I have been a frequent customer for more than 20 years. I absolutely LOVE this place, it's owner and staff! The owner Sandy makes everyone feel very welcomed. Their menu is extensive. They are open for breakfast and lunch. The prices are great. I love their French toast, pancakes, omelets (loaded with fresh ingredients), and the fresh made soft huge biscuits and gravy are to die for. Warning, if you order biscuits and gravy it is a meal all by itself! For lunch, they also have daily specials that are priced very low. You will not walk away hungry here, the plates are loaded. I forgot to mention that they have a pork chop breakfast plate that comes with not one BUT TWO huge chops, 2 eggs, hash browns or potatoes, your choice of toast or biscuits and gravy, and the price is cheap! If you go on a Saturday or Sunday morning, call ahead of time and put your name on the list as there is usually a wait. If you go without calling ahead of time, you can have a wait, but it is worth the wait! Every bite, every penny is worth the wait! read more

We've lived in Fresno for 17 years and just tried this for the first time. We have a large family (10) that is hard to please and EVERYONE loved EVERYTHING!! Oh man strawberry waffle so good, big as plate. Lots of strawberries and whipped cream. The waffle has really nice texture and perfectly made. The biscuits and gravy are awesome (hot temp too). The biscuits are fresh and gravy not clumpy thick like others where so heavy it hard to go down. Really perfect texture. I actually liked the milder flavor first visit. The second time there was more seasoning and pepper in the gravy then I like. The 3 egg omelets are great (ortega omelet and veggie omelet) as well as the hashbrowns and potatoes are good. There's only green bell peppers in the potatoes BC I assume lots don't like onion. 3 egg omelets with potatoes or hashbrowns, toast or biscuits and gravy. A little less than $9. Strawberry big waffle or strawberry pancakes $8. No sides come with but enormous on its own. They have specials scrawled on a white board that change daily. They sometimes have meatloaf, peach waffles, blueberry pancakes, etc as specials. Peach waffles only available when in season. Salsa they use doesn't taste very good. Oh and a little secret... instead of waiting to be seated, just sit somewhere. That's what they always said to me anyway when I waited. This last time I grabbed a menu myself and sat down. read more

Jus' Jo's was jus' O.k. With so many good reviews I expected a lot more. I went in today (A rainy friday morning) and it was packed with a line going out the door. Even with a big crowd in a small shop the wait wasn't that bad. We were seated and brought coffee. Both coffee cups had lipstick.. Not too big of a deal. If you've been to a lot of breakfast places you know that this happens. If you've ever tried to get your grandmas lipstick off your face you will understand. What I couldn't forgive was that horrible coffee. Didn't even finish a single cup. The wait for the food wasn't too bad either considering how packed it was. Now for the food. I ordered the diced ham and eggs for my 1 year old. It came cold which wasn't such a big deal for the baby. What was a big deal was the "diced ham" was actually just large chunks that I had to dice myself. My husband ordered pancakes and bacon. The pancakes were the size of bike tires but tasty and hot. The bacon was cold and hard. I ordered the Grandmas omelet which was cold and the eggs were .. hard/tough overcooked. it came with country potatoes (also cold and bland) and biscuits and gravy which were hot but bland. I probably will be back to see if I just caught them on a bad day but for now. It wasn't good. and I wouldn't recommend it. read more

Ate there today with my boyfriend for since we didn't feel like cooking anything up today, and wanted a nice meal. Wasn't disappointed! It was pretty busy because it was Christmas Eve, but we got sat as soon as we walked in and drinks were delivered instantly. I got corned beef hash and eggs with hash browns and toast, and my boyfriend got the Robert omelette with hash browns and biscuits and gravy. I really liked my food, and the toast was addicting. My boyfriend's omelette was huge, and he liked it but he said it wasn't anything to rave about. Our server was awesome, and she was on it with keeping our drinks constantly filled and checking how we are doing. She made the experience a great one. The menu has a lot of great choices at very reasonable prices, I definitely plan to come back and try their humongous salads and the Reuben sandwich. read more

This is my go to place for breakfast. And I am not the only one. The place quickly gets packed. Want steak and eggs, three to chose from. Like pork chops and eggs, yum. I always take one home with the excellent salsa. I always ask for extra salsa as it is so good. The menu has a great variety. The service is great. Coffee refills are frequent. The wait is worth it, but try to get there early. read more

Fresno and Clovis definitely has a large selection of breakfast places, but Jus Joe's stands out due to its consistent quality and friendly service. The restaurant is tiny and constantly packed to the brim, so don't go if you're looking for a quiet spot. The crowd and noise are the only reason I'm giving them a 4 star instead of 5. What really matters is the food and they're always great. Their biscuits and gravy are fantastic and they serve real thick cut bacon. Portions are very sizable and the quality of ingredients is always on point. Prices are on point but don't be surprised when breakfast for 2 is around $40 dollars. Only on really busy days do they slip up and serve something overdone but like I said, it's a packed house so I can forgive the occasional rush job. read more

We are new to the area and wanted to give this place a try. It was delicious, we had a party of 6, waited 15 minutes to be seated which wasn't bad at all as it was a holiday. Worth the wait! My husband had the Doc which was pork chops, eggs and potatos. The rest of the family had different breakfast items. DELICIOUS! Waffles were perfect, pan cakes too! We were just asked by the owners to dump our drinks we brought in . This is the first time we knew of this a policy after coming here for years and recommending it to everyone for one of the best breakfast restaurants in the area. Now my recommendation is to find another place because of their in their inability to handle customers in an understanding way. They could have said kindly not to bring drinks the next time we came to the restaurant and I would've respected a new policy on Future visits. Sadly I will not be able to recommend this restaurant to anyone and will probably not return. Panera got our business today. read more

First off I love this place... they are very intuned to their customers. Always checking on drinks and our experience. The food is absolutely amazing. Came to this small restaurant during a very busy weekend, so we did have to wait but staff were very nice. Their breakfast quesadilla is very good but it's a big serving and I could only finish half of it. We ordered their famous cinnamon bun French toast not know what to expect but we were honestly really disappointed that it was literally just a large cinnamon bun cut in half hamburger bun style that had been quickly heated up on the grill. Maybe we came at the wrong time with the rush because the cinnamon bun was also dry. We may give them another try the next time we're in town when it's not as crazy busy. read more
