared with a couple of other oceanfront hotels I've stayed in further south on Singer Island. If we stay here again, I'll probably book the same room, but with a northern-facing balcony (toward the Jupiter inlet), vs. southern facing, which just looks onto the public beach nearby. Speaking of beach, the one in front of the hotel is awful and rocky, due to erosion. Plan on either using the pool (as we did), or parking yourself north or south of the hotel, where there is a much nicer shoreline. The pool area itself is about what you'd expect at a hotel in this price range. There was a rowdy wedding party making quite a ruckus for part of the day Saturday in the water, but that seemed to subside shortly after the $2 PBR's ran out. I must admit I haven't seen that many tattoos on people living outside of prison in quite a while, but I guess their money was just as green as mine, so more power to them. Maybe just keep it to a quiet riot next time for those of us trying to read or sleep. The rest of the place was fine... free self parking, good front desk staff, decent restaurant, nice little tiki bar by the pool, even a few hammocks to lounge in. Worth checking out, if you can get a good deal (I did the buy 3 nights, get 4th night free). read more

A really relaxing & enjoyable place to stay. The staff here was very attentive and accommodating from check in to check out. They held our bags when we arrived early. They opened the doors for us as we came and went. The room was always cleaned like new everyday. They truly gave us the royal treatment from beginning to end. The facility itself is nice but not very lavish (I'm giving 4 stars on a whole but the resort is pretty far from 5 stars IMO). The rooms are actually pretty standard and the hotel doesn't offer that many activities if the the weather gets bad. Really only a restaurant, a spa or a billiards table. I'm not including the game room because it wasn't much. But when the sun is out, this place shines. The pool is really nice and relaxing (little waterfalls, hot tub, floats, noodles, cabana/lounge chairs) and the scenery is beautiful. They have a few nice hammocks to relax on within the palm trees. The beach is a little too rocky and dangerous for me but if you walk a little further it gets less rocky. The tennis court is nice but the shuffle board court was missing some pieces and the basketball area was just a hoop (right at the base of the tennis court). That was a little disappointing but overall how can you complain? One day I was pleasantly surprised by fresh chocolate chip cookies and lemonade in the lobby. Always a welcomed surprise. :) It was well worth the money. A nice & relaxing getaway. I recommend. read more

Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa hosted my wedding weekend, and I could not have picked a better venue. The event coordinator Lynn Morris just made the entire wedding experience incredible. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and her way to not make me stress out was really the icing on the cake. Juan, Nick, and the entire staff at Jupiter Beach Resort were also fantastic. Many of our guests stayed at the resort and they couldn't have better things to say. Our room was breath taking, the ceremony was perfect for the wedding, the food for the rehearsal dinner and wedding was off the charts. The entire staff really made everything so smooth and stress free. People say planning your weddings is stressful, but if you have it here and with Lynn to help you, I seriously did not have one stress in the world. I cannot say better things about Lynn. It was so nice to have her by my side for this entire thing, we had to move our original wedding date due to covid, and she worked with us through all of that. She helped me pick my vendors and she was very hands on. I seriously could not of had a more perfect wedding. And if you're as lucky as I was we got an amazing Sunset right after the ceremony, where our wedding pictures came out fake. But seriously this resort is gorgeous in every way, our room was freshly renovated and the ocean view was breath taking. The friendly staff really made it for everyone since most of my attendees were from out of town. I look forward to booking a room with them every year for my anniversary. They blew away our expectations and I cannot thank you enough from the bottom of my heart for making my wedding day and weekend perfect. If I could give it 10 stars, I would! By far the cleanest, friendlies, greatests place I have ever stayed!!!! The restaurant is amazing! The spa (did I use this word before?) AMAZING! So friendly, knowledgeable, and AMAZING! The cleanliness wowed me! I have a cleaning business, so I know what I'm talking about. Amazing Ok, let me expound. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. I had the foot reflexology and let me tell you, I feel great! He also gave me many helpful tips during the procedure. (like getting golf balls for my feet to do this at home.) The same with my facial. They worked hard to accommodate my busy schedule. My reflexology man came in early just for me. So many small niceties. Warm cookies in the lobby mid-afternoon with berry infused water. Keurig in every room. Bottled water. Every room gets lounge chairs for the pool area. Very clean rooms and they have a mid day fresh up and turn down service. I will definitely be back! read more

The accommodations are pretty good given the price I paid, but lots of small problems lead me to write a poor review: 1) would only extend late check out by 30 minutes, however, when I asked to add a day to my existing room they admitted it was not booked and available 2) I asked for a spoon be brought to my room and they brought a knife and fork 3) I tried to reach the concierge several times and was never able to reach them (voicemail) 4) tv in room was ancient, connection was lost constantly, and there is no way to rent movies I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially if you have to pay more than $200 a night. read more

Stayed here with a group of friends for a wedding we recently attended. I wasn't sure what to expect based on the pictures I'd seen on their website when booking, but figured why not stay on the beach if we were going to be that close. Boy am I glad that we made that choice and decided to spend a little bit more to stay here. The lobby was quite inviting and had multiple areas to lounge. It was very beach casual and contemporary. When I got up to our room, I was surely impressed by the layout of the rooms and the Tommy Bahama look they had going with the décor. The bathroom was amazingly spacious and totally not expected from a hotel. Having paid for a regular/non ocean front room, I was amazed to walk out onto the balcony and see a view of the beach from our room. The staff at this place was definitely on their game and made every effort to accommodate guests and make sure they had as pleasurable of a stay as possible. Housekeeping and the front desk staff were just as receptive as the waiters and bartenders at the beach/pool bar. If I'm ever in the area again, this is the place I will stay and come back to! read more

This place was recommended by friends who had been here for a wedding. It is very pricey, but we decided to treat ourselves as a Valentine gift to each other. We were able to an ocean view room on the 5th floor at a (comparatively) reasonable rate. The whole place exudes class from the doorman who greets you at the door to the dark paneled elevators. Everything is done very tastefully. We arrived early (11 AM) and our room was ready so we could check in. We had been told that if our room was not ready we could stow our luggage and still use the facilities. We took advantage of the good weather. We walked on the beach. We sat by the pool (towels and lemon water provided). We ate lunch at the outside tiki bar. We read on the balcony of our room listening the the surf. It was lovely in every respect. Treat yourself to a stay here - you won't be disappointed. read more

Pros: Smallish hotel, quiet and on the water Beaches are never too crowded Gym is a nice size but decent number of equipment Cons Beach attendants need massive training. They address guests as bro and girl as in "hey girl, what do you need". I tried to order food and drinks but was told they are not servers and would send one over but never did. Bartender at the pool bar was one of those arrogant over the top fake friendly kind you wouldn't trust to leave alone with your food. But probably loves being asked restaurant suggestions so he can show off. Congrats. As mentioned but remote and not walking distance away from small stores to stock up on snacks or necessities. The small gift store has small choice of choc ambers and the pricey nuts in gift boxes. Towels in the bath were damp. I assume they are clean but just felt damp and not too pleasant. My husband and I have stayed at the Jupiter beach resort in the past for 8 nights and had a very nice stay. We now have a baby and inquired about a suite but they did not have availability so instead we stayed with my mother in law who lives in the area. We decided to come to the resort for lunch and to enjoy the pool and beach. The resort was nearly empty when we got there - I'm talking more than two third of the lounge chairs were empty around the pool. We put our stuff down and right away a woman came over asking if we were staying at the resort and we said that we had in the past but were not this time since they didn't have availability- we were just here for an hour to have lunch and dip the baby in for a quick swim. The woman told us to leave immediately!!! We were so shocked and perplexed to be treated like this! I understand that pool amenities are a priority to guests however to be treated so rudely when we were coming to pay for lunch and drinks. We have traveled all over the world and often times been to various resorts for lunch and drinks and never been treated so rudely even more so because: 1 - pool was empty 2 - we have been hotel guests in the past 2 - we were there to spend money and have lunch and drinks 4 - we know for a fact they do not enforce this as my mother in law has numerous friends that live in the area and bring their kids to the pool 5 the way we were treated and spoken to is completely unacceptable I would NEVER stay here again read more

The Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa went over and above to accommodate my husband, me and our two dogs when our AC could not be repaired for a day. They gave us a wonderful residents rate, an unexpected room upgrade and checked us in 30 minutes after calling. The room was lovely, beachfront view divine, Sinclairs Ocean Grill for dinner and room service the next morning was sensational and the service was superb. The front desk staff checked in periodically (via text) looking for ways to heighten our stay. Our 5 days in Key Largo did not hold a candle to the way we were treated in Jupiter. read more

My husband and I took a quick business trip / getaway to Jupiter for a few days and just loved this resort. The rooms were large, newly renovated and beautiful. Beds were super comfy, my only complaint is the pillows were a little hard. The food at the resort is incredible for hotel food and is a must for breakfast and poolside! The spa is top notch. I recommend checking in with them to see what specials they have, as we were able to get a great discount on a massage. Overall, great stay we will be back for sure! read more

Beautiful resort. I stayed here for a staycation as the resort is located just a few miles from my home. The staff was very accommodating to my service animals and the room was spacious. The beach attendants were more than helpful and personable and the pool was a ton of fun. You can pretty much do whatever you want here and the staff will cater to you. Pretty expensive but worth not being bothered. Wish the food was better but that's really the only bad thing I have to say! read more
